<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the design of Aqidah Akhlak multimodal learning at MTs Hidayaturrahman NW Menggala by utilizing the results of the minimum competency assessment (AKM). This research method uses a literature study with references to the material and articles analyzed from Google Scholar and books. The process of analyzing the data is qualitative. The results of this literature study explain that AKM results can capture the real condition of students in mastering the most basic competencies, namely reading literacy and numeracy literacy. These results can be used by teachers to improve and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. To carry out learning in the classroom, teachers need a certain approach. One approach that is considered quite effective to improve learning outcomes is a multimodal approach that leads to the multimodal learning of Akhlakul Karimah. The Akhlakul karimah multi-modal learning design was prepared by the teacher by utilizing the results of the AKM, namely groups of students who needed special, basic, skilled, and proficient interventions. Meanwhile, the designs that can be used are educational games, think-pair-share, case-based learning, personal journal entries, and multimodal research projects.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of learning listening to English using audio media in Class XI-IIS-1 SMA Negeri 2 Praya. This research method uses a classroom action research method consisting of 2 cycles of action. Each cycle consists of four stages including planning, implementing, observing the results of actions, and reflecting. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of audio media can improve listening skills in English in class XI-IIS-1 SMAN 2 Praya, Central Lombok Regency, 2018/2019 academic year. This increase can be seen from the classical completeness obtained in the first cycle of 48.15% and the second cycle increased to 88.89%. This increase can also be seen from the results of observations of teacher activity by 12 in the good category in cycle I and increasing to 17 in the very good category in the second cycle. Meanwhile, student activity in the first cycle was 41 in the active category, increasing to 65 in the very active category in the second cycle. Based on the results of the analysis of cycle I and II, it was obtained an increase in classical completeness by 40.74%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of role playing on the social emotional abilities of children aged 5-6 years. The research method used was an experimental method with one group pretest-postest design. The population of this study were all children aged 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 5 Mataram Kindergarten, totaling 53. The sample in this study was taken based on a specific objective, which was class B3, totaling 18 children. The data collection method in this study was observation as a method. subject, interviews and documentation as complementary methods. The data analysis technique used the t-test formula. From the results of the t-test, where the t-test is 14.470, while the t-table value with a significant level of 5% = N-1 = (18-1) = 17 is 1.740, this fact shows that the t-test value obtained in the study This is greater than the t-table value (14,470> 1,740) which means significant. This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The conclusions obtained in this study are: "There is an Influence of Role Playing on the Social Emotional Ability of Children Aged 5–6 Years in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 5 Kindergarten, Mataram".]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of adolescent social promiscuity with the learning motivation of Al-Azhar NW Kayangan Islamic High School students. The population of this research is all students in Al-Azhar NW Kayangan Islamic High School as many as 206 students. Sampling was carried out using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 42 students. Data is collected using a questionnaire as the main method, documentation as a supplementary method. The research data were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that rhit of 0.621 was greater than rtab of 0.304 with a significance level (α) of 5% which meant that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Thus, the conclusion of the analysis in this study is that there is a relationship between adolescent social interaction with students' motivation to learn Al-Azhar NW Kayangan Islamic High School ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes about mixed arithmetic in the Mathematics learning process using learning strategies through sticky numbers games. This study uses a classroom action research method which is carried out in 2 (two) cycles. Each cycle is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were Grade VI students of SD Inpres 3 Tolai in the 2020/2021 school year. Data collection techniques using tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the increase in student activity, the pre-cycle average is 49.68. In the first cycle it increased to 67.31, and the second cycle increased to 83.97. While the increase in student learning outcomes that have met the completeness value, namely pre-cycle by 50%. In the first cycle it increased, namely to be 79.17% and increased again in the second cycle to 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of flannel board media on students' interest in learning mathematics in class VII in Al Rusnaniah Islamic Junior High School. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study was grade VII students of Al Rusnaniah Islamic Middle School. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and documentation method. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis with the Chi square formula (〖x〗^ 2). The results of this study indicate that the value of x_ (count) ^ 2 by 6.477 and the value of x_ (table) ^ 2 at a Significant level of 5% with dk (f_h-1) = 2-1 = 1 greater than the value of x ^ 2 in the table (6,477 > 3,841), means that H_0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which reads that there is an influence of the use of flannel board media on students' interest in learning for grade VII in mathematics in Al Rusnaniah Islamic Junior High School, so it can be concluded that the results of this study are significant.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement in learning outcomes of grade 5 elementary school students on theme 8 by applying the Discovery learning model assisted by audiovisual media. The research method used is classroom action research which is carried out in 3 cycles. Each cycle is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD 3 Cranggang. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of discovery learning learning models with audiovisual media can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD 3 Cranggang on the theme 8 Neighborhoods of Our Friends, where the results of this increase are proven in each research cycle.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the correlation between effective sentence mastery and students' perceptions of teacher teaching methods and the ability to develop paragraphs in class V SDN Towara students. This research method uses a survey method through a correlational study. The research sample was taken by proportional random sampling technique with a total of 80 students from a total population of 120 students. The research instrument used tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique of this study uses simple correlation techniques and multiple correlation. The results of this study indicate that effective sentence mastery and student perceptions of the way teachers teach individually or collectively have a positive relationship with the ability to develop paragraphs. If we look at the value of the independent variable's contribution to the dependent variable, it is known that effective sentence mastery gives a greater contribution or contribution than students' perceptions of the way teachers teach.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of learning strategies and math skills on student accounting learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics with hypothesis testing through two-way ANOVA analysis. The results showed: (1) The group of students who followed the inquiry learning strategy was higher than the group of students who took the CTL learning strategy. (2) There is an interaction between learning strategies and mathematical skills on accounting learning outcomes. (3) The accounting learning outcomes of students who have high math abilities who follow the inquiry learning strategy are higher than the CTL learning strategy. (4) The accounting learning outcomes of the group of students with low math abilities who took the inquiry learning strategy were lower than those who took the CTL learning strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[With good teacher performance, a quality teaching-learning process will be created. To form a teacher who has good performance, it is needed a Principal who is able to apply his leadership style according to the situation and different levels of ability and experience of the teacher. With the suitability of the Principal's leadership style with the situational, will create a good interpersonal communication between the teacher. By using the classroom action research method to determine the relationship of the teacher leadership style, and communication to the teacher's performance the results are obtained: (a) There is a positive relationship between the Principal's Leadership Style and the teacher's performance at SD DDI Tolai Torue. This is evident from the results of the first hypothesis test with product moment correlation analysis which obtains the price rx1y> rtable (50; 0.01)> rtable (50; 0.05) = 0.472> 0.361> 0.279. (b) There is a positive relationship between Teacher's Interpersonal Communication with Teacher Performance in Tolai Torue DDI Elementary School. This is evident from the results of the second hypothesis test with product moment correlation analysis that obtained rx1y> rtable (50; 0.01)> rtable (50; 0.05) = 0.418> 0.361> 0.279, (c) There is a positive relationship between Leadership Styles Principal and Interpersonal Communication Teachers with Teacher Performance at SD DDI Tolai Torue. This is evident from the results of hypothesis testing with regression analysis of two predictors that obtain Freg> Ftable (2; 47; 0.01)> Ftable (2; 47; 0.05) = 0.913> 5.08> 3.21. (D ) The Principal Leadership Style Variable contributes 59.2% relative and 17.6% effective contribution. While the variable Interpersonal Communication Teachers made a relative contribution of 40.8% and an effective contribution of 12.1%. So it can be seen that the Principal's Leadership Style has a closer relationship with Teacher Performance compared to Teacher Interpersonal Communication variables.]]>
