Abstract

Hadith  is  one  of  the  two  sources  of  Islam,  both  are  revelation  from Allah  Almighty  can  not  be  separated,  so  that  the  scholars  since  the  time of  the  companions  of  the  Prophet  to  the  generations  after  giving  great attention  to  them,  they  collect  the  hadith  of  the  Prophet  either  in  the  form of writing  and memorization or  teach it  to later generations. Collection  of  hadiths  are  then  collected  into  books  of  hadith  with  a variety  of  shades,  such  as  Musnad  books,  jawami',  Sunan,  mukhtalif  hadith,  ajza'  ,  Mustadrak,  muâ??jam,  mustakhraj,  al-jam'u  baina  alshahihain,  al-maudlu'at,  al-ahkam,  gharib  al-hadith,  al-targhib  wa  altarhib, athraf, takhrij, zawaid and others. This  paper  discusses  the  book  of  Riyadh  al-Saliheen  which  is  one hadith  books  are  well  known  in  the  Islamic  world.  The  author  will discuss  it  into  2  parts.  First:  a  discussion  of  hadith  book  style  category  of Riyadh  al-Saliheen.  Second,  the  discussion  time  appeared  shades  hadith books of  Riyadh al-Saliheen . This  paper  discusses  some  of  the  issues  related  to  the  typology  and the  codification  of  hadith  and  scope  of  Riyadh  al-Saliheen  book.  The authors  claimed  that  the  book  of  Riyadh  al-Saliheen  is  one  of  the  books of  hadith  al-targhib  wa  al-tarhib  the  best  ,  and  the  emergence  of  this hadith  book  style  since  the  second  century  hijriyah  as  thematic  work, then the  peak  is in the sixth century to the  ninth century.

Abstract

Criticism  is  part  of  the  science  sanad  mustholah  very  important hadith,  which  includes  being  able  to  determine  whether  or  not  a  hadith shohih.  This  science  evolved  since  the  days  of  the  prophet  companions, much  more  in  the  time  of  Caliph  Uthman  ibn  Affan  after  the  libel Abdullah Ibn Saba  in the  recent  past  to  his  caliphs. Criterion  validity  isnaad  we  can  see  from  the  definition  itself shohih  the  hadith:  hadith  isnaad  concatenated  (to  the  Prophet  of Sallallahu  'alaihi  wa  sallam)  through  the  narrators  are  fair  and  dhobit  to the  end  without  any  sanad  syudzudz  (irregularities  in  matn)  and  gods (defects).

Abstract

Poverty for most people the world is something that is very avoidable, and any government of a country formed by special departments in charge of poverty alleviation, including countries that are predominantly Muslim. Many factors that cause poverty that afflicts a social order, however it is precisely at the same time there are slogans conveyed the elements of public figures who have great influence in the course of the pattern of community life, from the teachers, the muballig they narrations brought traditions of the Prophet, which explains how great virtue to be poor. such as the hadith explains that most of the population of heaven is poor, poor people were entering heaven precede the rich, so that it does not realize that these traditions is misunderstood by most of the Muslim community and membutnya lazy and unwilling to work for a high work ethic. This paper describes some of the traditions that spread in society at a glance calls on Muslims to be weak and lazy do not have a high work ethic, while there are many hadiths of the Prophet which encourages his people to be a people strong, quality as well as the benefits for creatures other.

Abstract

Tasbih prayer is prayer that has been believed by some Muslims, as recommended in Islamic prayer. it is based on the proposition that the hadith narrated by some scholars, such as imam Abu Daud, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah, but after investigation of the side chains and Matn his law Tasbih prayer hadith is weak, even some scholars categorize into maudhuâ?? hadith (hadith false), as classified by the imam Ibn al-Jawzi in his book al-Maudhuu'aat, there are also those who say that this hadith, if it is authentic then surely maqluub (other matn confused with another isnaad or matn confused with another matn), as the opinion of Ibn Khuzaimah priest. Even Sheikhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said, that no one of the Imams of the four schools that encourage it, precisely imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal stated that the hadith is weak prayer beads. Abstract

Determine specific legal for a problem must be based on the arguments or reasons that support it. In determining the law, al-Quran and al-Sunnah is often used by the scholars. But in turn, the second source of law is sometimes deemed not sufficient to determine the law on any issue, it is caused due to a variety of new problems are always popping up along with the times. The scholars are trying to find solutions to any problems that arise. Then counterposed the variety of methods that necessarily all of them can not be separated from the corridor shari'ah, such as Ijma', Qiyas, Istihsan, 'urf, Maslahah mursalah, Shar 'Man Qablana, qawl Sahabiy, Istishab and so on. In this short paper, the author will discuss about Istishab as one method of determining the law. Starting from Istishab meaning, pillars, conditions, their types, the rules that appear in it as well as its position in determining the particular law.

Abstract

Waqf is a source of significant economic Muslims. Good management of waqf can be an effective source of financing in various vital sectors such as the construction of the ummah needs education facilities, places of worship and health facilities such as hospitals, etc. In many Islamic countries waqf management policies are handled directly below a certain department. For example, in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and this paper will discuss the management of endowments in the two countries. The discussion begins with an explanation of the function and usability perspective endowments Islamic normativity later implementation in several countries and ended with the conclusion that recommends that the successful utilization of endowments depends on a good management system. The authors hope the management knows her endowments of the two countries above may contribute to the development of motivation more productive endowments for other countries. Abstract

Islam as a religion that has been perfectly set up various problems of his people. Starting from the problem of belief, worship, muamalah, morals until the issue of the relationship between rulers and ruled. Anyone who tried to examine this issue through our books written by scholars from time to time, he will find how Islam has given the concept of the best in this regard. But the lack of information that is held by some people cause they view the concept of Islam with one eye on this. In this paper I will describe the various arguments of the Qur'an and Sunnah that explains it. Key word: Politik, Ahlus Sunnah, Penguasa.

Abstract

Al-Bukhari selecting hadith from Sahih al-Bukhari hadith 600,000, among which are marwiyyat Sahifah Hammam ibn Munabbih. Scholars state that meets the requirements marwiyyat Sahifah Hammam al-Bukhari, but why only partially narrated? Al-Nawawi suggests four reasons: Due to forget, to be more concise, â??illah, and represented by another hadith. The first two reasons are subjective, while the last two reasons are empirical and impossible to prove. Hazimi believes al-Bukhari terms are hadith first level narrator, sometimes he also took second level if the hadith narrators of hadith narrators do not get the first level in the chapter. To perform the inventory marwiyyat prove Sahifah Hammam in Sahih al-Bukhari. Of the 139 marwiyyat Sahifah Hammam, 129 of them were issued in the al-Jami', 51 narrated through the Hammam and the other disciple, 78 other hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah student pathways besides Hammam. There are 10 hadiths which are not issued by al-Bukhari, Hadith 8 of them are represented by other companions, one of whom mansukh. Two other hadith that are not excluded because due to â??illah. From data analysis, al-Bukhari Hadith always put the students first at the level of Abu Hurayrah: al-A'raj, Ibn al-Musayyib, Ibn Sirin, and the other, then the traditions Hammam. Thus the conclusion al-Nawawi and al-Hazimi very accurate and fit the facts. Keywords: al-Bukhari, Hadist, Sahifah Hammam.

Abstract

One of the world problems that do not have definite solutions yet is terrorism. There were already many conferences and seminars held, but all of them were just ended with theories. In this paper, I am trying to discuss this problem from the point of view of my expertise, the Islamic creed. Theories proposed by many experts still do not meet the standards of excellent, according to my opinion, since their analyses focus on the effects of terrorism only. It is very rare to find a discussion about terrorism from the point of view of its causes that provoke this grave action. Also, many other analyses put their focuses on the solutions of terrorism in the form of movement. It is very hard to find the one that talks about the ideological solutions. According to my opinion, terrorism will not be eliminated by using weapons because they, the terrorists, are not afraid of the death. Therefore, in this paper, I am trying to discuss the ideological solutions to solve the problem of terrorism. Keyword: terrorism, causes, solutions, prevention
