Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce multimedia Islamic Studies learning materials for prayer procedures that are suitable for use for grade II elementary school students in terms of material, learning, display and programming aspects; (2) knowing student responses; and (3) knowing its effectiveness in learning. This research is research and development (R&D) which includes the following stages: (1) needs analysis, (2) learning design, (3) product development, and (4) evaluation. The subjects in this study were 29 grade II students of SD Negeri Samirono, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The multimedia product of PAI learning, this prayer procedure material is feasible or valid. The assessment of multimedia learning from the aspects of material, learning, display and programming is categorized as very good. (2) Student response to multimedia that was developed was very good. (3) The effectiveness of the developed learning multimedia is in the "high" category. These results indicate that the developed multimedia learning Islamic religious education materials for prayer procedures can be used as a teaching material in the learning process of Islamic religious education in grade II of elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of cyber counseling during the pandemic for Counseling Guidance Teachers and students. This type of research is a literature study or library research using secondary data sources collected through textbooks, e-books, scientific articles, websites, and other sources relevant to the research problem. The data of this study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that through online-based BK services, students and BK teachers/Counselors can be mutually facilitated because there are many opportunities and benefits available in an effort to support the achievement of counseling goals. The presence of cyber counseling as a counseling solution during the pandemic is expected to be able to help solve student problems at this time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of community education through empowering women based on life skills education in sewing at the Modes Kartini institution. This research method uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The method of determining research subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis of research data using interactive analysis which includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the implementation of community education through the empowerment of women based on life skill education in sewing in the Modes Kartini Institute which has been carried out smoothly according to program technical guidelines. The impact of the program is that it can improve welfare, provide expertise and skills to women to be able to become entrepreneurs and improve the family economy.

Abstract

This research aimed at finding out whether Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) strategy improves students’ reading comprehension or not. The research was a classroom action research. The data collected through quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data was gained from the result of pre-test and post-test from reading test. Meanwhile, qualitative data was gained from the result of observation sheets toward students’ and teachers’ activity. The instruments used by the researcher were test and observation sheet. The finding of the research showed that the strategy Listen-Read-Discuss improve the students’ reading comprehension in descriptive text. The improvement can be seen from the mean score of students from pre-test, post-test one, and post-test two. The mean score of pre-tests was 64.46 (50%), there were eight students who passed the minimum passing grade, in the post-test one, 75.35 (67%), twelve students passed the minimum passing grade and in the post-test two, 82.14 (89%), twenty-five students passed the minimum passing grade (KKM).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning approach in an effort to improve the activities and learning outcomes of grade IV students at SD Negeri 14 Cakranegara. The benefits of this research are as study material and findings in the implementation of the learning process in the classroom and for teachers to improve competence in the learning process and for students to improve learning activities that have an impact on increasing student learning outcomes. This research uses a class action research method which is carried out in two cycles, each of which is a cycle of activities; planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The final results of the action in the second cycle showed that the results of teacher observation obtained an average score (4.43) and the results of student observations achieved an average score (4.33). While the results of an increase in student learning activities is an increase in student learning outcomes reaching an average value (87.15), meaning that the indicators of success (> 75.00) have been exceeded. Because the indicators of success have been proven, this research was declared successful and stopped in the second cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the habit of asking students in the learning process through the optimization of group guidance services. This research method uses classroom action research. The research procedure consists of planning, acting, observing and reflecting in 3 cycles. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class XI TKJ 2 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. The research data collection technique used observation and questionnaires. While the data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive consisting of data processing, data analysis, and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the habits of students in asking through the optimization of group guidance services. The increase in the habit of asking can be seen from the results of observations during the action process in group guidance activities, namely the existence of demands to display questioning behavior, the form of questioning behavior that is displayed is spontaneous, can choose the right time to ask and ask well without offending other people's feelings. As supporting data, to determine the increase in the habit of asking questions is through observations made by counseling teachers and subject teachers as a comparison. The result of the class is that there is an increase in the habit of asking in the learning process gradually from cycles 1, 2 and 3. In cycle 1 the frequency of asking questions is 40%, cycle II is 60% and in cycle III there is 80%. Thus through the optimization of group guidance services can increase the activeness of asking group members in the learning process.

Abstract

Embedding character values from an early age is a shared responsibility between parents, educators, caregivers, society and the government. For this reason, togetherness, harmony and partnership in instilling character values from an early age must be cultivated and optimized together. Collaboration with parents can be done through socialization so that the character values that have been used in PAUD institutions can also be carried out at home. For the community and the government, it is hoped that support can also be obtained by creating an atmosphere that is conducive to the formation of character for early childhood. Character values that are considered very important to be introduced and applied to behavior in early childhood include: love for God Almighty, honesty, discipline, tolerance and love of peace, self-confidence, independence, help, cooperation, mutual cooperation, respect and courtesy. , responsibility, hard work, leadership and justice, creative, humble, caring for the environment, love for the nation and homeland.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through portfolio learning in Class II PKN subjects SDN 2 Uekuli. The research method used was classroom action research with 15 students of class II SDN 2 Uekuli as the research subjects. The research instrument used observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student activity and teacher performance in the learning process. The increase in the learning process has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, student outcomes have increased each cycle. Cycle I shows that classically students who have completed learning reached 25.58%, cycle II increased to 81.39%, then increased again in cycle III to 97.67%. The average learning outcomes also increased, in the first cycle was 53.05; cycle II increased to 73.49; and increased again in cycle III to 86.51. This shows an increase in students' understanding of learning material on children's rights at home and at school.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' learning motivation using PPT media through a scientific approach on theme 7 technological developments at SD Negeri 1 Klepu, Temanggung Regency. This research method uses classroom action research with the research subjects being grade 3 students for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research instrument uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning motivation for Theme 7 using PPT media through a scientific approach to 3rd grade students of SDN 1 Klepu. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of student learning outcomes from cycle I, namely 61% and 69%. Cycle 2 has increased with the acquisition of the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires, which is 76%. Cycle 3 experienced a significant increase as seen from the results of the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires reaching 86% and 87%, respectively. So that the expected category is the very good category with the criteria of 86% - 100% has been achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve career planning skills through career information services during the Covid-19 pandemic for class XII-MIA-1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Praya in the academic year 2020/2021. This research method uses a classroom action research method consisting of 2 cycles of action. The research instrument used observation sheets and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis of the implementation of the action in cycle I, it shows that the percentage of students' career planning abilities is very high as many as 4 people or 11.76%, high career planning abilities are 5 people or 14.71%, while as many as 8 people or 23.53% , low 8 people amounted to 23.53% and very low category career planning ability 9 people or 26.47%. Based on the results of cycle II analysis, it was found that students had very high career planning abilities as many as 12 people or 35.29 %%, high career planning abilities by 9 people or 26.47% and career planning abilities in the medium category of 7 people or 20.59%, low career planning ability as many as 4 people or 11.76%, and very low career planning ability as many as 2 people or 5.88%.
