Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student activities and learning outcomes in biology learning, specifically in the material of the human immune system, whose improvement efforts are carried out by applying e-book media based on the Google Playbooks application. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of visual media-based inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes on immune system material. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research sample uses the entire population class because it only has 2 classes. The data collection method is a multiple choice test, equipped with documentation. The results of data analysis show that the learning outcomes of the control class are included in the low criteria and the learning outcomes of the experimental class are in the medium criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Quizizz media on student biology learning outcomes. This study uses the Quasy experimental method with the Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling using the Purpose sampling technique, namely from students of class X IPA 1 and X IPA 2. In learning the Animalia material, one class is taught using Quizizz media especially at the closing of the lesson, while the other class is given assignments in the form of a resume at the conclusion of the lesson. The instrument used was a multiple choice test with 25 items that had been validated. The data analysis technique used the Shapiro-Wilk test for normality test, and univariate of variance for homogeneity test. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis using the T test, while for improving learning outcomes using the N-gain test. The test results obtained that the comparison of the increase in learning outcomes was higher in the experimental class than the control class, while for hypothesis testing, it was obtained t_count 31,020 > t_table 1,683,. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Quizizz media on the biology learning outcomes of students of class X IPA SMA RK Budi Mulia Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to illustrate what the results of the influence of the PBL model assisted by edmodo media on class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Panribuan look like. In addition, italso wants to prove whether students' interests and learning outcomes have significant differences before and after treatment. Analysis of this data uses the SPSS program from validityto hypothesis. From the results of the study, the average value of experimental class 2 was obtained using an edmodo-assisted PBL model with a standard deviation of 92. 17 average values of experimental class 1 using a PBL model of 70.81 with a standard deviation of 9.495, and a control mean value of 57.79 with a standard deviation of 10.531 . As for the comparison of learning outcomes in the N-Gain test, it was obtained: The N-gain of experimental class 2 using the edmodo-assisted PBL model is g = 0.7 is the tingi category, while the N-gain of experimental class 1 using the PBL model is g = 0.402 is a medium category, N-gain class control is g = 0.27 is a low category. Therefore, the improvement in experimental class learning outcomes is higher than the increase in control class learning outcomes. This corresponds to the value of sig.( 2- tailed) = 0.000 on ANOVA Sig.(2 - tailed) test = 0.00,< 0.05, then Ho was rejected. So it can be concluded that there are significant differences in "The Effect of Edmodo-Assisted Problem Based Learning Learning Model on Student Interest and Learning Outcomes on Immunity System Material class XI SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Panribuan T.A. 2021 / 2022."

Abstract

Behavioral cognitive therapy in this case can be a therapeutic option in dealing with marital conflicts in dual-earner couples, given that in principle it can be used for different backgrounds of the patient. This therapy is also widely researched to address depression, anxiety, anger management, and marital problems. This study aims to solve problems that are closely related to marriage problems for working couples The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded Behavioral cognitive therapy can be used to deal with marital conflicts in equally working couples (dual-earners). The application of behavioral cognitive therapy to overcome marital conflicts for dual-earners is implemented through a comprehensive assessment and implementation techniques. Termination can be done if communication between spouses is more.

Abstract

The prevalence of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) in various countries is increasing rapidly alongside the advancement of technology, ease of internet access and expansion of internet coverage. People with IGD may show symptoms of decreased cognitive function and adolescents are a vulnerable age group due to the lack of control mechanisms. The subjects of this cross-sectional study were students at junior high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The instruments used in this study were the Indonesian version of the Game Addiction Scale-7 questionnaire (GAS-7 Ina) to identify IGD, as well as the Indonesian version of the Modified Mini Mental State Examination for children and adolescents (MMMSEC-Ina) to assess cognitive function. Analysis was later performed to determine the relationship between IGD and cognitive function. The application of behavioral cognitive therapy to overcome marital conflicts for dual-earners is implemented through a comprehensive assessment and implementation techniques. Termination can be done if communication between spouses is more. We obtained data from 120 students that consist of 60 IGD subjects and 60 non IGD subjects with a mean age of 14 years old. Students with IGD had lower total cognitive function scores (p=0.029) than non- IGD students, especially in the domains of calculation/attention (p=0.000) and recalling (p=0.000). Multivariate analysis showed that subjects with IGD tended to have a cognitive function score of 1.34 point lower than the non- IGD subjects. The presence of IGD is negatively associated with cognitive function. Junior high school students with IGD had lower cognitive function scores than non- IGD students, especially in the domains of calculation/attention and recall memory

Abstract

The picture of health promotion in hospitals can be carried out well during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital health promotion is not going well during the COVID-19 pandemic, the measuring indicators are the description of policies, human resources, methods, facilities and infrastructure and budget And Hospital. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of health promotion at the Madina Bukittinggi Hospital in 2022. This research was conducted in June 2022 using a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data using documentation and interviews. The results of this study are that Health Promotion at the Madina Bukittinggi Hospital is running well starting from policies, human resources, methods, facilities and infrastructure and budget funds.

Abstract

Some officers work alone in carrying out work and the level of education is not in accordance with the field of work. This study aims to determine the description of the competence of medical record administration personnel at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection in this study with a questionnaire. The sample size was 25 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are univariate analysis. The results of the study of 25 respondents stated that the intellectual competence of 4 (16%) respondents in the less competent category and 21 (84%) respondents in the competent category, physical competence of 5 (20%) respondents in the less competent category and 20 (80%) respondents in the competent category, personal competence of 3 (12%) respondents in the less competent category and 22 (88%) respondents in the competent category, social competence of 9 (36%) respondents in the less competent category and 16 (64%) respondents in the competent category, and spiritual competence of 8 (32%) respondents in the less competent category and 17 (68%) respondents in the competent category.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Dumai in the even semester of the 2021/2022 learning year. This research started from January 2022 to March 2022. The subject of this school action research is the teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Dumai, totaling 15 people. The form of this research is School Action Research (PTS). School action research aims to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 5 Dumai by implementing teacher working groups so as to improve teaching competence in the learning process. The results of this school action research show that the implementation of teachers' working groups can improve the teaching competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Dumai in 2022. The observation result of teachers' teaching competence before the implementation of teachers' working group is 37.8% with less category. The results of observations of teacher competence through the implementation of teachers' working groups teaching cycle I was 68.9% with a sufficient category and in cycle II reached 80.6% with a good category.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the increase in Student Activity and Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Learning Fraction Multiplication Subjects in Class V SDN 07 Sarilamak. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consists of two cycles, where each cycle consists of; planning, action, observation and reflection. It was conducted from August to October 2020. The data was processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are that using a scientific approach problem-based learning model can improve student learning activities and results. This is evident from the increase in learning activities of pre-cycle students is 49, cycle I student learning activity = 57%, and cycle II = 85%. For knowledge learning completeness increased from pre-cycle 67.07 = 42%, cycle I 73.19 = 58%, and cycle II 85.80 = 92%. For skill learning completeness, the pre-class 66.80 = 46%, cycle I 73.84 = 62%, and cycle II 83.30 = 88%. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the use of a scientific approach problem-based learning model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students.
