This study aims to know the effectiveness of the official website at Bank Mandiri Syariah as a disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. This type of research is qualitative. The data source of this study was data from CSR reports from the official website of Syariah Mandiri Bankin June 2020. Researchers used documentation data collection techniques. Data were analyzed using Moleong theory (2016). The results of this study include, on its official website, Bank Mandiri Syariah has sought to address all issues related to CSR. The existence of a special CSR menu on the main page of the page shows that Bank Mandiri Syariah pays attention to the importance of CSR information to the public (high hierarchy). The location of CSR information carried out by Bank Mandiri Syariah is widely located or the position of information is conveyed on the website compared to media outside the website. The use of expositive information sources in the form of text, images, photographs and graphics alone shows that this page is still one-way (unidirectional), and the Bank Mandiri Syariah Website does not provide adequate feedback as a medium of interaction and dialogue with different publics.

In general, the use of IoT (Internet of Things) is still not felt, one of which is the use of IoT which can be used as a file server or storage media. Therefore, we need a storage media that is cheap, simple, efficient, does not require a large space and requires relatively fast time in designing and configuring storage media. To overcome the above problems how to build, design, create, process and utilize unused goods around so that they can become useful goods and don’t require excessive costs so as to create a service that can be used and developed in a sustainable manner. After receiving information that there is a computer that is cheap, simple, and without taking up a lot of space called the Raspberry Pi. From the background of the problem above, using the Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) architecture based on System on Chip (SoC), using Linux Open Media Vault.

Sidoarjo is one of the regencies that is developing in a forward direction. This is known by the increase in the tourism sector and Small and Medium Enterprises. One of them is Sidoarjo leather handicraft. UD Qory Jaya is a business actor in the leather retail industry. Orders that continue to increase make the turnover of goods uneven resulting in a buildup of stock in stores. Due to these problems the compilers took the initiative to deliver messages by carrying out a method of processing data using the Apriori algorithm. This method is used to maximize the sales potential of a combination system of goods so that the target item for sale is appropriate. From the results of research conducted by testing a minimum support of 15% and a minimum of 20% confidence, the association rules are produced if you buy a slingbag then buy men's leather shoes and vice versa. And from the test results with a minimum support of 70% and a minimum confidence of 70% an association rule is not generated because the existing data does not exceed the minimum value of support and minimum confidence. With the implementation of this method, researchers hope to have a better impact for developing future marketing strategies based on previously researched data.

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the service package c death certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sidoarjo Regency. This study used a qualitative type method approach which took place in the Sidoarjo District Civil Service Office as the location of the research. This research is presented with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling, and data analysis was carried out by data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study use the theory of public service quality which can be seen from the unfulfilled resources of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Civil Service and Civil Service, based on a review of several dimensions such as Tangible, which shows a lack of employees in the issuance of death certificates and insufficient sarpras, Reliability. (Reliability) there are SOPs stated in the Perbup), Responsiviness (Response) becomes less than optimal because the number of employees in the publishing division is only 2 (two) people and the applicant is 40 people each day, the Sidoarjo Dispendukcapil Assurance issues death certificates, KK , KTP, and Emphaty (Empathy) can be seen from the services that have met the service standards of the OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization), but it is necessary to add additional employees in the publishing department so that the service can be maximized.

This study aims to determine Lifestyle, Destination Image and Ewom on Decisions Against the Decision to Visit Instagram Explore Indonesian Users.This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The samples used in this study were 80 visitors on the Explore Indonesia Instagram account. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability.The results of the analysis prove that knowing Lifestyle, Destination Image and Ewom on Decisions on Visiting Decisions. Lifestyle influences visiting decisions, destination image affects visiting decisions, Ewom also affects visiting decisions.

The very rapid development of the automotive world nowadays has made it a daily necessity for the community, in everyday human life it cannot be far from the name automotive, both in terms of transportation, and all kinds of supporting household needs. This can be seen from the number of motorbikes operating more when compared to other types of land transportation vehicles such as: cars. As we know, all transportation vehicles today still use non-renewable fuels. In line with the growing demand for fuel in the transportation, industrial and household sectors. Then this will result in unfavorable impacts on the environment, namely the residual exhaust gases from combustion. The remaining exhaust gases cause air pollution which can pollute the environment and can even destroy ozone which is very useful for living things on earth. In this study we use a reference concept which is then used as a concept, how is the effect of variations in the addition of ethanol fuel to exhaust gas emissions of Yamaha 125cc motorcycles by using variations in the percentage of ethanol 10%, 20%, 30% and variations in engine speed during testing, at 4600rpm, 5700rpm, and 6200rpm. It was found that the best torque and power were produced at a percentage of 10% ethanol at 6200 rpm indicating a power of 6.4 Hp and a torque of 10.6 Nm, and the best results on 30% preentae ethanol at 4600rpm showed 0.01% CO gas, 37 ppm HC gas, 1.8% CO2 gas and 18.06% O2 gas.

To analyze the comparison of calculations with the Activity Based Costing Method. This research is designed as a descriptive analytical study, quantitative analysis, which is used in calculating the traditional method and the Activity Based Costing method, while qualitative analysis is used in analyzing the results of the two variables of the traditional method and the Activity Based Costing Method. detailed data in the form of production data during the current period. Based on the results of the analysis, both the Activity Based Costing Method resulted in lower costs. Therefore, the Activity Based Costing Method can be used as an alternative for companies in calculating the cost of goods manufactured which is good because this method is a method that calculates the real and detailed production costs.

This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

The Influence of Accounting Students' Tax Understanding on Npwp Ownership Awareness Through Legal Compliance Mediation Kristia Armiyanti; Nurasik

This study aims to determine prove and analyze the influence of understanding of accounting and legal observance of NPWP ownership. This study uses the Accounting Study Program Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo as its population. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. This research uses a quantitative approach and research data are tested using Partial Least Square (PLS) data processing. From the calculation results it is concluded that the understanding of taxation of accounting students has an influence on the awareness of NPWP ownership. Understanding of accounting students taxation has an influence on the legal compliance of accounting students. The legal compliance of accounting students has an influence on awareness of NPWP ownership. Understanding of accounting student taxation influences awareness of NPWP ownership
