Abstract

The Indonesian government holds Land Registration for the Indonesian people in accordance with the provisions in Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. One of the Indonesian Government's programs regarding land registration is carrying out a Complete Systematic Land Registration program in 2017 to ensure legal certainty and legal protection for the Indonesian people. This study aims to determine the implementation of accelerated land registration in 2019 in Grabangan Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This type of research uses social legal research by examining laws and other regulations with a qualitative approach accompanied by interviews and questionnaires to obtain data. The results of this study explain that the complete systematic land registration activities for the Indonesian people that have been carried out by the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office are in accordance with the provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian / Spatial Planning for the Head of the National Land Agency Number 12 of 2017, however, in Grabangan Village there are obstacles, for example: lack of Human Resources, lack of awareness of the community and the main number of fields that float around makes implementation in the village a problem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Perbup Number 100 of 2018 concerning policies and strategies for Sidoarjo Regency in managing household waste and similar household waste is in line with Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2017 concerning national policies and strategies for managing household waste and other types of household waste in Indonesia. Sidoarjo Regency and to assess the technical suitability of waste processing in Sidoarjo Regency with Perbup Number 100 of 2018 Sidoarjo Regency policies and strategies in managing household waste and waste similar to household waste. This research was conducted at the Berkah Abadi Waste Bank and Telulikur Garbage Bank. The type of this research is socio-legal with a statute approach. The results of this study state that Perbup Number 100 of 2018 concerning policies and strategies for Sidoarjo Regency in managing household waste and waste similar to household waste is in line with Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2017 concerning national policies and strategies for managing household waste and other types of household waste in Indonesia. Sidoarjo Regency and technical waste processing in both waste banks are in accordance with Perbup Number 100 of 2018 Sidoarjo Regency policies and strategies in managing household waste and waste similar to household waste. Abstract

CSDW is one restaurant that sells various kinds of fish dishes. As the development of the mobile application finally impacts on various areas of our lives. One of them is the trade sector. Considering that many customers are lazy to go out and buy food, researchers take the initiative to build online ordering applications at CSDW restaurants online with smartphones to make it easier for customers. The aim of this study is to produce an Android-based sales application for ordering food and transactions that can be done anywhere without having to come and queue, accompanied by images to be easily understood.Data collection techniques used are by observing and studying literature. Researchers hope to be able to help customers to be able to facilitate food and transactions easily without having to queue and come to the place.The results of the study are that it makes it easier for customers to buy food quickly and efficiently without having to wait in line or come to the CSDW restaurant.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the academic stresses of psychology study program students who are programming thesis courses, faculty of psychology and education at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach which aims to determine the intensity of academic stress on psychology students who are programming thesis courses. The research subjects were 123 out of 200 students who processed thesis courses in 2017-2018. The sample was taken using simple random sampling. The data were collected using the academic stress scale compiled by the researcher. The results of this study illustrate that the results of the intensity of student academic stress are dominated in the moderate to quite high category, namely 67%. The results of this study also illustrate that the aspects of academic stress in psychology study program students are more dominant in the physical and emotional aspects. On the physical aspect, you get 34%, on the emotional aspect you get 29% on the intellectual aspect you get 21% and on the intrapersonal aspect you get 16%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax avoidance, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value with company transparency as a moderating variable. Tax Avoidance is measured by CASH ETR, Leverage is measured by DER, Managerial ownership is obtained from annual reports on mining companies that are listed on the IDX. This research was conducted on mining companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, using MRA data analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Tax Avoidance has an effect on Firm Value, (2) Laverage has an effect on Firm Value, (3) Managerial Ownership has an effect on Firm Value, (4) Transparency is able to moderate the effect of Tax Avoidance on Firm Value, (5) Transparency is able to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value, (6) transparency is able to moderate the effect of managerial ownership on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build an information system for Land Certification in the Land Office of Sidoarjo Regency. This information system is a form of development in facilitating prospective applicants for making land easier and faster. To support the performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office staff and make it easier for users to make land certificates. In this study, the method used was SDLC according to Ian Sommerville (2011). The cycle of stages contains requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance so that the implementation can be maximized. The results of this study have built a Land Certification-based information system which greatly facilitates the performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office staff. The conclusion from the research and discussion is that the Land Certification information system is running well and smoothly. With the existence of a land information system, it is hoped that it can help the work of BPN office officers, so that the efficiency and effectiveness of service performance can be improved as well as accelerating officer services for land-making transactions in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Service at the Public Service Mall, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique using the population is calculated using the Slovin formula. Research sample of 100 respondents consisting of service users. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. In this study, using 9 elements of community satisfaction survey indicators and data analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of service user satisfaction showed good performance. The achievement value this time is 3.39 with the achievement of all elements of service quality. There are two elements that are still below the average, namely requirements with an element value of 3.27, and facilities and infrastructure with an element value of 3.26. Services that get less value are a top priority consideration to improve service quality.

Abstract

The development of capital market activities can not be separated from the role of investors as investors and disclosure of information as consideration of investor decision making.This research aims to find out how the capital market reacts before Bank Indonesia's decision on interest rates.And to find out how the capital market reacted after Bank Indonesia's decision on interest rates.This research uses quantitative research that is event study. Data collection of financial statements at the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.The population in this study includes LQ45 companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with sampling techniques namely total sampling.Data analysis using T-test. The results of this study prove that there is a difference in the average abnormal return before and after Bank Indonesia's decision on interest rates as evidenced by the value of Sig.(2-tailed) is 0.000 less than 0.005 and there is a difference in average trading volume activity before and after Bank Indonesia's decision on interest rates as evidenced by the value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 less than 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner on Intellectual Capital Disclousure partially and simultaneously to determine a model that can be used to measure Intellectual Capital Disclousure in companies by using panel data regression in Registered Banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study applies quantitative method and the object of this research is done by population and sample randomly (purposive sampling), which are 11 consumer goods companies that were Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018. The technique of collecting data used annual financial statements from the period 2014 - 2018 and analysis used panel data regression method with common model approach using Eviews 9 program.The results of this study showed that simultaneously and partially variables Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner have a significant effect on Intellectual Capital Disclousure
