Abstract

Leadership in the Kiaracondong District Environment, Bandung City, it turns out that the majority of employees gave quite good responses; employee work motivation in the Kiaracondong District of Bandung City can generally be said to be good; The performance of employees in the Kiaracondong District of Bandung City is currently considered good. Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously influence employee performance in the Kiaracondong District, Bandung City. However, partially dominant leadership influences performance rather than work motivation. Because leadership is more dominant in influencing performance, being the first priority in improving employee performance, the Kiaracondong District Environment in Bandung City is expected to pay attention to the fact that leaders make a big contribution to improving employee performance.

Abstract

This Study aim to analyze how implementation model of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and business performance on Micro and Small Entreorises for food category in City Jambi. Study this is qualitative research. The approach used in this research is a case study of the research object, Micro and Small Enterprises in term of food and beverage entreprises. The determination of informants in this research, it was carried out using a purposive sampling technique where selection was carried out deliberately based on predetermined criteria and set based on objectives study. Informant study This is: Manager/owner Business Micro and Small category Food in Jambi. The research results show that food business owners have an entrepreneurial orientation and understand market desires (market orientation). MSEs understand that the more market-oriented and entrepreneurial they are, the better their business performance will be. The use of technology in the form of social media as a means of promotion has been carried out, but the courage to take risks is still low.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between authoritative parenting and entrepreneurial preparedness, with risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity as mediating factors. Parenting styles play a significant role in shaping children's behavior, including nurturing their entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The study involved a sample of 296 respondents. IBM AMOS version 23 was employed for hypothesis testing. Additionally, a sobel-test calculator was utilized to examine mediation. Ultimately, the results support all nine proposed hypotheses, providing valuable insights into the relationship between authoritative parenting, risk tolerance, self-efficacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial preparedness. The findings confirm several key aspects that researchers initially hypothesized. First, authoritative parenting has a positive and significant impact on risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity. Second, risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial preparedness. Furthermore, the results indicate that risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity mediate the relationship between authoritative parenting and entrepreneurial preparedness. The findings of this research demonstrate that authoritative parenting can influence children's character development, leading to higher levels of creativity, self-confidence, and risk tolerance traits essential for entrepreneurs

Abstract

In the rapidly changing landscape of modern organizations, the ability to make informed and timely decisions is crucial. Decision Support Systems (DSS) have emerged as vital tools to aid decision-makers by providing valuable insights and assistance in the decision-making process. This journal explores the critical factors influencing the adoption and effectiveness of DSS, with a specific focus on the variables of knowledge, training, and ease of use. The research employed the research library method, conducting a comprehensive review of existing literature to advance understanding of the factors influencing DSS. The results and discussions highlight the significance of knowledge, training, and ease of use in the successful utilization of DSS. Users' computer proficiency, familiarity with similar systems, training, and system intuitiveness all contribute to the effectiveness and acceptance of DSS. Tailoring DSS to individual needs and knowledge levels can enhance their ability to support decision-making in various contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze the effect of relational competence on performance; (2) analyze the effect of work flexibility on performance; (3) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on performance; (4) analyze the effect of relational competence on work commitment; (5) analyze the effect of work flexibility on work commitment; (6) analyze the effect of mastery of technology on work commitment; and (7) analyze the effect of work commitment on performance. This research was conducted on the statistical partners of BPS Batu Bara Regency, where the population was 201 people and the number of samples was 67. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques. The analysis method uses PLS analysis with the smartPLS 4.0 application. The research results show that relational competence and work commitment directly have a positive and significant influence on performance. Work flexibility and mastery of technology have no effect on performance. Relational competence and mastery of technology have no effect on work commitment. Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Indirectly, work commitment mediates the influence of work flexibility and mastery of technology on performance, and work commitment is unable to mediate the influence of relational competence on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between variables in the context of organizations with qualitative methods. This paper uses qualitative research methods by looking for paper literature related to the results or findings related to the variables in this paper, the findings obtained from the paper are proven in the profit organization in the implementation of the existing. Overall between variables where leadership with company performance or organizational performance exists in the findings of the paper from various literature found to support this paper and with the object of profit and non-profit organizations such as government organizations, insurance, schools, and others. The Work Discipline variable in the findings also has a positive influence on company performance or organizational performance, and finally customer loyalty in profit organizations as the object of research from existing literature also has a positive influence on company performance or organizational performance. So that this paper with a review of previous literature papers is proven even with minimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to study the impact of total quality management on improving the eco-performance of companies in the plastics industry through the mediation of organizational innovation. The research method used SEM analysis with the participation of multiple respondents, starting with an observational survey and analyzing data from several companies in the plastics industry with a total of 132 representative respondents. The results show that total quality management has a positive but insignificant relationship with a corporate green performance. Furthermore, total quality management has a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation. Meanwhile, the mediating effect of organizational innovation has a positive and significant relationship mediating the relationship between total quality management and organizational innovation. However, total quality management and organizational innovation have a positive and significant relationship with corporate green performance. The conclusion of this study is that total quality management plays an important role in improving the eco-performance of plastics industry enterprises, although it is not significant, and total quality management also has an impact. positively and significantly impacts organizational innovation, although organizational innovation does not play a mediating role. The relationship between total quality management and eco-performance. Therefore, companies in this sector must actively integrate total quality management into their strategies while enhancing organizational learning capabilities to achieve better green performance. These findings provide valuable guidance to practitioners and managers in their efforts to achieve sustainability and reduce negative environmental impacts in the plastics industry. The new point of this study is that the above variables have never been studied by previous researchers, and the indicators in this study are also considered new because no one has previously measured them with comprehensive indicators such as this study.

Abstract

Research related to factors that influence information systems for competitive advantage: human resources, information technology and organizational support is a literature review research article. The purpose of writing this article is to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables, which is useful for further research within the scope of human resource management. This type of research is in the form of a literature review in the form of qualitative research which is sourced from previous research that has been published. Previous research sources such as Google Scholar, digital reference books, DOAJ and SINTA. The results of this literature review research are: 1) Human resources influence information systems for competitive advantage; 2) Information technology influences information systems for competitive advantage; and 3) Organizational support influences information systems for competitive advantage.

Abstract

The financial performance of the pharmaceutical sector globally can be seen in the pharmaceutical sector in each country's capital market. Important information in the financial performance of the information sector is the financial statements provided by each pharmaceutical company that goes public. using secondary data with panel data analysis methods. The results showed that Return on Equity (ROE) partially had a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021.Currently Ratio (CR) partially has a significant negative effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2021. The results of the F test show that Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) together have a significant influence on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. IDX in 2013-2021 of 0.858833 which means that PBV is influenced by ROE, CR and DER by 87.93%, the remaining 12.07% is influenced by factors other than the factors above. checked. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, and leadership simultaneously on employee performance. Data was taken from 30 people who were sampled from 80 security guardsThe sampling method used is Probability sampling, the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysisThis study uses validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables namely training (X1), work discipline (X2), leadership (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).
