MB is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal published articles in Indonesian but in 2019 MB will publish all articles fully in English. This journal only accepts articles from original research results. MB welcomes all articles related to management and business fields. Subjects suitable for publication include finance management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, knowledge management, business ethics, and international business. Manajemen Bisnis has been indexed in Google Scholar and DOAJ. JMB keeps an attempt to be indexed in other journal directories.

Abstract

The first research purpose is finding out entrepreneurship spirit consisted of self confidence,task and result orientation, risk taking, leadership, originality, and orientation for future. Second, tofind out individual characteristics consisted of sex, age, business time length, education, and income.Third, is to find out entrepreneurship spirit from individual characteristic in detail. Analytical tools usedare scale rank analysis and cross tabulation. The result of research show that the entrepreneurshipspirit consist of self confidence, task and result orientation, risk taking, leadership, originality, andorientation for future are carried out in home business. Abstract

The purposes of this research is to investigate the market?s  reaction events of the stock split announcement, proxied by abnormal returns and trading volumes. Hypothetical test in this research was using paired sample t test in the differences of abnormal return and wilcoxon signed rank to trading volume.Based on the results of hypothetical test, this research concluded that the market reacts negatively against the event of stock splits. The conclusion obtained from the presence of significant decrease of average volume of trade after the split event, where as the average of abnormal return decreases however not significant after the event of stock splits.

In banking activities, non-performing loan could be affected by internal as well asexternal factor. The risk of non-performing loan will be reduced considerably by the prudentialprinciple and other credit analysis principles are fully followed by bank as the creditor. This describeshow the bank especially PT BRI (Persero) Tbk. Branch at Lamongan, managed and approvedthe applications of loan submitted by its prospective debtors. The models and methods used by thebank to handle credit default were also explored in this study. To deal with non-performing loan, PTBRI (Persero) Tbk. Lamongan Branch used several methods, namely Credit restructuration, amicablesettlement involving the direct selling of collateral as well as legal settlement involving KPKNL (TheOffice for State Assets and Auction Service) were utilized to handle credit default.Keywords: Non-performing loan, credit default, credit settlement

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, to describe the characteristics of personality, autocratic leadership, and the performance of the employee. The next is, to know whether the significantly characteristics of the personality can influence performance of the employee. The third, to know the significantly of the leadership to influence on employee performance. Futhormore, to determine wheter the characteristics of the personality and autocratic leadership on the employee performance. Fifth, to know among the characteristics of personality and the autocratic of leadership form that contribute of the largest influence on performance of the employee. The population of all employees, total sample 41 and the sampling technique of total sampling. The writer used the technique of collecting data is questionnaires and documentation. In this reaserch the analytical tool using a range of scales and multiple linier analysis. The result of the analysis part of the scale characteristics of the personality included the criteria is quite good, the autocratic leadership included the criteria is fairly strong and employee performance include the criteria is quite good. The result of hypothesis testing is stating the characteristic of personality and the significant the autocratic of the leadership can influence on the employee performance. Personality characteristics are variable that have the greatest contribution to employee performance.

Abstract

The research purposes are to analyses the effect of product, price, promotion, place, and process on brand switching decisions, and to determine dominant effect of those on brand switching decisions. Logistic regression of analysis was used as statistical analyses. The result showed that product, price, promotion, place, and process have a positive effect on brand switching decisions. Variable process has a dominant effect on brand switching decisions. The suggestions from this resesarch that the company should have many efforts to provide guarantee to satisfied customers by offering qualified product, giving gift or bonuses and decreasing the mobile card price. Keyword: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, Brand Switching, Mobile Card.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of beauty vlogger?s credibility and attractiveness on purchase intention and find the most influential variable. A quantitative approach using survey (questionnaire) was used. The population in this study was 41.517 viewers of Abel Cantika's vlog titled "Demo dan Review the Body Shop New Hair Care Fuji Green Tea?. 100 samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study found that both credibility and attractiveness of the endorser significantly influenced purchase intention, the later was found to be the most influential variable.

Fitriningsih AmaloUniversitas Muhammadiyah KupangE-mail: ithyamalo@yahoo.comABSTRACTThis study aimed to measure the extent of technical efficiency of Islamic banking industry, analyzingpotential improvements composition of input and output, determine the source of technical efficiency,and to know the position of economies of scale. The analysis technique used Data EnvelopmentAnalysis (DEA). The determination of input and output used the intermediation approach. The variablesinputs are namely deposits, fixed assets, labour costs, and outputs (financing). Sampling techniqueis purposive sampling. Sample size are 18 banks the period 2007-2010. The results showedthat the technical efficiency of Islamic banking industry experienced volatile growth, the averagetechnical was not efficient (inefficiency). The efficient scored are namely DKI Bank (2007), Bank ofEast Java (2007), Bank of West Kalimantan (2007), Permata Bank (2008-2009), and Bank of westJava (2010). The sources of technical inefficiency in the Indonesian Islamic banking industry wasfrom the input and output variables. The potential improvements should be done by the bank tooptimize the use of inefficient input for maximizing output. Technical efficiency value was dominatedby pure technical efficiency while low scale efficiency and economies of scale position of Islamicbanking industry in Indonesia. During the period of observation shows the constant Condition Returnto Scale (CRS) four banks, Decreasing Return to Scale (DRS).The condition of the banks IncreasingReturn to Scale (IRS) were 13 banks. Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing and testing the effect of product and service quality and trust over consumers of Erha Clinic Malang. Method applied in this study was by survey. The analysis tool was double linear regression and hypothetical test by using t-test. Result of the study showed that the product and service quality and trust had a partial effect on consumer loyalty. Based on result and discussion of the study, it was concluded that the performance, endurance, attraction and quality being perceived affected significantly toward the consumers? loyalty. While the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy effected significantly toward the consumers? loyalty. The goodness, competence had significant effect toward the loyalty of Erha Clinic Malang.

Abstract

The aims is to study and analyses theinfluence of learning organization and workers' motivation on workers' performance at ShariaCooperation in Malang Raya. Unit analyses in this research are 33 Co-Operation unit which isspread over Malang Town, Malang Sub-Province, and Batu Town. Research Population are 170workers who works as employees of Moslem Law Co-Operation ( BMT). Sample size is selected byusing proportional technique or sample balance (118 workers). Data are analysis by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) and use the program of software of computer of data processingAMOS (Analysis Of Moment Structure) v.4.0. The Result of research indicates that 1). The LearningOrganization has an positive and significant effect to employees' performance, it is proved by thestandardized value (0,526) and p-value (0,00 2). The Work Motivation of employee have an positiveand significant effect to employees' performance too, and it is proved by the standardized value(0,391) and p-value (0,00). The research conclusion is still needed the development of co-operationscience in relation with adopting economics theory and co-operation management with the publicvision (conventional) and also Moslem Law Islam. While practical implication from this research isthe improvement of human resources as an effective strength in facing the competitiveness of MoslemLaw Co-Operation (BMT) as a whole.Keywords: learning organizational , work motivate, employees performance
