Abstract

Abstract In a democratic country, people have the freedom to worship according to their respective religions. One of the direct consequences of that principle, the creation of a heterogeneous society, Muslims live side by side with followers of other religions. Thus, every religious adherent is protected by law to celebrate various religious holidays, so that in the midst of one community, there are alternately celebrated holidays. Usually at every holiday celebration, they try to enliven it, including by serving a variety of special dishes in accordance with the greatness of the holiday. Usually, in every holiday celebration, they try to enliven it, including by serving a variety of special dishes in accordance with the greatness of the holiday. To add to the lively celebration of the holidays, the adherents of a religion also share happiness with the surrounding community. Some send foods, gifts and congratulations. There are also those who hold a banquet by inviting the surrounding community, both held at places of worship or at their homes. Muslims often argue in response to gifts or banquets from other faiths, whether to accept and eat the food or reject it. This study aims to answer this polemic, in order to help the community behave appropriately according to the sharia provisions.

Abstract

Prayer is the second pillar of Islam after two sentences of shahada. Prayer has a very important position for Islam, so the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiWasallam likened it like a pillar to a building, so that a building will not be able to stand firmly without a supporting pillar. Likewise a person's Islam cannot be established without establishing prayer. However, sometimes intentionally or not, a Muslim leaves the prayer until out of time. By remembering the importance of prayer, can the missed prayer be replaced (qada’)? In this paper, the author presents a discussion of three things related to qada’ prayer: the arguments about qada’ prayer, the law of qada’ prayer and various types of prayers that can be replaced (qada’), as well as the requirements that must be fulfilled in qada’ prayer.

Abstract

Muamalat (transactions or dealings) is a quarter of the fiqh chapter besides worship, munakahah (marriage) and jinayah chapters. Another perspective, muamalah is half fiqh; because munakahah and jinayah can be put under muamalah. Showing the urgency of the muamalah chapter is being half of the religion. On the other hand, the rules “Basically, the Command Means Obligatory, Unless The Postulate Shows Other Things” is one of the most important rules in ushl al-fiqh. This study examines this rule and its application in the Muamalah chapter. The research method used is a qualitative with a theory implementation approach. The data sources are the books of ushlal-fiqh, fiqh, interpretation, hadith and Arabic. Data collection and analysis are done deductively. The most important results of this study are as follows: (1) The strongest opinion is that the command basically shows the obligation, unless the postulate transfers it to another meaning. (2) The ushuliyyah rules have enough examples of application in the muamalah chapter, such as: a. Basically the order means mandatory while there is no postulate that diverts it to other meanings, for example the order to return the slave brothers who are sold separately, the order to determine the size of the salam commodity, the order to return goods borrowed and deposited, and the order to sell similar ribawi commodities in tamatsul (such as in the dose or the scales) and taqabud (cash). b. The orders change meaning to sunnah or other meanings if there is a postulate that diverts them to these other meanings. For example, orders to bring witnesses in a sale and purchase transaction, waqf orders, and orders to record debts and credit. (3) Sometimes there are different points of view in understanding the meaning of the command, and whether there is a postulate that diverts it from the meaning of mandatory. For example, the order to take and announce the finding (luqathah) and the order to accept the transfer of receivables to third parties, if the third party is rich (liquid).

Abstract

Seeing the rise of understanding of religion in the name of Islam, even though Islam is free from that understanding. One example is the understanding of radicalism which has influenced many children or adolescents, and one of the causes of the development of understanding of radicalism is the understanding of Islam which is wrongly implanted in children. Therefore, through this research, it is expected to know how to educate and instill a true understanding of religion in children, which results in emotional intelligence for children and can be a solution for education and even for national security. The method used in this study is a non-interactive qualitative research with analytical concepts. Then, the researcher discusses how to instill Islamic religion, namely by instilling faith education, worship and morals in children. In discussing religious understanding, the result that will be obtained is the belief about the true religion and that belief will foster a sense of being constantly monitored by Allah Ta'ala, thus making sincere worship of God and producing noble morals, for practicing what is contained in the Qur'an 'an and hadith of the Prophet sallallaahuAlaihiwaSallam. The emotional intelligence, according to experts, produces ten aspects, namely; understanding one's own feelings, being able to express themselves, responsibilities and persevering, understanding themselves, controlling themselves and motivating themselves, feeling themselves, perceiving self emotion, inner feelings, ability to feel self, and finally communication maturity. Then, those aspects can be linked to the method of instilling the understanding of Islam, it is then created the concept of understanding of Islam towards children's emotional intelligence, all of which produce things that are desired in a child's emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Clothing serves to cover the nakedness of Adam’s children and also as jewelry for them. A muslim should wear beautiful clothes, but should not be excessive and not accompanied by a sense of arrogance when wearing them. The term isbal means lengthening, anchoring and extending clothes to cover the ankles and touching the ground, either because of arrogance or not. Mangunharjo is one of the villages in Mayangan sub-district, Probolinggo, East Java. The formulations of the problem in this research are about: (1) the driving factor and the stages which are passed by a muslim in using his cingkrang (cropped) pants, (2) the challenges that are taken and the pleasure felt by a muslim after wearing a cingkrang (cropped) pants, (3) hadiths which prescribe a muslim to wear wearing a cingkrang (cropped) pants. The approach usedin this research is qualitative approach with the study of living hadith models. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There are 4 motivating factors for Mangunharjo’s muslims in wearing cingkrang (cropped) pantsand there are 5 stages that are passed by these muslims until they succeed in wearing it. (2) There are 5 challenges faced by muslims after wearing cingkrang (cropped) pantsand there are 4 of the toughest challenges they feel after they wearing it. On the other hand, they actually feel the 4 pleasures after they continue wearing it. (3) There are a number of hadiths which prescribe a muslim to wear cingkrang (cropped) pants as an implementation of the prohibition on isbal.

Abstract

There is something interesting in the book written by one of the Indonesian scholars known as ‘AbdushShamadFalimbani. He is among those who teach Sufism to his students. But in the book, he brought a lot of Qur’an texts and hadiths. This research is limited to two problem formulations, including: what the contribution of ‘AbdushShamadFalimbani in the distribution of hadith through the book of nashihah al-muslimin is and how the content of the hadith in the book Nasihah al-Muslimin is. This research is included in a variety of qualitative research. The data is collected by the document study method which is related to several research variables. The primary document is the book Nasihah al-Muslimin owned by the writer,it is then supplemented by secondary documents in the form of files that can be downloaded for free on the internet. Data analysis is done by reducing the data needed to answer the problem formulations. There are several conclusions from this study, including: first, The contribution of ‘AbdushShamadFalimbani in the distribution of hadith in Indonesia through the book Nashihah al-Muslimin is enormous. Many Muslims join the call for jihad to raise the sentence of Allah through the delivery of the Qur'anic texts and many hadiths in the book. Various sources of hadith references are supported by his presence at the time of writing the book when he stayed in the Arabian Peninsula, so that references to hadith books can be found easily and are sufficient. Second, the content of the hadith in the book of Nashihah al-Muslimin which is very dense is a proof of the contribution of ‘AbdushShamad who was quite good in his day. Although, There has not yet obtained from his work that specifically discusses the narration of the hadith. But his efforts in the mention of hadiths that can be traced in the books of the hadith are an effort that should be grateful.
