Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of role playing on the social emotional abilities of children aged 5-6 years. The research method used was an experimental method with one group pretest-postest design. The population of this study were all children aged 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 5 Mataram Kindergarten, totaling 53. The sample in this study was taken based on a specific objective, which was class B3, totaling 18 children. The data collection method in this study was observation as a method. subject, interviews and documentation as complementary methods. The data analysis technique used the t-test formula. From the results of the t-test, where the t-test is 14.470, while the t-table value with a significant level of 5% = N-1 = (18-1) = 17 is 1.740, this fact shows that the t-test value obtained in the study This is greater than the t-table value (14,470> 1,740) which means significant. This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The conclusions obtained in this study are: "There is an Influence of Role Playing on the Social Emotional Ability of Children Aged 5–6 Years in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 5 Kindergarten, Mataram".

Abstract

This study aims to describe all activities and phenomena in the study of educational management in PAUD clusters which include planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating groups. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study model. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation data, and observation data regarding the implementation of PAUD groups. Researcher is the main instrument supported by interview, observation, and documentation guidelines. Analysis of research data using an interactive model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification / conclusion. The results showed that; (1) Cluster planning begins with a plan to form a cluster up to a description of the cluster budget; (2) Cluster organization includes; Determination of cluster administrators, KKG, KKKP, PAUD cluster committees up to the creation of organizational work mechanisms; (3) The implementation of the group work program includes; implementation of work programs based on initial work planning through to collaborating with parents, government and local agencies to make a positive contribution to cluster development; (4) cluster evaluation includes; evaluation is carried out after the work program is implemented, monthly reports, and annual reports of the PAUD cluster.

Abstract

This study aims to describe all phenomena and events that occur in relation to the principal's decision making in implementing school work programs, which include: (1) The decision-making process, (2) the involvement of teachers, school personnel, and the community, and (3) Implementation school work program. The approach used in this research is qualitative, with a multi-site study design. The research data is in the form of descriptive data obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis used modified analytical induction techniques (modified analysis) in the form of on-site data analysis and cross-site data analysis. There are four types of data validity checking, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the decision-making process consists of, (1) problem identification, (2) determination of problem-solving criteria, (3) identification of alternatives, (4) assessing alternatives from a series of alternatives, (5) choosing the best alternative, and then, (6) implementation of alternatives Second, the involvement of school stakeholders, namely the involvement of teachers, school personnel, and the community as follows: (1) participation of teachers in schools in implementing learning programs, (2) involvement of school staff in administrative processes and technical matters to support the achievement of school goals and (3) involving the committee and parents of students in making decisions. Third, the results of the decisions are in the form of implementing school work programs which include the implementation of curriculum, student affairs, sarpras, finance, and public relations, including: (1) implementation of effective learning programs, (2) ) improving the quality of schools through discipline, (3) developing students' interests and talents through sports and arts activities, (4) solving problems faced by students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategic planning, implementation, and control of the character education program at SMPN 2 Mataram. This research uses qualitative research. Methods of qualitative data analysis through three activities, namely (1) data reduction (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are formulated in 3 conclusions, namely First, strategic planning includes: (1) Formulation of the Vision and Mission of Schools Based on the Value of Cultural Education and National Character, and (2) Character Education is planned systematically. Second, strategic implementation includes: (1) Utilization of the School Environment, (2) Program for Habitual Activities in Schools, (3) Collaboration with other parties, (4) Exemplary in the School Environment, (5) Developing school culture, (6) Providing learning service programs, (7) Strengthening school discipline, and (8) Strengthening character education through systematic and continuous co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Third, strategic control of character education includes: (1) Control is carried out by each teacher through observation, provision of self-assessment and peer assessment instruments, (2) Analyzing the facts of the findings, and (3) Carrying out follow-up and continuous improvement.

Abstract

This article is written to find out the parties and causes of interpersonal conflict, interpersonal conflict management strategies, organizing in interpersonal conflict management, and procedures in interpersonal conflict management. The results of the thinking are (1) conflicting parties involve individuals inside and outside the school environment with various causes of conflict, (2) the management strategy used (3) management organization consists of two stages, namely the determination of the parties managing the conflict and tasks to be carried out and the determination of the quality of the conflict.
