Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction This study aims to determine the role of perceived social support on the academic resilience of students who working on their undergraduate thesis in post-covid-19 pandemic period. Method This research uses correlational quantitative methods. Respondents are 150 7th semester students who are working on their undergraduate thesis, obtained with purposive sampling. Instruments used in this research are the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30). Results Based on the analysis,, the results show there is a significant role of perceived social support on academic resilience, which means that higher perceived social support, higher the academic resilience, and the other way around. Coefficient value is 20.8% (R2 = 0.208; Sig < 0.05). This means that there is role of 20.8% of the perceived social support variable on the academic resilience of students outside this research. Conclusions From this research, it can be seen that the role of the environment is an important factor in individual tasks such as undergraduate theses, especially in conditions that have many challenges. Keywords : perceived social support, academic resilience ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perceived social support terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 150 mahasiswa semester 7 yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi yang didapatkan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support milik dan The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30). Hasil Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat peran yang signifikan variabel perceived social support terhadap resiliensi akademik, di mana semakin tinggi perceived social support maka makin tinggi pula resiliensi akademik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Nilai koefisien sebesar 20.8% (R2 = 0.208 ; Sig < 0.05). Hal ini berarti terdapat peran sebesar 20.8% variabel perceived social support terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19, sedangkan 79.2 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Kesimpulan Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa peran dari lingkungan menjadi faktor yang penting pada pengerjaan tugas yang sifatnya individu seperti skripsi, khususnya pada kondisi yang memiliki banyak tantangan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Care Institution is a residence prepared to take care of the elders. The elders who live there are ought to adapt to the new settings in the institution. It's not uncommon to see the elderly struggle with both internal and external conflicts in the adaptation process that could affect their psychological well-being. This research aimed to describe the elders' psychological well-being in Jambi Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Care Institution. Methods This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population involved in this research were the elders who live in Jambi Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Care Institution. Sampling technique used was incidental sampling with total sample of 39 elders. Data were obtained by applying psychological well-being scale. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis. Results The description of the psychological well-being of the elderly at Jambi Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Institution, had the highest score of 50, the lowest score of 23, and the mean score of 39.15. 18 people were classified as moderate category (46.15%), 11 people (28.21%) were classified as high category, 5 people (12.82%) were classified as low category , 4 people (10.26%) were classified as very low category, and 1 person (2.56%) was classified as very high category. Conclusions and Suggestions The level of psychological well-being of the elderly in Jambi Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Institution is generally in the moderate category. Grounded on the results, the social care institution is expected to help improving the psychological well-being of the elderly who live there. Keywords: Psychological Well-Being, Elderly, Tresna Werdha Social Institution ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha merupakan rumah kediaman yang merawat orang lanjut usia. Lansia yang tinggal di panti tentunya harus menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan baru di panti. Tidak jarang pada proses tersebut mereka mengalami konflik internal maupun eksternal yang memengaruhi kondisi psychological well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran psychological well-being lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah lansia yang tinggal di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kota Jambi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Incidental (kebetulan) dengan total subjek 39 lansia. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala alat ukur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil Gambaran psychological well-being lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kota Jambi memiliki skor tertinggi 50, skor terendah 23, skor rata-rata sebesar 39,15 dengan klasifikasi sedang sebanyak 18 orang (46,15%), sebanyak 11 orang (28,21%) terklasifikasi tinggi, sebanyak 5 orang (12,82%) terklasifikasi rendah, sebanyak 4 orang (10,26%) klasifikasi sangat rendah, dan sebanyak 1 orang (2,56%) dengan klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan dan Saran Tingkat psychological well-being lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kota Jambi umumnya berada pada kategori sedang. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction This study aimed to analyze the performance of participants in the Emotion Word Fluency Test (EWFT) through scores generated from emotional experiences at work. Fire fighters as one type of work that has risk of accidents that can trigger individual emotional experiences. Method 90 participants were involved aged 18 – 53 years who were divided into two groups of participants (Firefighter group = 60; Staff group = 30). The EWFT scores were analyzed using the Mann Whitney Test. The results showed that the two groups showed a significant difference in EWFT scores between the two groups on the number of correct words and negative emotion words, that the rank of the firefighter group was lower than the staff group. Conclusions The subjective experience of participants in work can be a factor that plays a role in producing emotional words. Participants' understanding of the test instructions given also needs to be considered in scoring system. Keywords : Emotional Word Fluency test, emotional experiences, producing emotional words. ABSTRAKPendahuluan Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis performansi responden dalam emotion word fluency test (EWFT) melalui skor yang dihasilkan ditinjau dari pengalaman emosional yang dialami dalam pekerjaan. Pemadam kebakaran sebagai salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang memiliki resiko terpapar kejadian yang dapat memicu pengalaman emosional individu. Metode Partisipan yang dilibatkan sebanyak 90 orang berusia 18 – 53 tahun yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok partisipan (kelompok pemadam kebakaran = 60 orang; Kelompok staf = 30 orang). Skor EWFT dianalisis menggunakan Mann Whitney Test. Hasil Uji hipotesis menunjukkan kedua kelompok menunjukkan perbedaan skor EWFT yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok pada jumlah kata yang benar dan kata emosi negatif, yang mana peringkat rerata kelompok pemadam kebakaran lebih rendah daripada kelompok staf. Kesimpulan Pengalaman subjektif partisipan dalam pekerjaan dapat dikaitkan sebagai faktor yang berperan dalam menghasilkan kata emosi. Pemahaman partisipan terhadap instruksi tes yang diberikan juga perlu dipertimbangkan dalam melakukan perhitungan skor. Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction Children with autism show significant motor skills impairment, especially fine motor skills, because this activity requires coordination of both hands and eyes at the same time. Fine motor skills in autistic children are very important to be honed from an early age because they have a significant influence on various aspects of children's lives in the future, such as in the social and cognitive fields. This is the reason behind the preparation of the Motosoft module to improve fine motor skills in children with autism at SLB Harapan Mulia Kota Jambi. Objectives Discovering the result of Motosoft module content validity test to improve fine motor skills in children with autism SLB Harapan Mulia Kota Jambi. Method This research was a quantitative research with the type of module content validity test using Aiken's V as an analytical technique, where the module was assessed by three validators with different backgrounds. Result The Motosoft module was a valid module, where 7 items received high validity with a score range of 0.67 to 0.75 and 5 items received moderate validity with a score range from 0.5 to 0.58 Validator provided suggestions for improvement to improve modules and modules was fixed with suggestions from validators. Conclusion The Motosoft module is a valid module. Keywords: Content validity test, modules, fine motor skills, children with autism ABSTRAKPendahuluan Anak autis menunjukkan hambatan kemampuan motorik yang signifikan, terutama motorik halus, karena kegiatan ini memerlukan koordinasi kedua tangan sekaligus mata di saat yang bersaman. Kemampuan motorik halus pada anak autis sangat penting untuk diasah sejak dini karena memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan anak di masa depan, seperti di bidang sosial dan bidang kognitif. Alasan inilah yang melatarbelakangi penyusunan modul Motosoft untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak penyandang autisme di SLB Harapan Mulia Kota Jambi. Tujuan Mengetahui uji validitas isi Modul Motosoft untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak penyandang autisme di SLB Harapan Mulia Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis uji validitas isi modul yang menggunakan Aiken's V, dimana modul dinilai oleh tiga validator dengan latar belakang yang berbeda. Hasil Modul Motosoft adalah modul yang valid, dimana 7 item memperoleh validitas tinggi dengan rentang skor 0,67 hingga 0,75 dan 5 item memperoleh validitas sedang dengan rentang skor 0,5 sampai 0,58, validator memberikan saran perbaikan untuk memperbaiki modul, dan modul sudah diperbaiki sesuai saran dari para validator. Kesimpulan Modul Motosoft adalah modul yang valid. Kata kunci: Uji validitas isi, modul, kemampuan motorik halus, anak penyandang autisme

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction Sexual harassment is risky behavior. In Jambi Province there were 10 cases of sexual violence with male perpetrators in 2017, in 2018 there were 10 cases, and in 2019 there were 9 cases, the perpetrators were punished at Lapas Anak class II B Jambi. This study aims to see how social support relates to the subjective well-being of male adolescents who are sexually harassed at LPKA Class II B Jambi. Method This study uses correlational quantitative methods. The research was conducted on male youth correctional inmates who were perpetrators of sexual harassment. The variables in this study are social support and subjective well being. The results prove that the hypothesis in this study is accepted so that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and adolescent subjective well-being in LPKA II B Jambi. Conclusions and Suggestions After it was found that there was a relationship between social support and subjective well-being, therefore social support from family and closest people is so important, so that they can live a happy life related to the subjective well being of male juvenile convicts who commit sexual harassment. Keywords: Inmates, sexual harassment, social support ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Pelecehan seksual adalah perilaku berisiko. Di Provinsi Jambi kasus pelecehan seksual dengan pelaku remaja laki-laki pada tahun 2017 telah terjadi 10 kasus, tahun 2018 terdapat 10 kasus, dan pada tahun 2019 ada 9 kasus, pelaku dihukum di Lapas Anak kelas II B Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap subjective well-being remaja laki-laki pelaku pelecahan seksual di LPKA Kelas II B Jambi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan pada warga binaan pemasyarakatan remaja laki laki pelaku pelecehan seksual. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dukungan sosial dan subjective well being. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima sehingga terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan subjective well-being remaja di LPKA II B Jambi. Kesimpulan dan Saran Setelah ditemukan adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan subjective well-being, oleh karena itu dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan orang terdekat begitu penting, supaya mereka dapat menjalani kehidupan yang bahagia berkaitan dengan subjective well-being yang dimiliki oleh narapidana remaja laki-laki pelaku pelecehan seksual. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction HIV and AIDS has become a national problem and needs attention fromvarious parties. People with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) are included in the SWSA (Social Welfare Service Administration) section, PLWHA really need help and support from family, medical personnel, psychologists, social workers, society, community, peers and others, because of this disease It is a chronic disease that requires comprehensive treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between community attitudes and quality of life of PLHIV in Kuldesak Depok, West Java. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between community attitudes and the quality of life of PLHIV in Kuldesak Depok, West Java. Method This research method uses a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is technique purposive sampling as many as 110 people. Results The results show that there is a significant relationship between the community attitude variable and the quality of life variable with a moderate correlation and a positive direction of 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation value of 0.500. Conclusions This study concluded that the higher the community attitude towards PLHIV, the higher the quality of life within PLWHA. Keywords: Quality of life; HIV and AIDS; community attitude. ABSTRAK Pandahuluan HIV dan AIDS sudah menjadi masalah nasional dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Orang dengan HIV dan AIDS (ODHA) termasuk dalam bagian PPKS (Pemerlu Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial), ODHA sangat membutuhkan bantuan dan dukungan dari keluarga, tenaga medis, psikolog, pekerja sosial, masyarakat, komunitas, teman sebaya dan lain-lain, karena penyakit ini merupakan penyakit kronis sehingga membutuhkan penanganan yang kompeherensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap komunitas dan kualitas hidup ODHA di Kuldesak Depok Jawa Barat. Hipotesisnya adalah terdapat hubungan sikap komunitas dengan kualitas hidup ODHA di Kuldesak Depok Jawa Barat. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 110 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel sikap komunitas dengan variabel kualitas hidup dengan korelasi sedang dan arah positif sebesar 0,000<0,05 dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,500. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi sikap komunitas pada ODHA , maka semakin tinggi pula kualitas hidup dalam diri ODHA. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction Service quality is an important factor that must be considered by every company because it is closely related to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, in practice, the Customer Services Representative (CSR) of Plasa Telkom Jambi Telecommunications Region still shows customer dissatisfaction with the quality of service. Then there are differences in perceptions of the quality of service provided by customers. The objective research to know Customer Services Representative (CSR) service quality and the differences in perceptions of service quality based on customer demographic factors. Method This study uses a quantitative method with a comparative descriptive approach. The population in this study are customers who have visited Plaza Telkom Jambi with a total of 358 subjects. The sampling technique in this study is incidental sampling. The analysis technique in this study is analysis of variance using the JASP application. Results There is a difference in the perception of service quality from the demographic factor of the customer's education level with p value = 0.021 (p < 0.05). Conclusions and Suggestions Customer perceptions of service quality are in the moderate category and there are differences in service quality when viewed from demographic factors of customer education levels. So it is hoped that PT Telkom Witel Jambi can pay attention to customer segmentation with different demographic factors and increase sensitivity to service quality. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, pelayanan Customer Services Representative (CSR) Plasa Telkom Wilayah Telekomunikasi Jambi masih menunjukkan adanya ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Kemudian terdapat perbedaan persepsi terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pelanggan. Mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan Customer Services Representative (CSR) dan mengetahui perbedaan persepsi kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan faktor demografi pelanggan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan yang pernah mengunjungi Plasa Telkom Jambi dengan total subjek 358 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu incidental sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis varians dengan menggunakan aplikasi JASP. Hasil Terdapat perbedaan persepsi kualitas pelayanan dari faktor demografi tingkat pendidikan pelanggan dengan hasil p value sebesar 0.021 (p < 0.05). Kesimpulan dan Saran Persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan cenderung pada kategori sedang dan terdapat perbedaan kualitas pelayanan apabila ditinjau dari faktor demografi tingkat pendidikan pelanggan. Sehingga diharapkan PT Telkom Witel Jambi dapat memperhatikan kembali segmentasi pelanggan dengan faktor demografi yang berbeda dan meningkatkan kepekaan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Customer Services Representative (CSR), Faktor Demografi, Pelanggan.
