In banking activities, non-performing loan could be affected by internal as well asexternal factor. The risk of non-performing loan will be reduced considerably by the prudentialprinciple and other credit analysis principles are fully followed by bank as the creditor. This describeshow the bank especially PT BRI (Persero) Tbk. Branch at Lamongan, managed and approvedthe applications of loan submitted by its prospective debtors. The models and methods used by thebank to handle credit default were also explored in this study. To deal with non-performing loan, PTBRI (Persero) Tbk. Lamongan Branch used several methods, namely Credit restructuration, amicablesettlement involving the direct selling of collateral as well as legal settlement involving KPKNL (TheOffice for State Assets and Auction Service) were utilized to handle credit default.Keywords: Non-performing loan, credit default, credit settlement

Surya MadistrindoE-mail: yudhaoktavianto@yahoo.comABSTRACTThe research objective was to determine the influence of communication Word Of Mouth (WOM) onconsumer purchasing decisions at Pak Agus chicken noodle products in Batu city. The method usedwas a survey. The dependent variable was purchase decision and the independent variable was Wordof Mouth Communication. Respondents were consumers who make repeat purchases in chicken noodlePak Agus least three times, as many as 100 people. Sampling technique used purposive sampling.Data collection was using questionnaires. Analysis tool used was a simple linear regression. Theresults showed the positive influential among variables Word Of Mouth (WOM) on Purchase Decisionwhich was supported by 77.2% contribution. It meant that all consumers who buy chickennoodle were 77.2% influenced by the communication word of mouth.Keywords: Communication, Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Consumer switching behaviour factors included customer service, knowledgeable employees,waiting time to get the customer service, error billing, network coverage, frequent network problem, newscheme, plan for different age,value added service, call rates, hidden charges, short message service charges,internet charges, recharge facilities, offered by competitor family and friend, fancy number, and rechargecost. Consumer switching behaviour in cellular card seen during the last six months. Respondents were cardusers who have used cellular card at least 6 months. The sum of respondent are 100 users who are selectedby purposive sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The data analysed by using logisticregression enter method and backward stepwise. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis exemplifiedthat the constant significance value was less than 0.05. This meant that the factors of consumerswitching behaviour had a significant effect in cellular card. The factors affect consumer switching behaviourhad influenced at 37.6%, and 62.4% influenced by other factors outside this study. Finnaly, the fancy numberwas the most dominant factors which could influence consumer switching behaviour.Keywords: cellular card user, consumer behavior, switching behavior

Abstract

Novita Ratna SatitiProgram Studi Manajemen FEB UMME-mail: novitasuprihadi@gmail.comABSTRACTThe research aimed to optimalize investment scenario for Pension Fund of UMM. Pension Fund ofUMM optimized investment activity yet, due to the nature was still very conservative. The first phaseresearch was to evaluate the performance of investments by analyzing the value of ROI, look at thepattern of risk of each investment instrument (Standard Deviation), and calculate the average risk forfinancial assets which was invested with the VaR. The second was to develop a simulation of investmentscenario, which previously had projected prior average annual returns for various types of investments.After developing, the evaluation of simulation scenarios by analyzing the ROI and calculatedthe average risk (VaR). The results based on optimalizing investment scenarios III, by leveraging newinvestment opportunities to maximize the full potential of investments that might be made . On the thirdscenario, the ROI achieved at the value of 9.7% VaR of 0.3% in the level confidence of 99%. It means,there would be 1% chance of loss that more than 0.3%. At these scenarios, there was a change increasesthe yield of 5.4%, and was followed by increased average risk of -0.25%. On the third scenarioformation, it was expected that pension fund get scientific considerations in determining the investmentportfolio for the coming period.Keywords: Pension Funds, Investment Optimization, Scenario Portfolio Investment, Return on Investment(ROI), Value at Risk (VaR)

Data were collected from studentsof Muhammadiyah University of Malang by using questionnaires. The sum of respondents were 100students who were selected by using accidental sampling method. Analysis technique used logisticregression analysis. The result of result show that the structure of the message and the format ofmessages significantly influence positively to attitudes. Abstract

Variables consisted of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy. Phase of the QFD were (1) poll (Voice of Customer), (2) analysis with QFD, (3)the preparation of Quality Houses. Respondents were customers on Kanindo Shari?ah, namely 40customers who were collected by using accidental sampling. The results showed that the improvementin the quality of services performed by observing attributes of interest to the customer. Then, thecustomer satisfaction performance attributes were the most satisfying hospitality and good communication.Competitive satisfaction performance attributes satisfied customer was adequate infrastructure.Goal was the most preferred attribute settle by Kanindo Shari?ah. The highest value on ImprovementRatio was the speed, precision and accuracy of serving customers. Sales point showed a stronglevel of sales. Graha Sekar Kencana SurabayaE-mail: ali_hamdii@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe research aim to examine (1) whether the cash, receivables, inventories turnover, current ratio,acid test ratio and cash ratio simultaneously and partially affect the NPM, ROA, ROE and stockprice, (2) whether those variables also positively and significantly effect on stock prices through theNPM, ROA and ROE. This study used the secondary data which taken from BEI at MuhammadiyahUniversity of Malang. The number of companies were only 7 in 2008 to 2011 and listed at the StockExchange. The sampling was total sampling. Analysis techniques used path analysis. The resultsshowed that the cash, receivables, inventories turnover, current ratio, acid test ratio and cash ratiowere not significant simultaneously effect on NPM but positive and significant effect on ROA andROE. Whereas ROA and ROE positive and significantly effect on stock prices. Partially, cash, receivablesturnover and acid test ratio were not significant and negative effect on NPM. Inventory turnover,current ratio and cash ratio were not positive effect. Cash, receivables and inventories turnoverwere not significant and negative effect to ROA whereas current ratio, acid test ratio and cash ratiowere either. Diah KusumawatiProgram Studi Manajemn FEB UMME-mail: diahkusuma@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe purpose of this study were (1) to determine the stressors, (2) to know the job stress level (3) tofind out the level of work performance and (4) whether the stressor effect on the employee stress atPTPN XII Kebun Ngrangkah Pawon Kediri. Analysis tool used to determine the stressors and stressthat and to determine the level of employee performance was range-scale analysis. To know theeffect of stressor on the job stress and its impact on employee performance was used path analysismodel. The results of the analysis indicate that stressor and stress were in high level category. Thelevel of employee performance was also in high category. The results of path analysis show that wasa significant effect between a stressor to employee?s job stress, there was also a significant effectbetween the job-stress to employees? performance. It mean that there was a significant effect betweenstressors to performance level through job stress. Based on the results, it could be suggested that thelevel of work stressors and job stress should be reduced. Giving reward would be better applied forbetter working employees, so it could motivate employees enthusiastic in their work.Keywords: Stressor, Job Stress and Job Performance
