Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether the principles of sharia are applied and the financing of gold in the Sharia Pawnshop Mertoyudan Branch Office, whether it is in accordance with sharia principles in accordance with the established rules. This study uses qualitative methods using primary data, namely through direct interviews with the parties concerned and observation. In addition to primary data as well as secondary data taken through books, journals, internet, and previous research, the data obtained are not numbers but information related to this research. The result of this research is that the gold rahn financing in sharia pawnshops uses a combination of two contracts, namely the rahn contract and the ijarah contract. The ijarah rates set are based on the size of the loan. The legal basis used is based on Al-Qura'an Surat Al-Baqarah ([2]: 283), Bukhari Muslim's Hadith, and the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No.25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002. The auction system implemented in the Sharia Pawnshop Mertoyudan Branch Office is in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No.25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 regarding rahn, but the status of gold rahn collateral is still questionable whether it is in accordance with sharia principles or not yet because the Mertoyudan Branch Office Sharia Pawnshop doesn't pay attention to the status of the collateral. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyerapan anggaran pada satuan kerja pemerintah daerah (SKPD) di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskritif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rata-rata tingkat efektifitas serapan anggaran Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Magelang tahun 2019 sebesar 73,75% yang memiliki kriteria kurang efektifitas, sedangkan tingkat efisiensi anggaran belanja tidak langsung Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Magelang sudah sangat bagus, dilihat dari tingkat efisiensi sebesar 27,73% maka dikatakan sangat efisien.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a sector that supports the lives of most Indonesians. Therefore, the agricultural sector in Indonesia needs to continue to be developed in line with population growth and technological advancements to increase agricultural production. The production of agricultural products plays an important role in development, especially to meet domestic food consumption and also increase export income in Indonesia. Also, the agricultural sector is strategic in the structure of national economic development. Therefore, this research discusses the analysis of typology class and LQ analysis which is used as a reference in the development of the agricultural sector in East Java so that it can play a maximum role in increasing the GRDP of East Java in particular and the National GDP in general

Abstract

Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi menciptakan persaingan yang ketat di industri minuman. Banyak produsen dalam negeri bersaing berebut pasar menawarkan beraneka kategori produk, merek, kemasan serta strategi pasar yang menarik. Salah satunya, PT. Sumber Kopi Prima, sebuah perusahaan produksi kopi dalam negeri yang memproduksi Kopi Dalam Kemasan. Gaya hidup kaum urban saat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Perubahan pun mulai dirasakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Hal-hal yang dulu tidak menjadi kebutuhan primer, berubah menjadi bagian dari keseharian yang tidak dapat mereka tinggalkan, seperti halnya ritual “ngopi”. Tahun 2019, PT. Sumber Kopi Prima dengan brand Caffino muncul membawa varian rasa kopi berkualitas untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Dengan menyasar kaum muda dan kaum profesional yang jumlahnya terbilang banyak dan masih menyukai minuman manis sehingga, strategi komunikasi pemasaran disesuaikan menggunakan gaya yang disukai orang muda. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai iklan Coffino di media televisi, mengetahui kesadaran merek oleh konsumen terhadap Coffino, pengaruh iklan terhadap kesadaran Kopi Caffino. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey terhadap penikmat kopi Gen-Z Kota Pangkalpinang, data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik melalui regresi sederhana. Persamaan regresi sederhana Y=5,654+0,314, dimana nilai r=0,438, berarti terdapat hubungan linier positif, sedangkan dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,223 lebih besar dari dari ttabel artinya H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima dan KD sebesar 19,2% dan 80,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Ini membuktikan bahwa penikmat kopi Gen-Z berhasil terjebak dalam perangkap strategi komunikasi iklan Caffino yang mengalahkan merek pionir bahkan merek lokal sekalipun.

Abstract

Sektor perikanan masih menjadi sektor penunjang dalam perekonomian daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sub sektor perikanan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dilihat dari produksi, jumlah nelayan, dan nilai investasi. Data yang digunakan adalah panel tahunan dari tahun 2011 sampai 2018 sebanyak 7 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa produksi perikanan dan tenaga kerja (nelayan) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di sektor perikanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan investasi perikanan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui estimasi nilai ekonomi tambang timah di PT Timah Tbk Tahun 2014-2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data harga timah,, jumlah produksi timah dan modal kerja bersih di PT Timah Tbk Indonesia yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan dan laporan organisasi PT Timah Tbk Indonesia yang terletak di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif yaitu estimasi nilai ekonomi tambang timah diestimasi dengan mengalihkan jumlah produksi timah dengan harga pasar kemudian dikurangi dengan total biaya (input cost). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keuntungan yang diperoleh PT. Timah dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun mengalami fluktuasi yang cenderung meningkat. Keuntungan terbesar pada tahun 2018 yaitu sebesar Rp. 6.912.041 ribu rupiah. Kentungan trendah pada tahun 2015 yaitu sebesar Rp. 3.679.709 ribu rupiah. Diestimasi total keuntungan selama lima tahun yaitu sebesar Rp. 23.461.106 ribu rupiah dan keuntungan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 4.692.221 /tahun.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan tolak ukur standar hidup seseorang, karena ketika seseorang dalam kondisi sehat, maka seseorang tersebut akan meningkatkan produktivitasnya yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh pada perekonomian, sebaliknya ketika seseorang dalam kondisi sakit maka akan menurunkan tingkat produktivitasnya. Permintaan akan pelayanan kesehatan sebagai salah satu cara untuk menggapai status kesehatan yang lebih tinggi karena adanya keinginan dapat merasakan hidup sebaik mungkin dibanding jika mengalami gangguan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor pendapatan pasien, biaya kunjungan, pendidikan pasien, dan jarak tempuh memiliki pengaruh terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Kabupaten Bangka. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan responden sejumlah 100 pasien. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor biaya kunjungan, pendidikan pasien dan jarak tempuh memiliki pengaruh terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Depati Bahrin Kabupaten Bangka.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the contribution and effectiveness as well as influence of the result of thesegregated asset management as local own-source revenue. The method used was descriptive statistics with ratioanalysis and simple linear regression analysis. The data used were secondary in the form of the regional incomereport of East Belitung Regency from 2015-2019. The result showed that the average contribution of the segregatedregional asset management is 3.34 persen that classified as very low. The average effectiveness ratio is 100.08persen which is classified as very effective. The simple linear regression test result showed that the contribution ofthe segregated regional asset management has a positive and significant effect on the local own-source revenue ofthe East Belitung Regency.

Abstract

Ministry of Industry assesses that the processing industry is still consistently contributing the most tothe achievement of export value national. There are manufacturing industry sectors that have achieved lowscores on the contribution of export value. Namely the apparel industry, wood industry, and industrialfurniture. There are obstacles and problems for the three industries to increase export value. The problem isthe low competitiveness of the three industries in exporting. This study aims to analyze and see thecondition of the competitiveness of the Small and Medium Creative Industry in the KI Jakarta basedon exports from the supply-side analysis. This research is qualitative research using interview and surveymethods. The samples of this research were Furniture / Furniture IKM, Batik IKM, and Handicraft IKMwhich succeeded in contributing the export contribution value to IKM. The results of this study indicate thatthe conditions of the three creative SMIs in Jakarta have different capabilities and strategies in contributing toexport value. Based on the results of the SWOT and SPACE matrix analysis, a special strategy is needed toincrease competitiveness. Among them, the right strategies are Furniture IKM and Handicraft IKM located inthe quadrant size “aggressive” which indicates that the Furniture IKM in DKI Jakarta is in a very goodposition in using its internal strength. Therefore, the strategies suitable for use by IKM Furniture in DKI Jakartainclude market penetration strategy, market development, product development, backward integration, forwardintegration, horizontal integration, or diversification. Meanwhile, IKM Batik is in the quadrant position“Conservative” which indicates that IKM Batik is in a low or weak competitive position and must improve thecompany's strategic position to have strong competitiveness.

Abstract

Indonesia experienced a recession in the third quarter of 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This economic crisis is expected to last for quite a long time. Previous studies have shown that the prolonged economic crisis has a significant effect on the decline in human quality. The government must be able to control this by continuing to stabilize human development even though the pandemic is ongoing. One way is to continue providing basic services for the community. Basic services can easily be managed by the central government through the village government which is regulated by law. This research shows that there is a significant positive relationship between human development and rural areas. Another fact obtained is that there are 14 provinces categorized as regions with vicious development where their human and rural development are below the national figure. Papua and West Papua are provinces with the deepest development gap compared to other provinces.
