Abstract

Pendirian BUMDes dimaksudkan sebagai upaya bersama antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa, untuk mengembangkan potensi Desa dan kebutuhan masyarakat guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh masyarakat dan berkontribusi bagi pendapatan desa. Pengembangan usaha Bumdes memerlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola potensi kekayaan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan Peran usaha Bumdes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi usaha Bumdes Karya Nyata Desa Keboireng Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peran usaha Bumdes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui potensi desa hasil pertanian yang di kelola oleh UMKM dibantu oleh Bumdes dalam mengembangankan usaha UMKM .Potensi UMKM dan serapan bagi masyarakat adalah menciptakan lapangan kerja dan usaha baru, sedang peran bumdes untuk pengembangan UMKM penguatan modal melalui usaha simpan pinjam dan financial teknologi, market place melalui web side dan usaha bersama. Melalui pengembangan usaha Bumdes kesejahteraan Masyarakat meningkat dengan dibuktikan adanta peningkatan PAD dan penurunan jumlah keluarga Pra KS.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of adoption of rice transplanter technology and analyze the financial feasibility of the rice transplanter rice planting machine business unit in Ponorogo Regency. The research location was chosen purposively in four sub-districts in Ponorogo Regency which has a business unit as well as a manager of rice transplants with three different years of machine investment, namely in 2017, 2018 and 2019. This study uses mix methods for get qualitative data then followed by quantitative data. The results showed that: Both interpersonal and group communication channels greatly influenced the adoption rate. The more farmers take the initiative to actively seek information, be open in groups and socially, the faster the adoption process of ricetransplanter. No farmers found in the category of Late Majority because farmers who are members of Gapoktan (actively seeking and getting information) will immediately adopt technology and farmers who are not affiliated with Gapoktan will reject this technology and fall into the laggards category. The Ricetransplanter Planting Machine business unit is financially feasible and partly unfeasible, shown by the Net Present Value (IRR) (Net Rate of Return) Gross B / C (Gross Benefit Cost Ratio) Net B / C (Net Benefit Cost Ratio ) and PP (Payback Period) are attached from the economic life of the machine for fifteen years.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of the research are to understand how the execution of apprisal of class of farmer group ability in Ponorogo Regency in 2019, to understand the problems as well as strategy to improve the class of farmer group ability. The research is qualitatively descriptive involving 32 farmer groups as sample and uses SWOT and QSPM as methode of data analysis. The result of research shows that advanced class dominates the apprisal result both in 2018 and 2019. The problems faced in improving of class of farmer group ability in Ponorogo Regency are: (1) farmer group is established only to access the government programes, (2) most of farmer member are in old age, (3) farmer group regulation are oftenly breached by farmers, (4) low education level of farmer causes the group is difficult to develop, (5) the organization structure of farmer group does not work as expected, (6) The decline in the interest of the younger generation to engage in agriculture, (7) the existence of farmer group is often used as political tools, (8) insufficent of agriculture instructor, (9) the difficulties of agriculture product to access market, (10) volume of subsidized fertilizer decreses, causes the increase of production cost. According to SWOT and QSPM analysis, it is understood that the strength-opportunity strategy (aggressive strategy) is suitable to increase the level of class of farmer group in Ponorogo Regency. The principe of mentioned strategy is to use internal strength to utilise natural resources especially those related to rice farming with strong guidence from competent agriculture instructor.Keywords: Farmer groups, Group Classes farmers, Class Improvement Strategies ABSTRAK Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan Penilaian Kelas Kemampuan Kelompoktani di Kabupaten Ponorogo tahun 2019, mengetahui permasalahan serta strategi Peningkatan Kelas Kemampuan Kelompoktani. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 32 kelompok. Teknik analisa data SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas lanjut masih mendominasi pada penilaian baik di tahun 2018 maupun di tahun 2019. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam Peningkatan Kelas Kemampuan Kelompoktani di Kabupaten Ponorogo tahun 2019 adalah: (1) Poktan didirikan hanya untuk mengakses program saja, (2) Sebagian besar petani sudah tua, (3) Komitmen petani terhadap aturan Poktan sering dilanggar (4) Tingkat pendidikan anggota Poktan yang rendah menjadikan Poktan sulit berkembang (5) Kurang berfungsinya struktur organisasi Poktan, (6) Menurunnya minat generasi muda untuk berkecimpung di dunia pertanian, (7) Keberadaan Poktan seringkali menjadi alat politis, (8) Kurangnya tenaga penyuluh, (9) Produk pertanian kesulitan dalam mengakses pasar, (10) Volume pupuk bersubsidi berkurang sehingga biaya produksi tinggi. Menurut analisa SWOT dan QSPM diperoleh hasil bahwa strategi kekuatan peluang ( strategi agresif ) adalah strategi yang cocok untuk meningkatkan Kelas Kelompok Tani di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Prinsip strategi ini adalah menggunakan kekuatan internal untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal, yaitu dengan membentuk usaha poktan yang berbasis Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) terutama yang berkaitan dengan komoditas padi dengan dikawal ketat oleh Penyuluh Pertanian yang berkompeten. Abstract

The research objective include: (1) Analyzing the differences in production, production costs and cocoa farmer income with fermentation and non-fermentation process in Ponorogo Regency. (2) To develop the model of implementation technology post-harvest cocoa in the fermentation process in Ponorogo Regency. The determination of the respondent was determined purposively which was taken in one area in the Pulung District of Serag Village namely Kelompok Tani Subur which classified as successful cocoa farming groups in the Ponorogo Regency who has 48 cocoa farmers which consisted of 27 farmers with fermentation processing and 21 farmers with non-fermentation processing. The data analysis method used was linear trend analysis, Independent Sample T Test analysis and descriptive data analysis. The research results include: (1) The development of cocoa production in Ponorogo Regency in the last 10 years (2010 - 2019) has a fluctuating trend. (2) There is a real difference between production, production costs and cocoa farmer income with fermentation and non-fermentation process. (3) The implementation efforts of post-harvest technology in the fermentation process in Ponorogo Regency include the formation of the institutions that lead to the development of intensive cocoa plantation activities, improvement of cocoa marketing through the establishment of cocoa marketing institutions, empowering cocoa farmers and support from stakeholders in capital and partnerships. Abstract

Abstract The tourism sector is one sector that is utilized by various regions in Indonesia in increasing the independence and prosperity of its people. especially in the current era of regional autonomy, the Regional Government of Kediri Regency needs to develop the tourism sector as an effort to increase Local Revenue (PAD). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the condition of tourism in the District of Kediri, the development of the tourism sector, the factors that influence tourism development, as well as the obstacles experienced in developing tourism as an effort to increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Kediri Regency. The instrument in this study used interview guidelines conducted by direct observation of the research subjects. Based on the results of research and discussion that the condition of tourism in the area of ​​Kediri Regency has enormous potential as one of the supporting sectors of regional development. Tourism development has a large enough potential to continue to be increased so that it contributes to the increase in input on the Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Factors that influence the development of the tourism sector include established regulations, qualified and competent human resources, budget funds, and real participation from the community. Obstacles related to the development of the tourism sector are the low quality of Human Resources (HR) as a manager of tourism and tourism objects, the limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the marketing network, and the non-optimal management and development of the tourism potential of Kediri Regency.
