Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Efficiency (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) as a projection of the Financial Performance of Rural Banks for the period January 2014 to December 2016, Data used in this study were obtained from the quarterly Financial Report of PT. BPR Nusamba Ngunut Publication period January 2014 to December 2016 issued by Indonesian Bank. The results showed that the CAR variable had no effect on profitability with a significance level of 0.479> 0.05, and the LDR had no effect on profitability with a significance level of 0.935> 0.05, while BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA. The three significant variables, the BOPO variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA with a coefficient of 0.003. BPRs (issuers) are expected to pay more attention to efficiency levels to increase ROA on their financial performance.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research using two independent variable that is influence of work ethics and discipline, using one dependent variable that is employee performance. The object of research is all employees in PT Tugu Raya. Test t obtained t arithmet variable work ethos first hypothesis which states there is influence work ethos work on employee performance accepted, while variable of discipline second hypothesis which states there is influence of discipline to employee performance accepted. From the research of regression shows that work ethic has regression coefficient of 0.663 and discipline has regression coefficient of 0.206. So every increase in work ethic will add employee performance of 0.663 and discipline of 0.206. From these results the work ethic and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination shows the value of R square is equal to 0.796 or equal to 79.6%, it shows that employee performance in PT Tugu Raya Kediri influenced by work ethic and work discipline of 79.6%, and the remaining 21.4% influenced by factors - internal and external factors not addressed in this study as well as motivation, wage benefits, incentives, safety etc.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1. Financial Performance of KPRI SEJAHTERA Cooperative Based on Liquidity Ratio in review of (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio); 2. Financial Performance of KPRI SEJAHTERA Cooperative Based on Solvency Ratio in review of (Total Asset to Debt Ratio and Net Worth to Debt Ratio); 3. KPRI SEJAHTERA Cooperative Financial Performance Based on Rentability Ratio in review of (Own Capital Rentability and Return On Assets (ROA)) 4. Level of Health Assessment KPRI SEJAHTERA Blitar District Agriculture Office 2014-2016. The results of this study provide the following conclusions: 1) Current ratio of 2014-2016 the average of 1,887.97%, the criteria is not good. 2) The quick ratio of 2014- 2016 the average is 1,887,97%, the criteria is not good. 3) Cash ratio of 2014 - 2016 the average is 47.41%, the criteria is not good. 4) Net worth to debt ratio in 2014 - 2016 average is 1,809,23%, good criteria. 5) The total asset to debt ratio of 2014 - 2016 the average is 1,909.23%, the criteria is good. 6) Rentability of own capital in 2014 - 2016 the average is 5.79%, the criteria is less good. 7) ROA of 2014-2016 the average is 5.65%, the criteria is less good. 8) Health Level Assessment KPRI SEJAHTERA year 2014 - 2016 otherwise Not Healthy.

Abstract

The influence of advertisement, price and uniqueness of brand association is among several factors that influence sales turnover and it is very important to know how much influence to sales turnover of dove soap in PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna. By knowing the relationship, the company can estimate the consumer's response to advertisement, price and uniqueness of the brand association that has been given so that it can make a plan and improve the sales turnover in the future. Sampling technique using accindental sampling technique and samples taken are community of kediri shopping at official store of PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna Kediri. Data obtained through questionnaires and interviews, the results obtained show that advertising variables affect the most significant among the price variables and uniqueness of the brand association of sales turnover with a significant value of 0.00. The results of the research analysis simultaneously known the influence of the three variables studied by 51.9% of sales turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health condition of PT. BPR Bintang Tulungagung by using CAMEL method (Capital, Assets Quality, Management, Earnings, Liquidity) during the period 2012-2016. The subject of this research is PT. BPR Bintang Tulungagung . While the object in this study is the financial reports of PT. BPR Bintang Tulungagung within period 2012-2016. Data analysis method used is CAMEL method. The results showed that the health level of PT. BPR Bintang Tulungagung within the period 2012-2016 all received a healthy predicate because the value of CAMEL credit obtained is above 81 (healthy minimum limit) in 2012 of 96,67, the year 2013 is 96,92, the year 2014 of 96,92, the year 2015 at 95,50 and in 2016 at 97,08.
