Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Regulasi diri dalam belajar mempunyai peranan penting dalam suatu proses pembelajaran karena di perguruan tinggi mahasiswa dituntut untuk lebih mandiri dalam belajar. self-regulated learning pada mahasiswa dapat digambarkan melalui tingkatan atau derajat yang meliputi keaktifan berpartisipasi baik itu secara metakognisi, motivasional, maupun perilaku dalam proses belajar. Sistem pendidikan kedokteran saat ini diduga memiliki efek negatif terhadap kesehatan jiwa mahasiswa kedokteran. Hal ini menyebabkan tingginya frekuensi kecemasan pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Kecemasan merupakan respon pengalaman yang dirasakan tidak menyenangkan dan diikuti perasaan gelisah, khawatir, dan takut. Faktor paling banyak adalah keharusan mahasiswa untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas kuliah yang diberikan dosen dalam batas waktu tertentu untuk mengumpulkannya. pengaturan diri dalam belajar merupakan strategi belajar yang sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam proses belajar mahasiswa, sehingga dapat menekan timbulnya kecemasan saat mengerjakan tugas dapat. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan mengerjakan tugas dengan regulasi diri dalam belajar pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 123 mahasiswa kedokteran Universitas Malahayati. angkatan 2018. Hasil Penelitian : Sebagian besar kecemasan mengerjakan tugas pada mahasiswa adalah kelompok sedang sebanyak 56 mahasiswa (45,5) nilai median 69.008, standar deviation 18.570, nilai minimum 36, dan nilai maksimum 108. Sebagian besar regulasi diri adalah kelompok sedang sebanyak 67 mahasiswa (54,5%). Didapatkan nilai median 102.16, standar deviation 16.750 , nilai minimum 54, dan nilai maksimum 131. terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kecemasan mengerjakan tugas dengan regulasi diri dalam belajar (p-value=0.000). Kesimpulan : Bahwa semakin tinggi kecemasan mengerjakan tugas maka semakin rendah regulasi diri dalam belajar seseorang. Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, Regulasi diri, Mahasiswa

Abstract

One of the educational foundations with the concept of active, fun learning school by using nature as a direct medium for learning. One psychology service unit (Unit Pelayan Psikologi/UPP) is used as a means of communicating cooperation between counselor and client. The problem that occurs is the UPP that is not utilized optimally by the teaching department in schools. Complaints were not working properly and there was a lack of coordination regarding the follow-up of the handling results. The lack of involvement of teachers as educators with unit counselors causes delays in handling students who experience academic and psychological problems. The purpose of this study was to carry out SWOT-based assessment and analysis to develop appropriate recommendations to evaluate and develop adequate programs. Research methods carried out with a system-based qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out with interviews with a number of parties such as CEOs, vice principals in the fields of curriculum and student affairs, psychology service unit staff, and classroom teachers. In addition, school physical observations, FGD observations, and class board activities. Another analysis of documents such as secondary data from case documentation, teacher and coordinator jobdesc, and previous system analysis. The results show the lack of competency in UPP and the referral system that has not been well coordinated.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the gender role conflict of the pastor's husband in the Protestant Karo Batak Church (GBKP). This research method is quantitative by using the Gender Role Conflict Scale (GRCS) scale proposed by O'Neil, et al. (1986) used to measure gender role conflict and analyzed descriptively using the SPSS 24 program. The Gender-role Conflict Scale developed by O'Neil., et al (1986) has 37 items with 4 indicators namely Restricted Emotionality (RE), Restrictive Affectionate Behavior Between Men (RABBM), Success / Power / Competition (SPC), and Conflict Between Work and Family Relations (CBWFR). Based on the results of a pilot test measuring gender role conflict using Lisrel 8.50 it is known that of the 37 items of gender role conflict, 23 items were declared valid and 14 items were declared invalid with a reliability of 0.723. The results of statistical calculations show that the mean of gender role conflict is 89.10. Based on the results of the mean, it is known that in general gender role conflict in the pastor's husband GBKP is in the medium category because it is at a score of 89.10. In addition, from the four indicators it is known that the highest mean lies in the SPC of 35.53 followed by RE of 21.58, RABBM of 15.87 and finally CBWFR of 12.73.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between social support and burnout. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that there is a negative relationship between social support and burnout, assuming that the higher is social support, the lower burnout will be and conversely the lower is the social support, the higher will the burnout be. The subjects of this study were 150 nurse of General Hospital Permata Bunda Medan. Data were obtained from a scale to measure social support and burnout. The calculation was performed by testing requirements analysis (assumption test), which consisting of normality test and linearity test. Data analysis was performed by using Product Moment Correlation Analysis through SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that r = -0.581; and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a negative relationship between social support and burnout. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of social support on burnout is 33.8 percent, while the remaining 66.2 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis stating that there is a negative relationship between social support and burnout.

Abstract

Multiple Intelligence and Its Implications in Education. Dr. Howard Gardner developed the Multiple Intelligence theory which is able to provide a new theory with several types of intelligence that can reflect the way of interacting in the world. Gardner rejects the notion that human knowledge is one unit and that individuals only have a single intelligence. There are nine types of multiple intelligences put forward by Gardner, including: linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, visual intelligence, musical intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, and naturalist intelligence, existential intelligence. The theory of multiple intelligences is able to have a positive influence in learning, such as making teachers develop learning methods, providing optimal learning outcomes and being able to make children not feel bored while learning.
