Abstract

Stocks with low levels of sale can be explained because the stock price itself is too high.There are some efforts done by the company in preventing stock splitting with the aim of lowering the stock price and also having the main objective to attract investors to investors to liquidate the company's shares. Research on stock splitting (stock split) has been done several times but it gives different results. Then needs further research.Research was conducted at PT Jaya Real Property Tbk in 2010-2016 which carried out a stock split and did not carry out any other policy than stock split. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. This study uses a different test analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test to find out whether there is a significant difference in the price of shares before and after the stock split Test results of the Paired Sample T-Test before and after the stock split of stock prices prove a drastic difference.Keywords: Stock split ,Pared Sample T-Test test

Abstract

A fundamental need now is that knowledge management is actually applied in tertiary institutions, because the ability to manage existing knowledge in tertiary institutions can be the strength needed for the tertiary institution to survive and advance.Knowledge management is an effort to improve and manage knowledge to be more quality for universities. This study analyzes the extent of the application of the Knowledge Management System at the School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) Parna Raya Manado through its website www.parnaraya.ac.id using the Task-Tecnology Fit method to measure the implementation of a knowledge management system based website at STMIK Parna Raya Manado.Keywords: system, management, knowledge

Abstract

The swimming pool is one of the entertainment and vacation facilities that is favourites destination by almost people. This tourism industry is quite developed in Kediri. People who have business in this aeea are competing to improve their facilities and service quality and provide the best prices for visitors in the midst of the intense competition in the swimming pool industry in Kediri, which amounts to dozens. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, facilities and quality both partially and simultaneously on the satisfaction of visitors to the Pool Tirtayasa Kediri. This research is a causality research with a quantitative approach. Pupulation in this research are all visitors of Tirtayasa Kediri Swimming Pool, while the sample is determined by 40 visitors using random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed the price, facilities and quality of service both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Tirtayasa Swimming Pool in Kediri City.            Keywords: Price, Facilities, Service Quality, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Return On Assets, Net Profit Margins, Debt to Equity Ratio Against Paid Up Capital in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Significant test results show that, return on asset margin has a positive effect on paid profits. Variable Net Profit Margin, debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on paid up capital. Based on the results of the significant test, it has been proven that the variable return on assets. Abstract

Additional material in the concrete mixture has several objectives such as Reducing Cement Content, Hydrating Heat, Reducing Shrinkage cracks, and Increasing Compressive Strength, etc. While natural waste such as bamboo, coconut fiber, and coconut shell as substitutes for concrete mixtures with the aim of reducing waste and green concrete. This paper aims to obtain an economic model for utilizing waste materials and reducing the amount of cement so that the concrete meets the elements of waste reduction and green. The methodology for making concrete mixture test specimens is the design of concrete mixtures modified with concrete mixtures with bio-enzymes and coarse aggregate substitution with natural bamboo waste, coconut fiber, and coconut shell at 15% volume of coarse aggregate. Test for 15x15x15 cm3 concrete cube at 28 days with a plan to reduce cement usage. The optimal percentage of cement reduction in the standard, bamboo, coconut fiber, and coconut shell design mixes was 30%, 24%, 18%, and 15% respectively. While the value of the cost savings for 1 m3 of normal / bio-enzyme concrete mixture is IDR 79,409, while for substitution of blends with natural ingredients is IDR 53,527; IDR 27,645; and IDR 14,704. The conclusion obtained is that economically using bio-enzymes in standard concrete mixes has a high value, while substitution with natural ingredients is intended to increase permeability and porosity.Keywords: Cost Saving of Concrete, Economic Value, Coconut Shell and Fiber, Bamboo, Bio-enzym.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period through the analysis of profitability, solvency, liquidity and activity ratios. The research data used are secondary data, where data is obtained indirectly from third parties or through documents. The data source of this research was obtained from the internet through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id in the form of annual reports of property sector companies in the 2014-2017 period. The formulation of the problems in this study are (1) How was the financial performance of PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period in terms of profitability, solvency, liquidity, activity ratios? In this study, researchers used financial research variables, namely, the ratio of profitability, solvency, liquidity, activity. Furthermore, this study uses descriptive analysis techniques using financial ratio analysis, meaning that the data obtained in the field are processedin such a way as to provide systematic, factual and accurate data regarding the problem under study.Keywords: financial performance

Abstract

Data from the Ambon City Statistic Agency in 2017 states that as much as 92.37 percent of Ambon City residents live in urban areas. The East Kabar Daily Newspaper in 2019 said every Ambonese citizen must have a handphone. There is an exception, that the use of Facebook is not yet familiar to use for e-commerce, because it still prioritizes direct face-to-face buying with sellers or through classified advertisements in newspapers, and this results in the future level of Ambonese acceptance becoming low towards ecommerce through Facebook, and online marketers have lost the opportunity to transact, so Ambonese people can be left behind compared to other areas in ecommerce through Facebook. The path analysis results concluded that Ease of Use (PEOU) had a significant direct effect on Perceived Usefulness PEOU had a significant indirect effect on Attitude Toward Using (ATU), PEOU PU indirectly had a significant effect on ATU, ATU directly gives a significant on Behavioral Intention Use (BIU), and BIU directly has a significant on Actual System Usage (ASU). With the achievement score analysis of Facebook features, it produces that Facebook features can be further by adding other facilities to attract respondents' attention so they are to open Facebook at least 1 hour per day for e-commerce activities.Keywords: facebook, e-commerce, analysis, pathway, achievement, score
