Abstract

Abstract, The main objective in this study is to examine and analyze (1) the effect of quality and price on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (2) the effect of quality on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (3) the effect of prices on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (4) To see which variable has greater influence on people's buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. The targets in this study include (1) To be able to see how much influence the two variables in this study are quality and price in influencing public buying interest in Citra Graha City housing. (2) Being a reference material for consumers to be able to determine the purchasing policy after knowing about the quality and price set by the City of Citra Graha. (3) From the results of this study, it can be used as a reference as a policy making in product pricing strategies. (4) Making the results of this research as textbook reference material, especially in the field of marketing management. This research was conducted with a quantitative method and using the analysis method with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. To facilitate the justification, a 5-point Likert scale is used. Likert scale is a scale used in questionnaires to facilitate respondents in answering questions, then respondents answer questions in accordance with the code in the questionnaire. Before testing with regression analysis, the research data were tested with a classic assumption test consisting of: normality test, heterokedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Then for simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F test, and for partial hypothesis testing using the t test. Meanwhile, to determine the most dominant variable affecting the level of employee job satisfaction using the standardized coefficient beta. Based on the results of the study it can be found that the variable of quality and price is very significant in influencing the buying interest of consumers or prospective consumers to be able to purchase housing units in the City of Citra Graha, this can be proven with a probability level of more than 0.05 or less than 5%. In addition to the level of probability can also be proven by table 5.8 it turns out that F count is greater (33,108) than F table (2.3092), so the decision is to reject H0 and accept Ha, which means the variables X1, X2 together affect the consumer's buying interest will the purchase of housing units in the City of Citra Graha. Job Characteristics Variable has a significant and positive effect on the level of employee job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.473 or 47.3%. This means that if the characteristics of this work are considered it will increase employee job satisfaction by 47.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada kantor kelurahan Rantau Kiwa Kecamatan Tapin Utara Kabupaten Tapin yang selama ini dan membahas bagaimana penerapan fungsi manajemen yang seharusnya. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada Kelurahan Rantau Kiwa Kecamatan Tapin Utara Kabupaten Tapin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang dilakukan di kantor kelurahan Rantau Kiwa masih ada yang dilaksanakan tumpang tindih, banyak pelayanan yang diharapkan masyarakat dalam penyelesaiannya terlambat dan cenderung lama, karena masing-masing pegawai saling menunggu siapa yang menyelesaikan pekerjaan, belum adanya evaluasi sehingga tidak dapat diukur dengan jelas sejauh mana kinerja masing-masing dalam bekerja memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Rajawali Citra Mandiri is a moving company in the furniture field located at Jl. Ciremai Raya Blok D12 Perumnas, Cirebon - West Java. CV. Rajawali Citra Mandiri is currently facing problems in processing data on credit sales and inventory, because it still uses transaction recording manually so that in terms of security and accuracy is less guaranteed. This study aims to facilitate the management of CV. Rajawali Citra Mandiri in processing data on credit sales and inventory. Making this application using PHP and MySQL. The research process is carried out by searching for data by observation and interviews. The stage of making this application is the analysis of the weaknesses of the old system, data search, design, manufacture, testing, and implementation of credit sales information systems with PHP and MySQL. The final results of the application that have been made in the form of goods reports and credit sales reports, which contain credit sales transaction data and overall expenditure. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with case studies, the steps taken are observation and interviews. To input the required data, an analysis and design of the system is then performed using the Flowchart, Context Diagram, DFD, and ERD tools. The programming language is PHP Hypertext Preprocessor while the database uses localhost. The results of this study are an accounting information system for cash receipts for credit sales consisting of functions to handle procedures such as credit sales procedures, installment payment procedures, procedures for making reports on the realization of credit sales, procedures for receiving cash from installment payments, and recording procedures accounting. Abstract

Education is an effort to develop students' potential in order to realize an atmosphere of learning and teaching and learning process to be active. Therefore, students can have spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by the current environment. Education that utilizes local strengths in all aspects for the development of student competencies is a concept of education based on local wisdom. This research belongs to qualitative research. The population in this study was SDIT Anak Sholeh Mandiri, SDIT Al Firdaus, and SDIT Permata Jannati. Based on the results of research on strengthening the character of students with value-based local wisdom, it was found that to fortify the negative flow of information media through learning are: (1) The need for the application of local wisdom in an integrated Islamic elementary school environment, (2) Strengthening the character of students with local wisdom values is one of the efforts to prevent and overcome the negative flow of information media, (3) Students need to get learning about local wisdom in order to protect themselves from the negative flow of foreign culture.

Abstract

Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a very vital role in the growth, development and sustainability of the Indonesian economy, especially in terms of providing large employment opportunities. MSMEs are considered capable of preventing Indonesia from economic storms, able to be a deterrent when there are economic shocks and able to absorb a large number of workers. Tax is an important fiscal instrument for the Indonesian government as a source of state revenue. Therefore, the role and participation of all MSMEs entrepreneurs in Indonesia in paying taxes are indispensable for the development of the Indonesian economy. The objectives of this study are (1) to explain the level of understanding of MSMEs in the City of Banjarbaru to the tax regulations, (2) to explain the low level of tax payment compliance and the reasons for the low level of compliance of MSME taxpayers in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan, (3) to analyze the effectiveness of government policies concerning Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018, (4) to analyze the roles that have been carried out by the Government in increasing the compliance of MSMEs in paying taxes in the City of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs in the City of Banjarbaru are quite good in understanding taxation regulations, especially related to the Law Number 23 Year 2018. The potential for MSMEs obedience in the City of Banjar Baru, South Kalimantan in paying taxes is still low. The implementation of government regulation No. 23 of 2018 in Banjarbaru City has not been effective because there has not been a significant increase in MSMEs taxpayers. The efforts made by the government in increasing taxpayer compliance are providing good service to the taxpayers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard as a Measuring Tool Performance at PT. Noor Thoibah Banjarbaru Yudi Rahman The purpose of this study is to provide input in terms of measuring the correct and relevant Balanced Scorecard based on the theory and standards of financial accounting which are a form of business accountability and company management performance. In this study the method used is the Balanced Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard measures the company's performance from: 1. Growth and Learning Perspective, 2. Internal business process perspective, 3. Customer perspective, and 4. Financial perspective. The author analyzes PT Noor Thoibah Banjarbaru using data from 2017-2018 to analyze financial perspectives, while for other perspectives the writer analyzes through questionnaire calculations distributed to PT Noor Thoibah Banjarbaru staff and customers. From the results of the analysis conducted by the author, it is known that the performance of PT Noor Thoibah Banjarbaru as a whole is quite good. And of course with the use of the Balanced Scorecard Method will get accurate performance measurement results so it is very important for the management of PT. Noor Thoibah Banjarbaru both in the process of planning, decision making, and controlling, as well as in realizing the company's overall vision and mission.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akuntansi piutang usaha terhadap laporan keuangan CV. Linggar Perdana Banjarmasin selama ini dan yang seharusnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan yang memecahkan masalahnya dengan menggunakan data dan bahan empiris. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi piutang usaha yang diterapkan CV. Linggar Perdana Banjarmasin tidak mengacu pada SAK yang mengharuskan penyajian piutang sebesar jumlah bruto dikurangi taksiran jumlah yang tidak dapat diterima. Akibatnya, laporan yang disusun perusahaan tidak mencerminkan keadaan keuangan dan hasil usaha seharusnya. CV. Linggar Perdana Banjarmasin seharusnya menggunakan metode cadangan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan perusahaan yang sesuai dengan SAK untuk memprediksi besarnya jumlah piutang yang tak tertagih yang akan diakui sebagai kerugian piutang perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis laporan keuangan yang selama ini dan yang seharusnya sebagai alat untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan pada PT. Dzaky Indah Perkasa Cabang Sungai Tabuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi ataupun situasi yang menjadi objek penelitian. Dengan teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio pertumbuhan. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Dzaky Indah Perkasa Cabang Sungai Tabuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Dzaky Indah Perkasa Cabang Sungai Tabuk selama ini dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan suatu usaha hanya secara sederhana yaitu mengacu kepada laporan keuangan yang telah disajikan pada setiap periodenya dan yang seharusnya setelah dilakukan analisis laporan keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan diketahui tingkat kinerja yang baik dihasilkan dari likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas, sedangkan tingkat kinerja yang kurang baik dihasilkan dari aktivitas dan pertumbuhan.

Muhammad iqbal, Jurusan Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin, 2020, Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian GoFood Festival Duta Mall Banjarmasin Pembimbing 1 : Abdul kadir, Pembimbing 2 : Firda Nosita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan dan Promosi simultan maupun parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian GoFood Festival. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional. Tujuan penelitian korelasional adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan prediktif dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi atau teknik statistik, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Dan teknik analisis data dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kualitas pelayanan dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Merchant GoFood Festival Duta Mall Banjarmasin. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi juga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Merchant GoFood Festival Duta Mall Banjarmasin. Sedangkan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian adalah Kualitas Pelayanan.

Abstract

Formulation problem in this research are How leadership style and job to reach employee performance on Dinas Tenaga Kerja office in Banjarmasin city in this time. Aim are to knows leadership style and job to rearch employee performance on Dinas Tenaga Kerja office in Banjarmasin city in this time. Variance of data analysis are using descriptive quntitatif and qualitatif. Source of data are primer data and secunder data.Tekhnic data analysis is using discriptive quantitatif, so that easy to understood was using numeral.Technic unite data are using interview, observation and dokumentation. The population are 36 peoples based on ages, sex, marriage and education level. Performance indicators to consist of quality, quantity, presence and cooperation.
