Abstract

Sinar Harapan Gang Bali Education Foundation Kec. Beiringin Regency. Deli Serdang is an organization engaged in educational services where the main activity is to hold teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Work Conflict on Teacher Performance in the Sinar Harapan Education Foundation. The population and sample used in this study were all teachers for the junior high school level at the Sinar Harapan Education Foundation. The sample of this study amounted to 35 people with two variables, namely Work Conflict (independent variable) and Teacher Performance (devendent variable). The data collection technique in this study is to use a questionnaire. The analysis technique in testing the hypothesis of this study is statistics using the SPSS (statistical for windows realease) program, from the results of the author's research based on the t test it is known that the t value is 7.963> t table 1.692 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means the proposed hypo thesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that Work Conflict has a Significant Effect on Teacher Performance at Sinar Harapan Education Foundation. Beringin Regency. Deli Serdang. The percentage of the influence of Work Conflict on Teacher Performance with R2 is 65.8% and the remaining 34.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study, namely: incentives, motivation and abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that consider employee behavior and to find out the dominant variables on employee performance, at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, merbau fence. The sample that has been softened in this research is employees who work at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, merbau fence. Employees can communicate well. The number of samples is calculated using the formula according to the theory of Suparmono and Haryanto, so a total sample of 138 people is obtained. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely communication factors (X1), motivation factors (X2), and employee performance factors (Y), have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, merbau fence. The results of this study also indicate that the dominant variable influences employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis which states that there is an Influence of Motivation (X1) and Communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is proven to be true. To improve employee performance, it is important for the leadership to increase motivation and communication interventions to achieve the set goals.

Abstract

The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and deductive method and calculation method with correlation that is to see whether there is a relationship between providing incentives with the productivity obtained / achieved by labor. From the results of the analysis and evaluation the following conclusions are obtained: 1.The system of providing incentives implemented by PT. Xyz is already quite effective. 2.The types of incentives provided by the company are medication and care, sick day assistance, annual leave, maternity leave, menstrual leave. Food allowance, overtime, overtime week / holiday, social security, education and training, bonuses and THR. 3. Each increase and decrease in incentives (X) will affect the increase / decrease in the level of productivity (Y). Where the relationship is 0.9993 (very strong) and the contribution of incentives to employee work productivity is 96.86%. The suggestions put forward by the author to help company managers are as follows: 1. In addition to providing incentives, companies need to pay attention to other factors such as: education and training, motivation, discipline and work ethics, work environment and climate, wages and social security levels, technology and production facilities, nutrition and health as well as achievement attention. 2. Company leaders should increase food and transportation fees periodically because the current meal and transport fees have not been interested for a long time and are no longer appropriate to the current level of needs.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Relationship of Training on Employee Performance of the District Education Office in Pagar Merbau". The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between training and the performance of Pagar Merbau District Education Office employees. The research method used was a qualitative sample of this study as many as 136 people from 136 employees of the District Education Office Pagar Merbau. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Field data are then processed using the SPSS 23 program. As well as t test analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The results showed that the training gave a positive relationship to the performance of Pagar Merbau District Education Office employees with tcount> ttable (10,482> 1,656), then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, a significant level using α = 5% (0.5) resulted from this study significant 0.00 means that the error rate is smaller than 0.5, meaning that the partial variable of training has a positive relationship with the performance of Pagar Merbau District Education Department employees.

Abstract

The hypothesis in this study is that motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Xyz. This study uses the basic theories of Human Resource Management related to motivation, discipline, and performance.The approach used in research is a survey method. The type of research conducted is quantitative descriptive. The nature of this research is explanatory. The population in this study all employees at PT. Xyz as many as 17 people. Samples taken throughout the population. The variables in this study are independent variables consisting of motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) and performance dependent variables (Y). The statistical test tool used to analyze the data in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable was tested by the F test and t test at a confidence level of 95% or significant level, α = 0.05. Data processing was performed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 17.0 software. The results showed that motivation and discipline simultaneously and partially affected the performance of employees at PT. Xyz; Overall the effect of the independent variables (motivation and discipline) on the dependent variable (performance), motivation variables are more dominant influence on employee performance variables at PT.Xyz.
