Abstract

In the process of buying and selling land in Indonesia, it refers to PP number 24 of 1997, where the transfer of land rights can only be registered at BPN if it is proven by a sale and purchase deed made by PPAT. The law only regulates the obligation of the seller and the buyer to make a Sale and Purchase Deed at the PPAT without regulating provisions on the power of attorney to sell land and buildings. The Marriage Law clearly stipulates that in selling joint assets, the husband / wife must obtain the approval to sell from the husband / wife partner, without regulating how the form of the agreement must be made. Practices in the field often require that the power of attorney to sell must use an authentic deed. Where the authentic deed has formal and material requirements that must be met. The result of the judge's decision stated that the power of attorney to sell is allowed to use an underhand deed. As long as the authentic deed does not violate the material requirements of a deed, then the authentic deed is legally valid, only the power of proof is reduced to an underhand deed which remains binding on the parties as long as the parties do not deny the contents of the deed and its signature. Abstract

Malindo Karya Lestari was sued by two people who were formerly employees who worked for the company. ON Law no. 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes regarding the settlement of labor disputes through the Industrial Relations Court. In this lawsuit is the Work Termination Lawsuit arising from the Termination of Employment Decree issued by the Defendant because the Defendant did not agree with the existence of a labor union in the Defendant's Company so that the Defendant prevented the Plaintiffs from forming or carrying out labor union activities (Union Busting). Termination of Employment due to disputes that arise and have not found a suitability of opinion regarding the final decision of Termination of Employment. Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan sebuah virus yang menyerang saluran pernapasan manusia. Pada awalnya, Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020. Upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam menanggulangi wabah ini dinyatakan dalam kebijakan-kebijakan nya dimana hal itu bertujuan mengurangi angka penyebarannya di Indonesia. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang diterapkan di Indonesia adalah diterapkannya aturan social distancing. Social Distancing ini berartikan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dengan cara menjaga jarak atau melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari di rumah saja. Hal ini juga dinyatakan dalam keputusan menteri kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/328/2020 tentang pencegahan covid-19 bahwa masyarakat perlu untuk menjaga jarak minimal satu meter dan dalam peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 9 Tahun 2020 menjelaskan dalam menangani virus atau wabah ini wajib dilakukan pembatasan sosial dalam rangka menahan laju peningkatan jumlah terpapar virus

Abstract

Salt has an important role as a national strategic commodity. Until now, Indonesia has not been able to fully meet the consumption supply of the Indonesian people, so imports are one of the short-term solutions. PT Garam (Persero) as the only State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the salt business has the authority to import consumption salt. The implementation of salt import and distribution carried out by PT Garam (Persero) certainly cannot be separated from the roles and responsibilities of the Directors of PT Garam (Persero) as the leader of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the authority of the Directors of PT Garam (Persero) in signing the SPJG (Letter of Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Salt) for imported salt products and what is the responsibility of the Directors of PT Garam (Persero) for imported salt products produced and circulated by PT Garam (Persero). Abstract

Examination of decisions is a process of examination, so examination of judicial decisions can be interpreted as examining court decisions and judges whose task is to try a case. In this case, it concerns the distribution of joint assets in a divorce case in which the joint assets are controlled by one of the parties who is now called the defendant. Joint assets have been regulated in Article 35 of the Marriage Law, known as joint assets. And article 53 of the Marriage Law is a method of dividing property in a marriage. The distribution of joint assets according to the Islamic Law Compilation must be divided equally between the two or ½ part for each husband and wife. Abstract

Research with the title Legal Protection of Riders Resulting in the Loss of a Person's Life Due to the Negligence of Both Parties on the Highway (Analysis of the Supreme Court Decision Number 2 / Pid.Sus / 2018 / PN.Mbo). Aiming to find out the legal settlement process against motorists who resulted in the loss of one's life due to negligence of both parties on the road and to find out the implementation of legal protection for motorists who resulted in the loss of one's life due to negligence of both parties on the road. This study uses the normative (normative) juridical method, namely research by observing and paying attention to the prevailing legal norms and being connected according to the facts of the problems in the study. The results of the research are the first, namely: the process of criminal justice settlement, investigation, prosecution, examination process in court. Second, namely: protection is the right of the suspect or defendant and the role of restoration of justise as an attempt by the suspect to be forgiven by the victim's family.
