<![CDATA[Ideology in the translation process is important in deciding towards what kind of direction the translation will go. If the primary purpose of the translation is to promote the culture, it is considered adequate to choose the foreignization over the domestication as the ideology of the translation when it comes to the translation of culture-specific items. However, deciding what ideology should be used in the translation process is complicated. There are many factors that can affect the ideology of a translation. Both ideologies can lead to totally different results of the accuracy of the meaning of the translations. This research was content analysis of Historical Book Discover Bengkulu The Land of Rafflesia. This research show that there are two ideologies that appeared in this translation such as foregnization ideology where oriented to source language and domestication ideology where oriented to target language. ]]>

<![CDATA[ لا شك أن التعلم عملية أساسية تحدث في حياة الإنسان باستمرار نتيجة احتكاكه بالبيئة الخارجية واكتسابه أساليب سلوكية جديدة تساعده على زيادة التكيف مع البيئة وملاءمة نفسه لما تتطلبها. فالطفل مثلا في تعلمه السباحة لن يبدأ في تعلم هذه المهارة نتيجة خاطر خطر من تلقاء نفسه، وإنما لا بد من شيء يدفعه إلى تعلمه (ملحم، 2001 : 174).فالمتعلم في ذلك المثال لا يبدأ من نفسه، وإنما لا بد من وجود دافع يدفعه للقيام بالأعمال وأوجه النشاط التي يتطلبها تعلمه. وكذلك شأن متعلم اللغة الثانية شأن الطفل الذي يتعلم السباحة، فمتعلم اللغة الثانية بذل الجهد والمواظبة في المدرسة والمذاكرة وفهم الدروس والممارسة وأداء الامتحانات بجد واجتهاد، وقد يواصل أداء تلك الأنشطة باستمرار طول حياته الدراسية لا بد من هدف يريد الحصول عليه وهو النجاح والحصول على الشهادة مثلا.ولا يستطيع ذلك المتعلم تحقيق هدفه إلا إذا كانت لديه قوة تدفعه إلى إنجاز تلك الأنشطة وهذه القوة الدافعة للنشاط أو السلوك هي التي تسمى الدافعية (النقيب و مراد، 1989 : 121).ومن خلال هذه الصفحات يحاول الباحث أن يوضح مفهوم الدافعية وأهميتها وعلاقتها بالعملية التعليمية وتعلم اللغات.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was carried out to improve the students’ vocabulary mastery through English movie in MAN 01 of Bengkulu City in academi year 2017/2018. The subjects of this study were consisted of 30 students.The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The Clasroom Action Research design applied in this study was a collaborative classroom action research. It means that the researcher collaborated with the English teacher as an observer and collaborator. The study was carried out in three cycles. Each cycles consisted of three meetings. The data were gathered in this study through field note and test. The result of the study showed that there was improvement on students’ vocabulary mastery. Most of the students gradually gained good scores at the end of each cycles. The score of Minimum Mastery Criterion- Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) of English subject was 70. In pre-assessment, the result of the students score was failed, where the mean score of the students was 9,56 (very poor). In cycle 1 the result of the students score was still poor. In cycle 2 the result of the students score has some progresses, and in the cycle 3 the result of the students score has improve effectively than action in cycle before. Where the mean score of the students was 13,23 (good). In addition, there was a positive response from the English Teacher about implementing the action. In conclusion, English movie could improve students’ vocabulary mastery.]]>

<![CDATA[اللغة هي الكلام. لذا يجب أن يبدأ تدريس اللغة من خلال تشغيل أصوات اللغة على شكل كلمة أو عبارة ثم نطقها قبل القراءة والكتابة. يتم تدريس القدرة على الاستماع والتحدث أولا تليها القدرة على الكتابة والقراءة. مثل طفل حديث الولادة ، لديه القدرة على الاستماع والتحدث أولاً قبل القدرة على الكتابة والقراءة بواسطة طريقة السمعية الشفهية هي واحدة من الطرق لتدريب الطلاب على القدرة على الكلام (مهارة الكلام) ، عن طريق: إعطاء المواد في شكل الحوار، ويطلب من الطلاب أكثر تقليد وممارسة في التعلم ، وتدرس مادة النحو بالقياس الإستقرائي، وليس بالقياس الإستنباط، مع إتجاه اهتمام كبير للنطق ، وتشجيع الطلاب على استخدام اللغة ولو كان خطأ والمعلمين لا يستخدام لغة الأم إلا في حالات الضرورية.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research was to investigate the ability of the third semester students of D3 study program of universitas Bengkulu in using appropriate grammar by implementing the teaching and learning cycle technique. This is a classroom action research. It was done in genre writing class. There were 23 students. Three instruments were applied in this research such as observation, fieldnote and test. From the observation result, it could be seen that there was the students’ activeness and the increasing ability of the students in using grammar for certain text type. The fieldnote results also showed that the amount of the students asking in the class increased, the ability to make appropriate title for certain text type, the use of appropriate vocabulary and grammar increased too. From the last intrument, test, also found that there was significant increase of students’ average score from the first to the third cycle. The score was 64,71 and 82. At last, it can be concluded that the technique of teaching and learning is successful to increase students’ ability in using appropriate grammar for a certain text type.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak : As-Suyuti adalah ulama besar yang hidup di abad ke-8 hijriah. Salah satu karyanya yang fenomenal dalam bidang tafsir adalah Hasyiah Tafsir Baidhawi. Di antara Faktor yang menyebabkan As-Suyuti mengkritik Al-Baidhawi adalah karena Al-Baidhawi banyak menukil pendapat Abu Hayyan dalam tafsirnya. Seperti yang kita ketahui Abu Hayyan dan Az-Zamakhsyari berasal dari dua madrasah yang berbeda. Komentar dan kritikan dalam suatu permasalahan bahasa dalam tafsir Al-Quran mengandung sisi positif dan negatif. Diantara sisi positifnya adalah bahwa para ulama tafsir saling melengkapi kekurangan satu sama lain dan ikut andil dalam memberikan penafsiran yang layak untuk Al-Quran. Al- Quran adalah firman Allah Swt yang mengandung mukjizat, diantara mukjizatnya adalah setiap kata–katanya mengandung makna yang banyak dan luas cakupannya walaupun secara zahirnya sama.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was carried out to improve the second year students’ writing ability through Picture Media at MTs N 01 of Bengkulu in academi year 2015/2016. The subjects of this study were consisted of 42 students. The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The Clasroom Action Research design applied in this study was a collaborative classroom action research. It mean that the researcher collaborated with the English teacher of MTs N 01 of Bengkulu as an observer and collaborator. The study was carried out in three cycles. Each cycle consisted of three meetings. The data were gathered in this study through field notes, and writing test. The result of the study showed that there was improvement of students’ writing ability. Most of the students gradually gained good scores at the end of each cycle. The score of Minimum Mastery Criterion- Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) of English subject was 70 (seventy). In cycle 1, the result of the students’ score was poor. In cycle 2, the result of the students score has some progresses, and in the cycle 3 the result of the students score has improve effectively than action in cycle before were the mean score of students was in 75 (Good). In addition, there was a positive response from the English Teacher about implementing the action. In conclusion, Picture Media could solve the students’ problems and improve their writing ability. ]]>
