Abstract

Research in the field of transportation, especially vehicle classification with various methods, is a widely developed field of study. Vehicles can be categorized by shape, dimension, logo, and  type. The vehicle dataset is also not difficult to find because it is general in nature. Based on the research that has been done, the introduction of group types based on the number of axles with CNN, the dataset is not yet available to the public. In this paper, we discuss the introduction of the types of groups using the Convolutional Neural Network method. The architecture used is the LeNet model. The trial scenario is carried out in 4 stages, namely 25 epochs, 50 epochs, 75 epochs and 100 epochs. Based on the test results, the accuracy obtained continues to increase at 50 epochs and 100 epochs iterations. Starting from an accuracy of 82%, 94% to the highest accuracy of 95%. Likewise in the prediction the data has increased from 80%, 85% to the highest accuracy that can be 86%. From 50 epochs to 75 epochs, the accuracy of both training and testing has decreased.

Abstract

In determining the price of a job, it need the basic tool of unit price analysis, namely the construction costs analysis. In calculating the construction costs analysis there are several methods have been generally used such as analysis of BOW, SNI and also companies that make their own calculation analysis. A comparative study is needed from the three methods so that it can be seen which is more effective and efficient as a basis for all parties in determining the strategy in terms of cost budget estimates. The study was conducted by preparing a project cost budget plan based on the volume of works on the bill of quantity (BoQ). The unit price analysis is calculated based on BOW analysis, SNI analysis and Contractor version analysis. From the estimation results, a price based on BOW analysis is IDR 2,682,315,013,-, based on SNI analysis is IDR 1,958,002,381, - and based on analysis of contractor calculations is IDR 1,781,956,483. Differences in price between BOW and SNI is IDR 724,312,632. Differences in price between BOW and contractors calculation is IDR 900,358,529. Differences price between SNI and contractors calculation  is IDR 176,045,897.

Abstract

In the development of power amplifiers, MOSFETs are widely used in the composition of the manufacture. As is known, MOSFETs have a longer on-off time loss compared to IGBT. The loss on the on-off time has an impact on the heat generated by the MOSFET. Class D Audio Amplifier is basically a Switching-Amplifier or Pulse Width Modulation-Amplifier. High efficiency means that it will produce low power dissipation, thus the power wasted is relatively lower when compared to class A, B or AB amplifiers. Because the class D audio amplifier can be said to be more economical because it does not require a large heatsink and a large power supply. The manufacture of the Class D power amplifier system uses a voltage of 28.5 volts DC on the final transistor IRF9530 AND IRF630 measuring the input transistors of 3.3 volts DC, 28.5 volts DC. In the test using an oscilloscope type LS 8050, 50 MHz frequency, the position of the audio input off of the amplifier has sound defects. Testing of the power amplifier is carried out when the treble on the input tone control is full db in the defective amplifier wave.

Abstract

Air is one of the kinds of the gas group as the main source of breathing for the living things. In the air, there are many types of gases, but not all of them are good to be inhaled, one of them is carbondioxide. Carbondioxide is mostly produced by the vehicles, and it is also present in the car. Carbondioxide detectoris a safety tool used in the car. It is based on microcontroller and can be used to provide security to its users. The MQ135 censor detects carbondioxideby transmitting the data through the ATMega328 microcontroller whose concentration can be viewed through the LCD. Actuators in this study consisted of LED, buzzer, and servo motors as the power windows drivers. When the carbondioxide gas level exceeds the threshold of 1000 ppm, the LED that originally is in green will turn into red, the buzzer will be active and the servo motor will move to open the power windows. Conversely, when the carbondioxide gas level has returned to normal, buzzer will turn off and automatically power windows will close with the help of servo motor, and LED will turn back into green. The set of tool that has been made, compared to the carbondioxide gas detector in the room resulting error value of 3.11%.

Abstract

As an application developer usually needs to do project management to work on a project. Project management is a strategy used to complete a project. Project management methods vary greatly. One of them is the scrums method. This method prioritizes individual tasks, then delegates those tasks to the team members who are considered the most appropriate for completing those tasks. The application of the Scrums method is iterative or repeated using a different backlog. In this study the Scrums method is applied in the development of social media application projects such as Instagram but is more specific in traveling activities. The development of this project was given a time of work for seven weeks. So in this study we documented all the processes in the Scrums method that we carried out in order to be a reference in making application strategies.

Abstract

It is common knowledge that CNN is a significant method in image classification. This is because CNN can classify Latin letters with a high degree of accuracy. Lenet5 in CNN is tasked with converting 2D features from an image into a convolutional network continuously. CNN architecture consists of several layers, including the Convolution Layer, Relu layer, Subsampling layer, Fully Connected Layer. In this research, CNN is used to classify Javanese script images into 20 classes. These classes include ha, na, ca, ra, ka, da, ta, wa, la, pa, dha, ja, yes, nya, ma, ga, ba, tha, nga. Javanese script used in this research is Ngalena Javanese script. The precision values for each class range from 0.5 to 0.6.

Abstract

The world of technology today has developed quite rapidly with a lot of manufacture and development of various kinds of equipment that are able to help humans do work that is both control and automatic. One example of technological developments is automatic plant watering, smart home, automatic bird feeder, and many more. This study discusses a tool to control water pH levels and nutrients using Arduino in a green vegetable hydroponic system. The sensor used is the pH Electrode E201-C BNC sensor as a reader of pH levels in water, the TDS Meter V.1 sensor as a reader of nutrient density levels in water, and an ultrasonic sensor as a reader of water level in the reservoir to determine the volume of water so that it does not will run out. The software used is the Arduino Uno IDE. The way this tool works is that the input from the sensor will be processed by Arduino and the result is in the form of output conditioning, namely the actuator is on or not.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of utilizing Sidoarjo Mud (LUSI) as a substitute for paving blocks and to determine the results of the compressive strength test of using LUSI as a substitute for paving blocks. The LUSI substitution is expected to be able to provide innovations in the construction of a paving block mixture. The research method used is the experimental method. The manufacture of test objects starts from the preparation stage, mix design, manufacture of test objects, testing and classifying paving blocks according to SNI 03-0691-1996. The sample of specimens used normal mix design and mix design substitute LUSI 40% of the fine aggregate value. Based on the results of research, paving blocks with a normal mix design of 1Pc: 2Ps are classified as quality A, 1Pc: 3Ps and 1Pc: 4Ps are classified as B quality, while for paving blocks substituting LUSI in a mixture of 1Pc: 2Ps is classified as quality B, for a mixture of 1Pc: 3Ps and 1Pc : 4Ps is classified as C quality. It can be concluded that the compressive strength of paving blocks has decreased in compressive strength after being substituted by LUSI, with a successive percentage value of 32%, 59% and 58%.
