Abstract

Based on BPS data regarding "Data tourist arrivals to the archipelago in JakartaTourism Year 2014 - 2015" found that Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (TIJA) with a verysignificant, is the object of the most visited tourist tourists as many as30,966,381pengunjung. This study examines the "unlock the secrets MARKETINGSTRATEGY" ANCOL OUTSTANDING "(Study of Effects of Tourism Marketing Mixagainst Decision of Visitation)". The research method used by the author in thisresearch is quantitative method. This study uses data processing techniques SPSS20.The data analysis technique is looking for a causal effect between the dependentvariable and independent variables. Data analysis was conducted on 104 respondentswho are citizens of the city and outside Jakarta. This research is used by the levelexplanation, and associative research. Associative research is a method / researchform to connect a variable with other variables. RESULTS: ANOVA (F test) was seenthat simultaneous marketing mix variables have a significant effect on the variablebeen shown Decision of the Sig. 0,000 <Alpha 5% (reject Ho and accept Ha).Variable Decision has been a significant influence by having a contribution of 62.9percent in explaining the change in the variable's decision to visit, while theremaining 37.1 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.Keywords: Tourism Marketing Mix, Visitation Decision

Abstract

Nowadays, the sector of tourism is aimed to contribute siginificantly for the national gaincompared to other sectors in Indonesia. One of the most promising things on that sector isevent. Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia becomes the pulse of showing the small eventto the international scale. Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair (INACRAFT) is oneof the international scale of event which contains the identity of handicraft in Indonesia.Enjoy Jakarta as the brand of Jakarta has been increasing its branding through the qualifiedplaces in Jakarta in order to make Jakarta as the city of event. This research aims to find theimpact of the place identity, place branding towards to place image. This quantitative methodwhich invloved 45 visitors of INACRAT results that variables impacts the independentvariable partially and simultaneouly. Next researches are suggested to use other subject suchas food festivals, the beauty contests, and the sport events in order to enrich the resultthorugh the other unique events.Keywords: place identity, place brand, place image, INACRAFT

Abstract

Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO) concept in Indonesia has been rising in 2015. The first VirtualHotel Operator in Indonesia is Nida Rooms, and more are coming in numbers such as AiryRooms, RedDoorz, Zen Rooms and Tinggal. Economic to mid accommodation and lodgingbecome the main target partner for Virtual Hotel Operator, either in strategic or remotecities in Indonesia. Less research provide data either VHO concept arises as disruption ornot. The purpose of this paper is to examine Virtual Hotel Operator concept towardsdisruption in hotel industry. This is qualitative exploratory research. Literature study anddocumentation are applied as primary data sources. Lack of journal related to Virtual HotelOperator concept acquired data obtained from news and articles. As the results, detaildescriptions about Virtual Hotel Operator are elaborate; definition, concept, characteristic,advantages and disadvantages, target partner, target customer, the way it works, as well asthe analysis either Virtual Hotel Operator comply as disruption in hotel industry or not. Abstract

Planning the development of tourism is very important because today and in the futurewill continue to shift travel market. Motives, interests, tastes, demands, and behavior oftravelers is constantly changing in this regard needs to be responded to appropriately.Moreover, the availability of a quality product to wane. With such changes innovativeproducts that are not obviously will not be sold in the market. Moreover, competitiveproducts and services in the travel market tends to increase with the degree of quality ismuch better. Therefore, the planning into action absolutely necessary. Good planningmeans will produce a strategy to increase competitiveness (competitiveness) productsand profits at the company level or travel perpetrator. In the plan should be reflected inthe terms must be met and what functions need to be carried out by the perpetrators.Explained that there are five main pillars that support the building eco-tourismdevelopment plan namely:a. The diversity of the tourism potentialThe construction of this area is to assist the government of West Java in an activerole in the tourism industry in general, by utilizing existing resources optimally. Thisarea was built with the intention to take an active role in solving the constraints ofdevelopment and the potential problems that exist so far in the area of Subang RegencyJayagiri and in general by:a. Abstract

To produce the good quality of foods and drinks, health and demanded by costumers,the food and beverage staff must be concerned to apply the hygiene in foodprocessing during making the products. This study uses a quantitative method withthe number of respondents as many as 30 people, they are employees of the hotelAston Rasuna Jakarta. Instruments in this study using a Likert scale questionnaireform with a 1-5 score. This analysis technique using multiple linear regression theresults show that the hygiene of food processing affects to the quality of food. It canbe seen from the test results that have been done using SPSS version 20.The results of regression tests show that variable Personal Hygiene (X1), foodhygiene (X2), Hygiene Equipment (X3) and Hygiene Kitchen (X4) produce F countequal to 3.436 with α amounting to 0,023. Which if F count> F table (2.76) withsignificantly below 0.05, it indicates that the Personal Hygiene (X1), food hygiene(X2), Hygiene Equipment (X3) and Hygiene Kitchen (X4), an influence on the qualityof the food (Y).Keywords : hygiene in food processing, food quality

Abstract

Bali is a tourism that is recognized by the whole world in natural beauty and the thickcultural richness. Kuta Beach-Bali is also one of the best ten beaches in the world(Made, 2010). This research took the title "THE INFLUENCE OF CUSTOMERSATISFACTION TO WORD OF MOUTH" (the empirical study: foreign tourists KutaBeach - Bali). The data analysis technique that is looking for a causal effect betweendependent variables and independent variables. Data analysis was conducted on 75respondents who are worldwide tourists visiting Kuta Beach in Bali. The type ofresearch used is explanation associative. The results obtained by the correlationcoefficient (R2) of 0.865, which means that the influence of independent variables X(word of mouth) to Y (satisfaction) is equal to 86% and the rest 14% influenced byother factors outside the model.Keywords: customer satisfaction, word of mouth
