Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the difference in understanding of students' concepts in mathematics subjects using discovery learning models and direct teaching models in class X of Khamas Asembagus Vocational School 2017/2018 academic year. This research is a type of quasi experiment research (quasi experiment). The population in this study was class X of the Khamas Asembagus Vocational School which consisted of 3 classes with 80 students. The sample in this study is class X TKJ 1 as many as 24 students as the experimental class and class X MM as many as 31 students as the control class. Data collection in this study was conducted using a test and then analyzed by t-test. The results of the analysis show that tcount> ttable or 3.198> 1.6741, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of understanding of students' concepts in mathematics between those using the discovery learning model and the direct teaching model.  Keywords: Discovery Learning, Learning Outcomes, mathematical concepts Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingat pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika yang menggunakan model discovery learning dan model pengajaran langsung pada siswa kelas X SMK Khamas Asembagus tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi experiment (kuasi eksperimen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X SMK Khamas Asembagus yang terdiri dari 3 kelas dengan jumlah 80 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X TKJ 1 sebanyak 24 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MM sebanyak 31 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan test dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 3,198 > 1,6741, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika antara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan model pengajaran langsung. Kata kunci: discovery learning, hasil belajar, konsep matematika

Abstract

Absract: Application of Problem Based Learning Model Using the Index Card Match To Improve Learning Activities and Results Class X. This study aims to improve the activity and student learning outcomes. Therefore, this study was designed with classroom action research model. Subjects in this study were students of class X 1 MAN 2 Situbondo The action taken is the implementation of Problem Based Learning using Index Card Macht conducted in two cycles. The technique of collecting data through observation sheet activities of every learning and evaluation at the end of each cycle.From research conducted to prove that: 1) an increase in the activity of students in the first cycle and the second cycle. In the first cycle of student activity level of 89.10% and the second cycle of 92.52%, and both are included in the category of very active. 2) an increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle and the second cycle. In the prior action of students who otherwise completed totaling 28 students or 71.79% increased in the first cycle to 31 students or 79.49% and increased again in the second cycle to 36 or 92.31% and otherwise completed in classical because it has exceeded the limit that is 80% complete. Keywords: Model PBL with Index Card Match, activities, learning outcomesAbstract: Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Menggunakan Index Card Macht Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dirancang dengan model penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X 1 MAN 2 Situbondo Tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu penerapan Problem Based Learning menggunakan Index Card Macht yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar obsevasi aktivitas setiap proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi di setiap akhir siklusnya.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan membuktikan bahwa : 1) terjadi peningkatan aktifitas belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I tingkat aktifitas siswa sebesar 89,10% dan pada siklus II sebesar 92,52% dan keduanya termasuk dalam kategori sangat aktif. 2) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Pada sebelum tindakan siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas berjumlah 28 siswa atau 71,79% kemudian meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 31 siswa atau 79,49% dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 36 atau 92,31% dan dinyatakan tuntas secara klasikal karena telah melebihi batas tuntas yaitu 80%. Kata kunci: Model PBL dengan Index Card Macht, aktifitas, hasil belajar

Abstract

Boarding school is an Islamic institution that has a noble goal, that is to educate the community in which is called santri, so that it becomes a human being beneficial to himself more for the outside community. To be a students who hope to be able to be useful in the midst of society, for that institution of boarding schools create a variety of programs and education either in the form of character education and formal education in order to adapt themselves With the demands of the epoch but still on the line of provisions taught his religion that is Islam. In a boarding school certainly has leaders who lead the entire students therein, as the caretaker as well as the main leader of boarding school is a major role in realizing the vision and mission of boarding schools, because only the top The entire activity will run.The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which the source of results is obtained from interviews with predetermined sources. The results of the study prove that the role of the kyai is very urgent for the life of the boarding school community in it,because the kyai is the leader of the boarding school. In realizing a common goal in educating and shaping the character of santri as needed in the midst of society, of course there are several obstacles. However, this is still a reasonable limit and is handled jointly by the kyai together with the administrators of the Salafiyah Dawuhan Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Ketercapaian dan suksesnya sebuah proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari nilai hasil belajar yang diperoleh oleh siswa. Pembelajaran dikatakan berhasil apabila siswa memperoleh atau mencapai nilai-nilai yang telah sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Namun sebaliknya, rendahnya hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan tidak tercapai dan suksesnya proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dan motivasi belajar degan hasil belajar mata pela-jaran ekonomi pada siswa MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid Situbondo tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 59 siswa. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan korelasi Pearson product moment, korelasi ganda, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1.) Tidak ada hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dan hasil belajar dengan r hitung -0,207 r tabel 0,254; 2.) Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar dengan r hitung 0,366 r tabel 0,254; dan 3.) Terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar dengan  rYX1X2 0,882 r tabel 0,254. Pada taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh hasil F hitung 4,080 F tabel 3,16. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis (Ho) ditolak, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid tahun pelajaran 2020/2021.Relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes AbstractThe achievement and success of a learning process can be seen from the value of learning outcomes obtained by students. Learning is said to be successful if students obtain/achieve values that are in accordance with the learning objectives. On the other hand, the low student learning outcomes indicate that the learning process is not achieved and the success of the learning process. This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation with learning outcomes in economics subjects at MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid Situbondo students in the 2020/2021 school year. Quantitative research methods were used in this study with a sampling technique using a population. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The total population of this study was 59 students. Hypothesis testing using Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple correlations, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1.) There is no relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning outcomes with r count -0.207 r table 0.254; 2.) There is a relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes with r count 0.366 r table 0.254; and 3.) There is a relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation with learning outcomes with rYX1X2 0.882 r table 0.254. At a significant level of 5%, the results obtained are F count 4.080 F table 3.16. The conclusion in this study is that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation and the economic learning outcomes of Sarji Ar-Rasyid's MA students in the 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui hasil belajar. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan desain bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Design ini terdapat pretest yaitu kelompok kelas eksperimen dengan metode pembelajaran discovery learning dan kelompok kelas kontrol dengan metode diskusi. Kemudian diberikan posttest untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda dengan pelajaran yang sama. Batasan berdasarkan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu (Ekonomi) dengan hasil belajar yang di inginkan adalah pemahaman konsep. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran discovery learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPS Terpadu kelas VII SMP Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian tersebut diperoleh nilai probabilitas kumulatif sebesar 0,026, artinya nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,026 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Hipotesis Alternatif diterima.”

Abstract

Seorang pengajar perlu memiliki keterampilan untuk mengembangkan berbagai bentuk instrument yang baik guna mengukur ketercapaian kompetensi siswa. Suatu instrumen soal tes di katakan baik apabila dilakukan analisis instrumen tes dengan cara melakukan uji validitas isi, validitas konstruk dan realibilitas soal tes. Dalam penyusunan instrument soal tes, rencana juga disebut dengan kisi-kisi soal tes yang akan memberikan bimbingan terarah kepada penyusunan tes. Kisi-kisi soal suatu tes yang akan dilaksanakan pada prinsipnya sangat diperlukan agar hasil yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Kisi-kisi soal yang dibuat dengan teliti dan konseptual akan memberikan jaminan bahwa pengajar dapat megukur penguasaan belajar siswa dengan relevan dan reprensentative. Dengan terukurnya kemampuan siswa, maka akan didapat informasi kemampuan akademik dan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penyusunan kisi-kisi merupakan solusi dari masalah di atas, karena kisi-kisi berisi ruang lingkup dan isi materi yang akan diujikan. Oleh karena itu, dirasa penting kegiatan penyusunan kisi-kisi soal bagi guru-guru MA Wali Songo. Metode kegiatan ini adalah workshop penyusunan kisi-kisi soal yang diberikan kepada guru-guru MA. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa, meningkatknya motivasi guru-guru untuk menyusun kisi-kisi soal serta membuat soal yang baik, valid dan reliabel serta meningkatnya kesadaran guru tentang pentingnya penyusunan kisi-kisi soal yang baik, valid dan reliabel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who learn using a problem-based learning model, namely Problem Based Learning (PBL). This type of research is quantitative with the pre-experimental design using a one-shot case study. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method, namely 23 students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Mangaran. Collecting data using test instruments, namely pretest and posttest, which are then analyzed by t-test. The results of the analysis show that tcount> ttable or 4.060> 2.074, with a sig value of 0.001 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes before (pretest) and after (posttest) using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This result means that there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the learning outcomes of class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 1 Mangaran Situbondo.

Abstract

Kyai has an important role in the birth and growth of a pesantren, including Salafiyah Dawuhan Pesantren in Situbondo. The style and development of pesantren are very much influenced by the expertise, knowledge and ability of a Kyai, including in educating students. This study aims to determine the role of clerics in forming adversity quotient santri in Salafiyah Dawuhan Pesantren Dawuhan Situbondo through a qualitative description approach with two variables, one X variable and one Y variable. Data collection techniques use the triangulation method, while in determining the sample using the purposive method and snowball sampling. This research successfully illustrates that the Kyai has a very vital role in shaping the santri adversity quotient both individually and through collective work.

Abstract

This study aims to examine students' problem solving abilities in mathematics with different achievement motivation between those taught through problem based learning and discussion. The design of this study uses quasi-experimental forms of Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The experimental group from this study was given PBL treatment, while the control group was treated with the discussion method. The data of this study were analyzed by the Univariate Analysis of Variance technique. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect between PBL models and discussion models on students 'problem solving abilities, (2) there was a significant effect between students with high and low achievement motivation on students' problem solving abilities, (3) there were interactions between PBL models, achievement motivation and student problem solving abilities. So that it can be concluded that students who learn with the PBL model have a better ability to solve problems than students who learn with a discussion model. Students with high achievement motivation have better problem solving skills than students with low achievement motivation. The final conclusion is that students' problem solving abilities can be achieved well if they pay attention to both variables at once, namely the model and achievement motivation.

Abstract

Learning at this time focuses on students in achieving learning objectives. One of the important skills to develop is communication skills. Communication is an important thing in everyday life. This study aims to determine that learning with the guided inquiry model can develop students' communication skills. This research uses Pre-experimental Designs by using One-Shot Case Study design. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study used the normality test with Shapiro Wilk and the t-test paired samples test difference test. The results of the analysis show that the data is normally distributed with the value of Significant in observation 1 of 0.143 and the value of Significant in observation 2 of 0.128. The correlation coefficient value is 0.484 with the value of Sig. of 0.031. Because the value of Significant 0.031 < 0.05, it can be said that there is a relationship between observation 1 and observation 2. It is known that the value of tcount = 9,151 and the value of ttable = 2,093, meaning that the value of ttable = 2,093 < tcount value = 9,151 Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the guided inquiry learning model on students' communication skills. Abstrak Pembelajaran pada saat ini berfokus kepada siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu keterampilan yang penting untuk dikembangkan adalah keterampilan komunikasi. Komunikasi merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa pembelajaran dengan model inkuiri terbimbing (Guided Inquiry) dapat mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan desain Pre-experimental Designs dengan menggunakan desain One-Shot Case Study. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dengan Shapiro wilk dan uji beda t test paired samples test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan data terdistribusi normal dengan nilai Signifikan pada observasi 1 sebesar 0,143 dan nilai Signifikan pada observasi 2 sebesar 0,128. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,484 dengan nilai Signifikan sebesar 0,031. Karena nilai Signifikan 0,031 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara observasi 1 dan observasi 2. Diketahui nilai thitung =9,151 dan nilai ttabel = 2,093, berarti nilai ttabel = 2,093 < nilai thitung = 9,151 Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (guided inquiry) terhadap keterampilan komunikasi siswa.
