Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to assess the ability of writers, especially in understanding the knowledge and knowledge gained and apply it in practice, so that later it can help the writer to convey, use, apply knowledge and knowledge that has been able to overcome the problem of leadership style on employee passion in Bureau of Financial and State Assets Inventory Department of Religion the Republic of Indonesia. This research authors compile based on scientific methods, using descriptive methods, namely by collecting data and providing a clear picture. This data was obtained through field research, questionnaire questionnaires, literature and statistical analysis to prove the results that have been studied. Based on the description and discussion of the influence of leadership style on employee passion, the writer can conclude that there is a strong influence relationship between leadership style on employee passion at the Financial Bureau and the State Assets Inventory of the Department of Religion the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the service STO Jakarta Kelapa Gading according to the Circular of the Director-General of Tax No. SE - 84 / PJ / 2011 and SE - 09 / PJ / 2013, and within six components of the assessment Pilot KPP. The research method used to obtain and analyze data that can support this writing is a qualitative method through interviews and document collection through library research. The implementation of excellent service is an obligation of the KPP as a public service provider. To carry out performance evaluations and give awards to offices that have performed excellent service according to existing regulations, an assessment was held to obtain a pilot KPP title held by the Ministry of Finance Assessment Team. This assessment is regulated in Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 128 / KMK.01 / 2013 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Pilot Service Offices in the Ministry of Finance and Decree of the Director-General of Tax Number KEP-161 / PJ / 2015 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Pilot Services Offices at Regional Office Level Directorate General of Taxes. Jakarta Kelapa Gading KPP is the first KPP Pilot Model in the North Jakarta area. Therefore following the implementation of existing services so that the KPP can get a pilot KPP title.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of determinant factors: (i) exchange rates, (ii) inflation, (iii) CDS spreads, (iv) bid-ask spreads, (v) overnight rate, (vi) CB’s rate (Central Bank Rate), and (vii) oil prices on Government bond yields. The data used are monthly data in the period 2012 - 2018. The research method used is the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) approach. Our analysis indicated that the determinant factors have impact on government bond yields. Based on the analysis of the impulse response function (IRF), the yield is to respond to any shocks given by the long term. While through forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) analysis, found that CDS spreads and oil prices contributed significantly to the movement of Government bond yields.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of transformational, transactional, authentic and authoritarian leadership styles toward lecture performance in some private university in Tangerang. The study population are lecture of private university as many as 120 lectures from 14 of private university and data collection methods by giving an electronics questionnaire to the lectures of private university in Tangerang. The data analysis tool of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) the LISREL program version 8.70. The results show that the transformational, transactional and authorian leadership style have positive and significant affected to lecture performance. Transformational leadership and authentic leadership has no significant effect to lecture performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the ratio - financial ratios Altman Z-Score on stock prices (study at the plantation subsector company that went public on the stock exchanges of Indonesia). The research data is annual data from 2014 until 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Of the population of 16 companies in the plantation subsector, 15 companies met the criteria plantation sub-sector into the sample. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression. The results showed Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA), Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA) and Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilites (MVEBTL) together - the same (simultaneous) effect significant positive stock price

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) provides loans to people with require collateral item as insurance. PT. Pegadaian have to keep the collateral save and maintain it secure, so that internal control for collateral items are necessary needed. The purpose of this research was to determine and evaluate the implementation of the internal control systems for receiving, returns, and auctions of collateral items at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). The method used is qualitative descriptive with five components of COSO to evaluate the effectivities of internal control that applied at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). The five components of the COSO internal control is the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and monitoring. The results showed that internal control systems at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) have been support by Standard Operating Procedures for all operations and filed documents. But from the evaluation for internal control system of receiving, returns, and auctions of collateral items there are still task stacking at unit manager make internal control systems PT. Pegadaian (persero) still have lack of control.

Abstract

The development of increasingly stringent business world in Indonesia will create an increasingly sharp competition between companies. Firms in the industry in Indonesia is a land for investors to invest capital to be invested in various forms of securities. So it is not wrong for the company's various aspects and types become part of the capital market. This study was conducted to determine the effect of ROE, DER and PBV to Stock Return on Telecommunications Sector Sub Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses annual data for the observation period from 2014 until 2018. The research type is descriptive causality. The data used is the data panel that is a combination of annual time series data and cross section were processed using panel data regression analysis. The population is all Sub-Sector Telecommunications listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 until 2018 the number of 5 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, found a sample of four companies with the observation of 5 years in order to obtain total observation as much as 20. Data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and Yahoo Finance. Analysis of the data in this study is panel data regression. The model used is the Common Effect Model. The analysis showed that the ROE does not have a significant effect on stock returns, DER has no significant effect on stock returns, while PBV positive and significant effect Stock Return on Telecommunications Sector Sub Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the world to become easier and bring development and progress in all fields. With the support of computer technology it is proven that the mechanism of long and repetitive work becomes effective and efficient. Information systems play an important role in supporting the smooth work activities in an information, how to organize data with a database system that has been supporting the performance of many agencies. Writing Purpose This would like to know how much influence an information system is implemented in a company and what are the strengths and weaknesses arising from the application of an information system in a traveloka company. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect workload and job characteristics on employee performance through work-school conflict as a mediating variable for employees who are continuing their graduate studies. The research method uses quantitative approaches. The sample selection is done by using Hair Methodl, namely by multiplying 5-15 with indicators (60 indicators), so sample obtained by 300 employees who are continuing their graduate studies in Jakarta. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 3.0.The result showed that wokload had a positive and significant effect on work-school conflict, but no effect on employee performance. Job characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but no effect on work-school conflict. Work-school conflict had negative and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work-school conflict had full mediated work load on employee performance, but no effect mediating for characteristics to employee performance

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment and employee performance, namely: Perceived Organizational Support, Communication, and Leadership Style, a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Employee Performance; 2) Communication has an effect on employee performance; 3) Leadership Style affects Employee Performance.
