Abstract

he purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of academic supervision in an effort to improve the competence of classroom teachers in the learning process. This research method uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle of activities there are four stages namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that; 1) the results of the observation of the principal and observations of the teacher during the mentoring process have obtained an average score of> 4.0, 2) the final result> 85% of the total number of mentoring participants received an average grade of> 75.00 (good category). The results of the study in the first cycle observation of the average principal (3.40), average teacher observation (3.33) and the academic supervision results of the average grade teacher (64.82). In cycle II the average headmasters observation (4.70) with the percentage of achievement (100%), the average teacher observation (4.67) with the percentage of achievement (83.33%) and the results of academic supervision in the target (language teacher english) average grade (85.96) with percentage of achievement (100%). Indicators of success have been achieved, the research was declared successful and stopped in the second cycle.

Abstract

This research method uses a school action research conducted during three cycles, each cycle of activities there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that; 1) the results of observations by the school principal and teacher observations during the mentoring process have received an average score of> 4.0, and 2) the final result> 85% of the total number of mentoring participants received an average grade of> 80.00 (good category). The results of the study in the first cycle of observation of the average School Principal (2.90), the observation of the average teacher (2.67) and the academic supervision results of the average grade teacher (62.86). In cycle II the observations of the average headmaster (3.40), the observation of the average teacher (3.50) and the results of academic supervision at the target grade point average (78.73). Cycle III observations of average principals (4.60), observations of average teachers (4.67) and academic supervision results in the average target value (86.49) Indicators of success have been achieved, research is declared successful and terminated in cycle III. The conclusion of this research is that in the third cycle it shows an increase in teacher competence in the learning process in class.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through STAD type cooperative learning. This research method uses classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 35 students of grade IX.A of SMP Negeri 7 Pujut. This research took place in 2 cycles. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that an increase in student learning outcomes by 86.9%. This is supported by the results of student and teacher observations that show an increase in both categories. The results of this study conclude that by using the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the excretion system material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve speaking skills by applying the sociodrama method in Class V SDN 2 Barejulat. This study uses a class action research method consisting of 2 action cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages including planning, implementation, observing the results of actions, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 47 grade V students consisting of 27 male students and 20 female students. Data collection instruments used were tests, observation sheets, and documentation. While the data analysis uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the sociodrama method can improve speaking skills in Class V SDN 2 Barejulat. This increase can be seen from the classical completeness obtained in the first cycle that is equal to 70.21% and the second cycle increased to 93.62%. This increase can also be seen from the observations of teacher activities by 13 with a good category in the first cycle and increased to 18 with a very good category in the second cycle. Whereas student activity in cycle I was 45 with active categories, increasing to 67 with very active categories in cycle II. Based on the results of the analysis of cycle I and II obtained an increase in classical completeness of 32.40%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the PAIKEM-based Reading Guide model in an effort to improve the learning activities of Grade VI Students of SD Negeri 27 Ampenan. This research method uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle of activities is; planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The final results of the action in the second cycle showed that the results of teacher observation obtained an average score (4.79) and the results of student observations achieved an average score (4.17). While the results of increased student learning motivation is an increase in student learning outcomes reaching an average value (78.77), meaning that the indicators of success (> 70.00) have been exceeded. Because the indicators of success have been proven, this study was declared successful and the study was stopped in the second cycle.
