Abstract

INTRODUCTION A women up to 45 years old will have menopause phase. Many woman in menopause phase will be psycological changes. In 2013, total of menopause women in Indonesia (45-49 years old) are 17.511.166 womens. In 2014, Jambi has 28.516 woman (45-49 years old). METHOD This research was a descriptive research. The independent variables that researched are experiences and family supported, dependent variables is the psychological changes of menopause woman. The population are womens 50-60 years, in Primary Health Care Putri Ayu are 262 womens. Sampling used simple random sampling of 70 womens. The research was on 25th Mei -06 th juny 2015. RESULTS The researched show many respondent experience in the hard psychology changes as 55,7%, unfavorable experience as 52,9%, and low families support as 60%. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Sugessted to Health center for guidance to all of menopause womens about psychological changes. The increased expectation of menopause womens to their families support to give and care psycological support to the menopause womens. Abstract

INTRODUCTION Risk behaviors are behaviors associated with health problems. The health problems including infectious diseases, HIV problem even AIDS, chronic diseases, psychosomatic disorder, substance addiction, use of illegal drugs, drinking, and psychological disorders. Protective and risk factors is an ability that is expected to be owned by everyone. METHOD This study aims to difference of protective and risk factors based school. The study population was taken with purposive random sampling technique, the characteristics of which students (including smokers, active sexual behavior, drug users) aged 12-21 years. The sample of this research were 518 responden. Analysis of the data will be used using varians analysis. RESULTS Results showed a difference between protective and risk factors based home school students with a p-value of 0.012. Junior high school students do not have a difference of protective and risk factors than high school students with a p-value 0.0947 , and junior high school students have a difference of protective and risk factors with vocational students with p value 0.022 . Junior high school students have a protective and risk factors a higher risk than vocational students . High school students have a difference of protective and risk factors with vocational students with p value 0.039 . High school students have the protective and risk factors a higher risk than vocational students . Vocational students have protective and risk factors is lower than high school students. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Risk behavior has become a part of student life. Institutions in order to cooperate with relevant parties in structuring the activities in a sustainable manner in reducing risk behaviors in students. By conducting the preparation of the intervention module for dealing with problems in the risk behavior of students is expected to be a solution to reduce the number of occurrence of risk behavior.

Abstract

INTRODUCTION Pondok Pesantren in Indonesia, many have a very classic problem i.e about the health of santri and problems with diseases. Health problems and diseases in pesantren is very rarely gets attention by both the citizens of the pesantren and society, also governments. The purpose of this study is to know the representation of the clean and healthy behaviour of santri at Pondok Pesantren As'ad and Al-Hidayah in 2015.METHOD This research is a descriptive study that aims to know the representation of santri clean and healthy behavior who were living in the Pondok Pesantren As'ad and Al-Hidayah in 2015. The population of this study were all santri at Pondok Pesantren As'ad and Alhidayah numbering 842 santri. Samples were taken using Proportional Random Sampling technique with total 89 santri. The research instrument used questionnaire. Collected data is by distributing questionnaires. Data analyzed using univariate analysis.RESULTS Research shows that santri in Pondok Pesantren As'ad who have a good clean and healthy life behavior either by 14 (51.9%) and respondents who have less clean and healthy life behavior are by 13 (48.1%). While in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah shows that respondents who have were good clean and healthy life behavior either 39 (62.9%), respondents who have less clean and healthy life behavior were by 20 (32.3%), and respondents have life behavior excellent clean and healthy 3 (5%). The advice for health personnel and the boarding school are to increase knowledge by providing counseling to the santri about the behavior of clean and healthy. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS The advice for health personnel and the boarding school are to increase knowledge by providing counseling to the santri about the behavior of clean and healthy. Abstract

ABSTRACT INTRODUCTIONEmployee’s turnover is caused by intention to leave the job voluntarily based on their decision. Job embeddedness is one factor of turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job embededness to turnover intention of Caroline Officer’s employee in PT. Infomedia Nusantara. METHODThe study subjects were 60 employees of Caroline Officer in PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The research design used quantitative design. The data was collected by using two instruments. The information being collected was turnover intention and job embeddedness. They were analyzed by using simple regression technic. RESULTSThis analysis found coefficient value was 0,662, and R square value was 0,439, significance value was 0,000<0,005. This negative result indicates a negative correlation between turnover’s intention and job embeddedness. Contribution of job embeddedness to turnover intension is 43,9%. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONSHypotesis test result shows that HO is rejected. It means that there is negative effect of job embeddedness towards turnover intentioin to the employee of Caroline Officer PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The higher job embeddedness possessed by employee, the lower turnover intention. Based on the conclussion above, the researcher offers seme suggestion for the employee as follow; Employee who has found appropriate company for themselves is better to have relationship or good network with boss as well as friend who relates directly with his job or community in the work place and supervisor or head manager always keep a good relationship with all the employee and to notice about the suitability of the employee with their job and neighbourhood to build the employees ‘ embeddedness. Abstract

INTRODUCTION Family Planning (FP) is one of the preventive health care of the most basic and foremost for women, these services must be provided to women by combining and meet the needs of the major reproductive health services and others, also responsive to the different stages of a woman's reproductive life. IUD is one of modern contraceptives. An intrauterine device that is designed in such a way that is placed in the uterine cavity as contraception hinders efforts complicate egg fertilization and implantation in the uterus. METHOD The research is a descriptive study using cross sectional design is to describe the variables studied. Population in this research are acceptors which totaled 286 people. With a sample of 73 people where the sampling technique accidental sampling, then the data is processed by univariate analysis. RESULT Based on the results of the study respondents from 73 respondents obtained as many as 29 (39.7%) of respondents that have a high motivation to use contraceptives and as many as 44 (60.3%) of respondents who have low motivation to use IUD in Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Jambi City 2015. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS Expected for the Acceptor KB to always pay attention and check the health of the use of birth control, family planning acceptors have to motivate yourself to get knowledge about the usage KB is good and right Keywords: Motivation, use IUD

Abstract

INTRODUCTION Job satisfaction became an issue that tends to disputed for employees who works within the family company which has a certain ethnic background, ie Minang. Job satisfaction’s indicator can be predicted by social loafing, perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment because they have the same ethnic. This study aims to prove the relationship between social loafing, perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment with job satisfaction of employees of the company family. METHOD This study used cross sectional approach. The research population is all employee who is registered as a family company of Minang ethnic employees (X), have minimum worked more than 3 months, not hired as temporary employee/civil servant, ethnic: Minang, Malay, Java, and Batak. Sampling technique using total sampling as many as 73 employees. Collecting data use job satisfaction scale, social loafing scale, perceived organizational support scale, and organizational commitment scale. Data analysis method using regression analysis. RESULT This study shows there was a significant relation between social loafing, organizational commitment, perceived organizational support with the job satisfaction on the family company’s employee (54 %) with F score 29,204. Social loafing has negative relation that so significant with the job satisfaction (18,8 %). Perceived organizational support has positive relation that so significant with job satisfaction (38,8 %). Organizational commitment has significant relation with job satisfaction (13,3 %). Perceived organizational support has significant relation with organizational commitment (21,9 %). CONCLUSSIONS AND RECOMENDATIONS Job satisfaction of employees who working in the family company are predictable by social loafing, perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment even though the employees have a different ethnic backgrounds with the owner. Abstract

INTRODUCTION Risk behaviors are among student has been a problem in the field of health. The risk behavior including sexual behavior, smoking, drug abuse, bullying. METHOD This study aims to determine how many risk behaviors that had occured and other forms of risk behavior anything ever done by students. The study population was taken with purposive random sampling technique, the characteristics of which students (including smokers, active sexual behavior, drug users) aged 12-21 years. The sample of this research were 518 responden. Analysis of the data will be used using descriptive analysis. RESULTS The research findings show risk behavior has occurred in the school environment. Sexual behavior such as dating, holding hands, hugging, cheek and lips kissing, rubbing breasts and genitals, oral sex, sexual intercourse is a form existiong in student life. Resources porn more easily accessible for students, such as the internet, mobile phones/ gadgets, and peer group. Drug abuse and smoking occurs due to peer preasure. The elementary school is the first time students smoking and drug abuse. The incidence of risk behavior are more prevalent in the home and schools, because of the lack of parental supervision and the environment. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Risk behavior has become a part of student life. Schools and government should work together to develop policies regarding the preparation of healthy school standard based physical and psychological dimensions. Keywords: Risk Behavior, Students
