Abstract

This study aims to increase the understanding of the law regarding crowded agreements that are now used by the public, namely endorce agreements that are used in various types of social media. In the agreement used by regulations in Indonesia there is an agreement that is permitted or not by regulations so that the existence of this research can open insight into endorce agreements. Engagement with the threat of punishment alone reviews the existence of losses suffered by both the giver and the recipient in the agreement. Endorse itself is a marketing marketing for a product that is currently trending so that it is necessary to provide an understanding of regulation in civil law that applies both to endorsers and recipients of endorses agreed upon with an agreement.

Abstract

Crime continues to develop along with the development of society in all fields: political, economic, social, cultural and technological. Almost every day in the newspaper news, as well as electronic media, there is news about criminal acts against decency committed by various groups. Why it happened and how to overcome it is something that will be examined by the author. Cases of sexual decency against women, generally occur because of the imbalance of power relations in question is between men and women, and can also occur because of the imbalance of someone's "figure" in the community against the victim. Crime in general and in decency seems to develop along with the times, no longer see social status or figure. The role of culture, religion, and finally the law must always be fostered to be an element of handling crime against decency

Abstract

The increasing number of cases of child trafficking shows that the level of crime or crime, especially in cases of trafficking in children, has an unstable number and cannot be suppressed at all in the past 6 (six years) 2005-2010). This has an impact on victims of trafficking, especially in children who experience prolonged stress, health problems, and infectious diseases caused by these children in per trade. Efforts to increase protection for victims of trafficking, especially in children, can conducted through supervision and control of the ways parents and families take care of their children through guidance and direction of religious lectures where parents and families have a big stake in protecting their own children.

Abstract

In Law Number 10 of 2004, Village Regulations are placed as one of the types of Legislation in Indonesia. However, with the birth of Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation as a substitute for Law Number 10 of 2004 the position of Village Regulations became unclear, even unregulated and not included in the hierarchical system of Legislation in Indonesian. Village Head Regulations, which are the implementing rules of Village Regulations, and are positioned under Village Regulations, are more regulated and incorporated into the Indonesian Legislation System. Furthermore, in Law Number 12 of 2011, regulations regarding hierarchy or position / position of Village Regulations are not regulated. If carefully explored in Law Number 12 of 2011, there is no position in the Village Regulations as a type and explicitly in the hierarchy of Legislation. Therefore, this research is expected to clarify and reinforce the position or position of village regulations in Indonesian legislation. So that Village Regulations can be one of the rules of the Indonesian legislation.

Abstract

The development of science and technology to date has spread throughout the world in a current called globalization. With globalization it has an influence on increasingly advanced lives, with the existence of information and communication products. Information technology in its fulfillment of people's needs has undergone many changes from analog to digital as it is today. One of the most important elements in the journey of every civilization is technological progress, especially communication technology. It is inconceivable how communication technology has changed human life, especially what is called a cellphone (cellphone). Almost everyone now has and uses mobile phones in communication activities. Likewise with telecommunication equipment for mobile phones (mobile phones), it has developed so rapidly from being only used for telephones and sending text or text messages, to those that can be used to listen to music, radio, for the internet, watch television, and so on. Today, people have considered it mandatory to have telecommunications equipment for mobile phones (cellphones) so that it is natural for someone to have more than one handphone. Likewise, cellular telephone operators in Indonesia continue to compete to provide the best service for their users.

Abstract

Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang oleh Pemerintah diharapkan dapat menjadi roda penggerak perekonomian negara terutama terkait dengan pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam upaya meningkatkan pembangunan nasional melalui pengembangan potensi pariwisata daerah. Bank menyalurkan kredit kepada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah diatur dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Pelaksanaan penyaluran kredit yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan selanjutnya akan ditindaklanjuti dengan mekanisme pemberian sanksi.
