Abstract

This study intends to investigate how the effect of Executive Compensation and institutional ownership on the level of aggressiveness in the application of tax regulations. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 140 manufacturing companies which are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, we used SEM-PLS, Executive compensation (X1) was found to have a large effect on tax aggression (Y) while controlling for business size (Z). Firm size (Z) has a positive effect on the relationship between executive compensation (X1) and tax aggressiveness (Y). Firm size (Z) and institutional ownership (X2) both have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness (Y). Business size (Z) has a positive effect on the relationship between institutional ownership (X2) and tax aggression (Y). Interesting understanding of aggressive tax practices can have significant consequences both for companies and for society at large. By understanding the factors that influence this practice, this research can provide better insight into the causes and effects of aggressive taxation measures. This research is expected to contribute to the development of knowledge about the factors that influence tax aggressiveness in companies, so that it can assist in the development of better policies and practices in the context of corporate taxation.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate how brand image, product quality, and price affect consumers' decisions to buy Garnier facial washing soap. Quantitative research is the method employed. Nonprobability sampling using accidental sampling methodology is the sampling technique, and the sample size is 100 persons. The general populace in South Cikarang who use Garnier facial cleanser makes up the study's sample. Version 25 of SPSS software was utilized in this investigation. The analytical approach utilized included the tests for normality, multiple regression, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. The study's findings are as follows: Based on all of the aforementioned tests regarding the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, the sig results are greater than 0.05, specifically 0.157, and the t-count value is 1.426 with a t-table less than 1.660, indicating that this has a negative impact on brand image but is not significant to purchasing decisions. Based on all the tests that have been conducted above regarding the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions, it is clear from the study's findings that there is a significant positive influence on product quality and that the sig value of 0.001 is less than 0.05 and that the calculated t value is 3.557 with the t table 1.660. Based on all of the tests that have been run to determine the impact of price on purchasing decisions, it is clear from the findings of this study that there is a positive and significant impact of price on those decisions. The calculated t value is 5.720 with t table 1.660, and the sig value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Construction is a field in the world of property in the part of planning and construction involving architects and civil engineering. Project is a complex activity and has a nature that cannot occur repeatedly, has a limited time using certain resources with the aim of producing a product. One aspect of a successful construction project is resources. This study uses the work study method, namely taking direct observation data in the field by comparing the work group that has been created with the 2008 SNI rules for working on 1 m2 of hebel installation work. The result of this study is that the group that has the highest productivity value is work group 3 because the average volume produced is large compared to other groups. The most efficient working group is group 2 because with not too high costs it can produce an average volume of 15.6875 m2 per day. The total wage paid for hebel wall installation work per 1 m2 of work group 1 amounted to Rp 126,329.00. Group 3 (productive) amounted to Rp 183,166.00. Wages for work group 2 (efficient) amounted to Rp 166,467.00. Working group 2 is the most optimal working group. The volume of work that can be produced by the working group is 15.6875 m2 hebel pairs in 1 working day.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Culture at PT Astra Honda Motor Cikarang. Research object at PT Astra Honda Motor Cikarang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as the analysis. The number of samples obtained by random sampling technique using the slovin formula amounted to 77 respondents. Data collection is done using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture, Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect in mediating Talent Management on Employee Performance. This research aims to uncover the influence of talent management on employee performance while examining the mediating role of organizational culture. By unraveling the underlying mechanisms, this study will contribute to both academia and practice, providing valuable insights to organizations seeking to enhance their talent management practices and foster a high-performance culture.

Abstract

Currently all over the world, both for consumer goods, manufactured goods, and service goods are facing the most difficult times in world history, namely the increasingly tight competition that hit all sectors, both the government sector, the private sector, the domestic sector and the foreign sector. country and other sectors that can be cross-sectoral or multi-sectoral. For this reason, this research will examine the extent to which Service Quality is one of the variables that can influence efforts to increase Customer Satisfaction and the extent to which Customer Satisfaction influences the achievement of Bank customer Service Loyalty so that in the end PT. BJB TBK Bandung can be better prepared and can win the competition that occurs. The Service Quality variables studied are Assurance, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Tangible. This research is a descriptive-vericative research by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a probability-based sampling method in the form of convenience sampling where information and data can be obtained quickly, easily and inexpensively. While the method of data analysis uses several regression models which are analyzed by factor analysis and processed with SPSS version 25. From the results of the study it is known that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a greater effect on service loyalty. Abstract

Objectives from the study This is a for-know role device village in accountability management budget income and spending lembang (APBL) in Lembang Roroan Barra'-Barra' District deadlock. This research provides an overview of how to prepare a budget in a clear and detailed manner. The type of study used is descriptive-qualitative by doing observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant in the study This totals 8 people who are device village in Lembang Roroan Barra'-Barra', i.e., head Lembang, secretary Lembang, Kaur finance, man general and planning, head sexy government, chief sexy well-being, chief sexy service, and heads hamlet. Results of research conducted show that device village in Lembang Roroan Barra'-Barra' has a role in a manner that is good and appropriate with regulations and applicable laws.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Instagram social media in building @iDeviceStoreJogja brand awareness and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Instagram social media in building @iDeviceStoreJogja brand awareness. This type of research is survey research using a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were followers of the @iDeviceStoreJogja account. The function of Instagram in building brand awareness is the subject of this research. Researchers also use secondary data to support research results taken from pre-existing sources of information, namely data via websites and YouTube channels. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, where the data obtained is expressed in numbers. Then the calculation or processing is done statistically with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science or SPSS program. The test results obtained show that the use of Instagram on the @iDeviceStoreJogja account is significantly and positively effective in building brand awareness. This is evidenced by the value????ℎ????????????????????obtained is 32.241 and a significance of 0.000, which means that the significance value is < α = 0.05. From the test results obtained, it shows that the use of Instagram on the @iDeviceStoreJogja account is significantly and positively effective in building brand awareness.

Abstract

Despite the fact that Islamic banking has developed significantly over the years, corporate and financial institution risks cannot be separated. There is always a risk when Islamic banks act as financial intermediaries for Indonesian companies. Risk management helps you measure and mitigate risks and find solutions to problems. Bank Syariah Indonesia shows good progress in implementing risk management. The implementation of risk management is generally categorized into eight areas: credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, operational risk, legal risk, compliance risk, reputation risk and strategic risk. A good implementation of risk management looks like this: Internal control processes and risk management processes must be checked during risk management. Therefore banks need to identify and manage risk management which is part of any banking system. Islamic banks are always faced with risks associated with various and complex transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of inventory turnover, leverage, sales growth on profit growth partially or simultaneously. In this research, it was used descriptive statistical data type with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study were secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of company financial report data for the 2016-2021 period. This research was conducted at retail companies listed on the IDX with a sample of 1 company obtained through a purposive sampling technique and the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. This research was conducted to provide insight into how these variables affect company profitability and contribute to overall financial performance. The results showed that inventory turnover, leverage, and sales growth had no effect on profit growth. The strength of the variable relationship in predicting the occurrence of profit growth is relatively large, namely 68.4%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of asset utilization efficiency, financial performance and capital structure on firm value. Specifically to test whether financial performance is able to mediate asset utilization on firm value and test whether capital structure contributes to the relationship between asset utilization - firm value. We conducted research on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 – 2021. Secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The results of the study show that the efficiency of asset utilization has a significant effect on firm value, financial performance is able to mediate the relationship between asset utilization and firm value. In addition, the relationship between asset utilization and firm value becomes stronger with capital structure. The implication of our research is that good asset utilization efficiency can increase company profits so that it can increase company value, and the company's capital structure can strengthen the effect of asset utilization on company value. The benefit of this research for companies are expected to provide understanding to company management about the role of company growth, asset utilization, capital structure in determining company financial performance and company value.
