Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out how far the development of the financial performance (KPRI) of Karya Sejahtera, Klabang District, Bondowoso Regency when viewed from financial ratios for 5 years. The design of this research is field research. To determine which areas will be studied, the researcher uses purposive sampling method. The method of determining the research respondents is the population method and the sample method, the determination in choosing the method of determining the respondent will determine the success of the research. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique is using Financial Ratio Analysis and Growth Ratio Analysis. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the state of economic profitability at KPRI "Karya Sejahtera" Klabang District, Bondowoso Regency from 2013 to 2017 decreased due to the percentage increase in profits (SHU) with total assets greater than the increase in total assets, which caused by the increasing number of long-term debt which in 2013 did not exist to exist in 2014 amounting to Rp. 7,310,641.00.

Abstract

Economic Order Quantity analysis method can increase the effort to bias to manage the inventory well, in order to have the optimal inventory possible for smooth operation of business entity in the amount, time and quality of the right and with the lowest cost. However, based on preliminary observations it turns out raw material inventory at UD. Champion is not well planned so that the existing raw material inventory is less than optimal and the production process can not run smoothly. This is due to lack of raw material inventory. The design of research is focused on how to find out the comparison of the efficiency level of the company's financial condition. This research has no population and sample but direct the whole case of inventory and use of raw materials at UD Champion of Kalibagor Village Situbondo beside that there are also other tile businessman in Kalibagor Village as many as 19 businessmen. Quantity of ordering of optimal raw materials according to Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) during June 2017 until May 2018 at UD. Champion of Kalibagor village, Situbondo sub-district is bigger than company policy with frequency of order which is smaller than company policy. By using EOQ method, quantity ordering of expensive tile raw material equal to 9907 with frequency of ordering 98 times while company policy equal to 9,300 with frequency 357 times and at order of cheap tile raw material by using EOQ method gets quantity ordering 6,839 with frequency 83 times while with company policy amounted to 6245 with frequency 357 times. Total inventory cost by using EOQ Method on expensive tile raw material amounted to Rp3,346,850, while with company policy of Rp10,325,400. So we can get profit by using EOQ which produce Total Cost which is cheaper compared to that owned by company with difference Rp6.978.550. Total inventory cost by using EOQ Method on cheap bakugenteng material amounted to Rp2.705.812, while with the company policy of Rp10.325.400. So we get the advantage by using EOQ that produces Total Cost which is cheaper than that owned by the company with the difference ofRp7.619.588.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the learning environment in schools and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VII even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Besuki in the 2017/2018 academic year. In this study, the research design used was ex post fact. The method of determining the location in this study uses a purposive sampling area. the method of determining the sample is simple random sampling method. Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire, documentation, observation, interviews. The data analysis used is instrument test and regression analysis test. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between the Learning Environment in Schools and Achievement Motivation on the Learning Outcomes of students in Social Studies subjects for class VII Even Semester SMP Negeri 1 Besuki in the 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of achievement motivation and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of economy class XI subjects in MA Fathussalafi mangaran situbondo academic year 2017/2018. Respondents in this study students class XI in MA Fathussalafi mangaran situbondo academic year 2017/2018 amounted to 30 learners drawn from 84peserta students. Sampling using technique proportional radom sampling. This research is an ExPost Facto research where the research only examines cause and effect relationships that are not manipulated or treated by the researcher. Data collection instruments using documentation, interviews, questionnaires were analyzed using the correlation of Product Moment Statistics. Achievement motivation data obtained from questionnaires given to students amounted to 10 questions. The result of the questionnaire shows the highest score = 26 and the lowest score = 19. The study facility data is obtained from the questionnaire given to the learners amounted to 10 questions. The results of the questionnaire revealed the highest score = 24 and the lowest score 18. While the learning result data obtained from the documentation of daily test value of learners and the result is known the highest value = 90 and the lowest score 70. Known major hypothesis test r-count value of 0,665, after dikskultasikan with r-table value, the value of r-table <r-count is 0.361. The working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Testing of minor hypothesis X₁ (achievement motivation) to Y known value of r-count equal to 0,444, after consultation with r-table, value r-table <r-count that is equal to 0,361. The hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Testing the minor hypothesis X₂ (learning failures) to Y is known r-count value of 0,405, after consultation with r-table, the value of r-table <r-count is 0,361. The working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. So it can be concluded "there is influence of achievement motivation and learning facilities to the learning result of economy class XI class in MA Fathussalafi mangaran situbondo year 2017/2018".

Abstract

The rapid development of technological science and the flow of globalization have a lot of competition in the field of education. Education is always the main concern in order to advance the lives of generations in line with the guidance of the community. The learning process in school is a complex and comprehensive process. Many people argue that to achieve high achievement in learning, a student must have a high Intelligence Quotient (IQ), because Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is a potential provision that will facilitate learning and in turn will produce optimal learning achievement Intellectual intelligence (IQ) ) only contributed 20% to success, while 80% was contributed by strength factors including emotional intelligence or Emotional Quotient (EQ), Aimed to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Subjects Class XI Accounting SMK 2 Situbondo even semester 2017 Academic Year -2018. In testing the hypothesis there is a low influence between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. Next, prove F hypothesis, the hypothesis will be proven if F-count is greater than F-table with a significant level of 5%. Large F-count is 10.381 while F-table is 3.1154 at N = 80, meaning that F-count is greater than F-table so it is said that there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. From the calculation of the 20 item questionnaire that has been validated. Where db = n - k - 1 = 78 with respondents 80 students, and the Ttable value seen from column db is 0.224 so if Thitung> T table then the questionnaire will be valid. After all valid questions, the next step is to record the questionnaire question, it has known reliable data of 0, 685> 0.60 and reliable 100%. The results of research conducted by researchers who use simple correlations to determine the relationship between variables is that it can get a value of 0.3428 when consulted with the empirical table that there is a low relationship between the variables of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes. To determine the effect between the variables of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes with the regression equation is = a + bx = 68,468 + 0,2194x, thus the coefficient of determination of variance is 0,3428 which means that emotional intelligence has a contribution to the learning outcomes of class XI of SMK Accounting N 2 2017/2018 Academic Year is 11.751% and the remaining 88.294% is influenced by other variables not examined.
