Abstract

KUD is a multi-business cooperative consisting of villagers and located in rural areas. KUD Saroha Nauli Credit Union is an economic institution in the Dolok Tolong. This study aims to determine how the role of Saroha Nauli Credit Union Cooperative in increasing members 'income, the obstacles faced in increasing members' income and the solutions provided by Saroha Nauli Credit Union Cooperative to overcome the problem. This research is qualitative and uses data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were 5 people. Sampling used in the form of saturated sampling with a sample adjusted for the amount of land owned by members, namely members who have ± 1 hectare of land/village. The results showed that the KUD Saroha Nauli Credit Union had a role in increasing the income of its members in particular. This is seen from the income analysis of members. From the analysis carried out the members' income increased from before becoming a member. Constraints faced by the KUD Saroha Nauli Credit Union in increasing members' income is the presence of several members who did not attend counseling / education carried out by the KUD Saroha Nauli Credit Union and another obstacle was the lack of material and non-material capital. The solution is given by KUD Saroha Nauli Credit Union to overcome the constraints of the absence of members by sanctions or fines for the absence of members and gifts for those who are diligent in meeting members.

Abstract

The Effect of Employee Motivation and Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at PT xyz”. This study aims to determine the effect of employee productivity at PT xyz. The research method used is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is multiple linear regression. The population used was 140 people out of 215 employees from the results of determining the sample using random with the formula Slovin, as many as 30 employees for the validity and reliability test and the remaining 110 respondents were used for the study sample. The result showed that motivation (X1) and employee work discipline (X2) variables had a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y). The conclusion of this study is that motivation (X1) and employee work discipline (X2) simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT xyz.

Abstract

One of the assets of a company engaged in the provision of clean water infrastructure quality is the Regional Water Company (PDAM) in general taps have a mission which is not the same with other companies. This is caused because a local company taps not only profit-oriented (propit) alone, but the leaders and employees of taps should give a good productivity for the company.Based on the data processing is done the determination test, the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Squareamounted to 0,629. This suggests that the ability of the placement variable (X1) and experience (X2) describes the impact on work productivity variable variable (Y) on taps Tirtanadi Tuasan Branch of 62.9%. While the rest of 37.1% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study. Based on t test was obtained that reject Ho and accept H1 for placement variable (X1) and experience (X2). Thus, the partial placement and experience a positive effect with significant influence on the level of labor productivity in PDAM Branch Tirtanadi Tuasan. Based on the results of F test, obtained results of the test requirements of the effect that if F count> F table is 31.269> 3.32.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Effect of Price and Quality of Products on purchasing decisions at PT Honda motorcycles. Rotella Mandiri Persada Lubukpakam". The sample used in this study is that consumers PT. Rotella Lubukpakam Mandiri Persada. The number of samples is calculated using the theory suparmono and hariyanto then didapatlah total sample of 80 people. The results showed that the independent variables, namely haraga (X1) a negative effect on purchasing decisions motorcycle Honda (Y) it can be seen from the t-test value of -0.420 with a significance value of 0.675 is greater than 0.05 and product quality (X2) has positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Honda motorcycles. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the dimensions of service quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and concern affects customer satisfaction on PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Kontor POS Lubukpakam and analyze the most dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction in PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Pos Kontor Lubukpakam. The population in this study are all consumers using PT POS Indonesia Lubukpakam. So based on calculations, the number of samples to be used in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the table it can be seen that most respondents were male as many as 63 people (63%), while the female respondents as many as 37 or (37%). To determine the sample size of the population can use formula variables. All the indicators used to measure the variables used in this study has the correlation value is greater than 0,197. From the results of this research indicate that all the indicators are valid. It can be shown from the many high satisfaction responses of respondents to the condition of each study variable. From these results further showed that the variable quality of service in the fifth dimension has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Sinar Harapan Gang Bali Education Foundation Kec. Beiringin Regency. Deli Serdang is an organization engaged in educational services where the main activity is to hold teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Work Conflict on Teacher Performance in the Sinar Harapan Education Foundation. The population and sample used in this study were all teachers for the junior high school level at the Sinar Harapan Education Foundation. The sample of this study amounted to 35 people with two variables, namely Work Conflict (independent variable) and Teacher Performance (devendent variable). The data collection technique in this study is to use a questionnaire. The analysis technique in testing the hypothesis of this study is statistics using the SPSS (statistical for windows realease) program, from the results of the author's research based on the t test it is known that the t value is 7.963> t table 1.692 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means the proposed hypo thesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that Work Conflict has a Significant Effect on Teacher Performance at Sinar Harapan Education Foundation. Beringin Regency. Deli Serdang. The percentage of the influence of Work Conflict on Teacher Performance with R2 is 65.8% and the remaining 34.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study, namely: incentives, motivation and abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that consider employee behavior and to find out the dominant variables on employee performance, at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, merbau fence. The sample that has been softened in this research is employees who work at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, merbau fence. Employees can communicate well. The number of samples is calculated using the formula according to the theory of Suparmono and Haryanto, so a total sample of 138 people is obtained. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely communication factors (X1), motivation factors (X2), and employee performance factors (Y), have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, merbau fence. The results of this study also indicate that the dominant variable influences employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis which states that there is an Influence of Motivation (X1) and Communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is proven to be true. To improve employee performance, it is important for the leadership to increase motivation and communication interventions to achieve the set goals.

Abstract

The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and deductive method and calculation method with correlation that is to see whether there is a relationship between providing incentives with the productivity obtained / achieved by labor. From the results of the analysis and evaluation the following conclusions are obtained: 1.The system of providing incentives implemented by PT. Xyz is already quite effective. 2.The types of incentives provided by the company are medication and care, sick day assistance, annual leave, maternity leave, menstrual leave. Food allowance, overtime, overtime week / holiday, social security, education and training, bonuses and THR. 3. Each increase and decrease in incentives (X) will affect the increase / decrease in the level of productivity (Y). Where the relationship is 0.9993 (very strong) and the contribution of incentives to employee work productivity is 96.86%. The suggestions put forward by the author to help company managers are as follows: 1. In addition to providing incentives, companies need to pay attention to other factors such as: education and training, motivation, discipline and work ethics, work environment and climate, wages and social security levels, technology and production facilities, nutrition and health as well as achievement attention. 2. Company leaders should increase food and transportation fees periodically because the current meal and transport fees have not been interested for a long time and are no longer appropriate to the current level of needs.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Relationship of Training on Employee Performance of the District Education Office in Pagar Merbau". The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between training and the performance of Pagar Merbau District Education Office employees. The research method used was a qualitative sample of this study as many as 136 people from 136 employees of the District Education Office Pagar Merbau. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Field data are then processed using the SPSS 23 program. As well as t test analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The results showed that the training gave a positive relationship to the performance of Pagar Merbau District Education Office employees with tcount> ttable (10,482> 1,656), then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, a significant level using α = 5% (0.5) resulted from this study significant 0.00 means that the error rate is smaller than 0.5, meaning that the partial variable of training has a positive relationship with the performance of Pagar Merbau District Education Department employees.

Abstract

The hypothesis in this study is that motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Xyz. This study uses the basic theories of Human Resource Management related to motivation, discipline, and performance.The approach used in research is a survey method. The type of research conducted is quantitative descriptive. The nature of this research is explanatory. The population in this study all employees at PT. Xyz as many as 17 people. Samples taken throughout the population. The variables in this study are independent variables consisting of motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) and performance dependent variables (Y). The statistical test tool used to analyze the data in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable was tested by the F test and t test at a confidence level of 95% or significant level, α = 0.05. Data processing was performed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 17.0 software. The results showed that motivation and discipline simultaneously and partially affected the performance of employees at PT. Xyz; Overall the effect of the independent variables (motivation and discipline) on the dependent variable (performance), motivation variables are more dominant influence on employee performance variables at PT.Xyz.
