Abstrak. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan gambaran tentang kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan. Analisis rasio keuangan adalah angka yang diperoleh dari hasil perbandingan dari satu pos laporan keuangan dengan pos lainnya yang mempunyai hubungan yang relevan dan signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profitabilitas perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur profitabilitas perusahaan terdiri atas empat rasio profitabilitas, yaitu Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earnings per Share (EPS). Sampel data studi ini terdiri atas 3 perusahaan rokok yaitu PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk., dan PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk. periode 2010-2014. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder, yaitu data kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan rokok dad tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2014 yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. memiliki kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik, dimana nilai rata-rata GPM = 21,6%, NPM = 9,4% , ROA = 11%, ROE = 17,2% dan EPS = 2367. PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. memiliki kinerja keuangan yang cukup baik, dimana nilai rata-rata GPM = 27,6%, NPM = 14,4%, ROA = 37,2%, ROE = 73,6% dan EPS = 2058 dan PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk. memiliki kinerja keuangan yang buruk, dimana nilai rata-rata GPM = 17,6%, NPM = (-4,4%), ROA = (-5,8%), ROE = (-54,8) dan EPS = (-86,4). PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk yang kekurangan modal dan mengalami kerugian. Maka dad itu kemampuan PT. Bentoel dalam menghasilkan laba semakin menurun.

Abstract. Cane is one of the agricultural commodities that have a good prospect to be developed as anindustrial raw material, in particular white sugar. Along with industrial development and populationincreasing, the need for sugar is increasing therefore the PT. Gunung Madu Plantations continues todevelop its existence in the increase of fresh sugar cane plantations (PTS) and the use of cost onsugar mill (mill cane).The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of quality costs incurred bythe company to the extent of damage Nira Cane, to analyze how much influence the cost of the qualityof the product quality improvement Nira Sugarcane at PT. Gunung Madu Plantations. the methodsthat used in this study is a qualitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the resultsof the regression analysis between the cost of the quality of the degree of damage Nira Sugarcaneproduction, which suggests that factors such as the quality costs (prevention costs, appraisal costs,internal failure costs and external) significant influence, because the p value (significance F value) offourth the cost of a quality below 0.05. Cost control quality made by the company, showing that thedevelopment cost of quality from year to year has increased from 2010 - 2014. With the increased,cost of quality, resulting in damage levels of Nira Sugarcane production can be decreased, especiallythe cost of prevention and appraisal costs.

Abstrack: Investors need information that is understandable, relevant, reliable and comparable in evaluating the financial position and performance of the bank as well as useful in making investment decisions. This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as indicator, asset quality with non performing loans (NPL) as indicator, profit with Return on Assets (ROA) as indicator and liquidity with Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) as indicator on Stock Price banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. Data obtained from the Financial Statements issued by Bank Indonesia and the time period of 2010 to 2014. Amount of this study population was 20 companies and the total sample of 5 companies with a purposive sample passing phase. Analysis techniques that will be used in this study is a multiple linear regression to obtain a comprehensive result of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The results showed that the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have positive effect on banking stock price, while the, loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and BOPO have negative effect on banking stock price. Simultaneously test results indicate there is influence between CAR, ROA, NPL, LDR and BOPO together to the banking company's stock price that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The magnitude of the effect was 67,7% while the remaining 32,3% influenced by factors other than research or outside the regression equation.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen di lingkungan Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pada lingkungan universitas dimana diharapkan dapat diidentifikasi hal-hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen. Penults telah menyebar 200 kuisioner kepada setiap dosen di lingkungan universitas, namun sebelumnya akan dilakukan studi pendahuluan sebagai pilot project. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat reliabilitas dan validitas kuisioner sehingga kuisioner yang diterjemahkan layak untuk disebarkan. Penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS) untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen pada Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung. Basil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Malahayati hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t statistic lebih dart 2 sedangkan pada kompetensi hasilnya tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Malahayati hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t statistic kurang dart 2. Akan tetapi pada motivasi ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Malahayati hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t statistic lebih dari 2.

Abstract. The objectives of this study is to compare the financial performance of sharia banks namely Bank Muamalat dan Bank Syariah Mandiri in the period of 2010-2014 by using the banking financial ratios. Financial ratios used in this study consisted of the CAR, NPF, BOPO, FDR, ROA, ROE, and NPM. This study uses data from financial statements of both banks during the last five years. Analysis used in this study is to compare the financial performance of sharia banks by using the independent sample t-test methods. This study finds that the average of sharia banks financial ratios of both banks is in the good conditions during the research period The results show that there is a significant difference of FDR rasio, however for CAR, NPF, BOPO, ROA, ROE, and NPM is insignificant difference.

The high level of occupancy of a hotel will indirectly affect profitability. Hotel Ranggonang Sekayu have common customers and the Department of Local Government Agencies or Musi Banyuasin. The results were obtained an average occupancy rate of hotel rooms Ranggonang Sekayu in the year 2012 - 2014 are likely to fall. Factors that cause fluctuations and a decline in the occupancy rate for the condition of Hotels many facilities are damaged, poorly-maintained, and facilities that do not meet the standards. The ratio of profit margin and net profit Hotel Ranggonang Sekayu years 2012 - 2015 fluctuated. This is because a lot of the District Government receivables uncollectible Banyuasin so that a burden is the burden of bad debts

Pemilihan karir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai akuntan publik dan non akuntan publikdipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti penghargaan finansial, pengalaman kerja (> 10 tahun) ,Pelatihan profesional. Akuntan publik sebagai salah satu jenis profesi yang mampu memberikanpeluang dalam dunia kerja. Populasi adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Malahayati,STIE Mitra Lampung dan IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 265 mahasiswa denganjumlah sampel 100. Analisa dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji penelitianmenunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penghargaan finansial, pelatihan profesional, pengakuan profesional,lingkungan kerja, nilai-nilai sosial, pertimbangan pasar kerja dan personalitas terhadap pemilihan karirsebagai akuntan publik dan non akuntan publik.

This study aimed to provide empirical character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition in credit given by examining eatch variable. The object of research is the leasing companies of PT Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) Finance Metro. The method used in the selection of objects in this study was purposive sampling. Analysis model used in this study is multiple regression analysis model performed, validity, reliability with the aid of the computer program SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that condition have bigger than each variable in credit given is taunt 2.980 > Mabel 1.989 compare with character, capacity, capital and collateral. This study also indicate collateral have in credit given is tcount 2.382 > ttabel 1.989. simultaneously character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition regression credit given a total tcount 8.534 > Fiaber2.37.
