Abstract

Business competition in the era of increasingly fierce globalization and along with increasingly rapid technological advances, requires companies to immediately adapt to environmental changes that occur in the business environment. Whether or not a company succeeds in competition depends on how the company can adapt in the face of change and produce a performance that matches customer expectations. There are many ways that companies can create competitive advantage, but basically the main key to competitive advantage lies in the quality of human resources. As a Private Company engaged in export import licensing, Spi, Iron, Steel, Forestry and others face tight competition against similar companies. The current condition of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS) is felt to be not optimal, this can be seen from the performance achievements of the company PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS) still needs improvement. Based on the above phenomenon, the author tries to research the Impact of Discipline in Mediating the Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance (Case Study: PT. Tata Indah Sarana). The research was conducted at PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), with a research population of 35 employees, due to population constraints, the sample taken was saturated as 32 respondents, because leaders and researchers were not used as responses to data collection using questionnaire method techniques, and direct observation. And for data analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, for data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the H1 study: Transformational leadership has a partial effect on the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H2: Organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H3: Transformational leadership has a partial effect on the work discipline of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H4: Organizational culture has a partial effect on the work discipline of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H5: Discipline affects the performance of PT. Tata Indah Sarana (TIS), H6: Discipline mediates transformational leadership towards the performance of PT. Abstract

Teachers are the most important factor in education in general because for students teachers are often used as role models, even self-identity figures. Therefore, a teacher is required to perform his competence professionally accompanied by having a high work ethic and good performance supported by a harmonious work environment, this will affect the quality of education. Collaboration between teachers and students can "live" if the teacher is professional. Teachers must have performance that can provide and realize the hopes and desires of all parties, especially the general public who have trusted schools and teachers to nurture students. Based on the above phenomenon, researchers must research the Influence of Work Ethic and Work Environment on Teacher Performance with Professional Competence as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at Al Mamsuriyyah Cikiwul Education Foundation). The study was conducted at the Al Mamsuriyyah Cikiwul Education Foundation, with a research population of 35 teachers, due to population limitations, the samples taken were saturated. For data collection using questionnaire method techniques, and direct observation. And for data analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, for data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests and classical assumption tests.

Abstract

The progress of the business environment is highly dependent on several things such as cost issues, service, and product quality improvement which greatly impact customer satisfaction where the supply chain is faced with high dynamics and uncertainty in the business environment, which is more obvious when end customer demands and orders are considered. The supply chain network must be able to deal with uncertain demand from all its elements including manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution centers. Therefore, this study aims to optimize the multi-product distribution system and multi-level delivery of product flow under uncertain conditions. A multi-objective mathematical model is developed that minimizes supply chain costs while maximizing customer satisfaction and different scenarios. In addition, the significant diversity of different channels in terms of product information, price, consumer experience, and service level it possible to introduce of the Internet to the business world has offered new communication channels to facilitate shopping, making product sales by manufacturers, and product purchases by customers faster and more precise. In addition, purchases through computers, mobile phones, and various applications as well as traditional purchasing methods such as buying from a store or selecting desired items from a catalog have covered all social strata, tastes, and habits. This method of using all available means, called omnichannel, allows organizations to take greater control over pricing and product selection and to receive precise feedback from the market and customers assisting them in the best production and pricing decisions.

Abstract

Conventional doors typically consist of a doorknob and keyhole for opening them. In contrast, office doors can be made more convenient. These doors will automatically open in response to a physical stimulus. For example, when someone wants to enter a room, the door will open automatically. Doors like this can be designed using automatic control systems utilizing embedded equipment such as microcontrollers. This paper discussed an automatic door system can be designed using automatic control combined with sensors and servo motors. In terms of input equipment.

Abstract

Orbital perturbation refers to the phenomenon where a satellite's orbit undergoes changes due to external influences like variations in Earth's gravitational field, gravitational interactions with the Moon, impacts from meteoroids or other objects, and the pressure exerted by solar radiation. To address these changes and maintain their intended orbits, satellites utilize small onboard thrusters. These thrusters are fired in specific directions to make course corrections, but this action consumes the fuel that the satellite carries from Earth. Over the past three decades, communication satellites have played a crucial role in global communication. In the 1960s, their primary mission was to enable point-to-point transmissions between continents. They achieved this by being positioned in geostationary orbits, which are located just above the equator and allow them to constantly observe approximately one third of the Earth's surface.

Abstract

This paper focuses on addressing the challenge of monitoring water reservoirs located at high altitudes where direct inspection of water conditions is difficult. To tackle this issue, the research employs a system for real-time control and monitoring. Specifically, the system utilizes a waterflow sensor to measure water flow, an ultrasonic sensor to determine water levels, and a TDS sensor to detect water turbidity. These sensors are connected to an Arduino Atmega 2560. The control logic for filling the reservoir with water is implemented using the Mamdani type fuzzy logic method, which incorporates rules based on water level readings. Moreover, the study integrates IoT (Internet of Things) technology to enable remote monitoring of water levels and turbidity via smartphones. The study's results demonstrate that IoT technology greatly facilitates real-time remote monitoring of reservoir conditions. The trial data indicate an impressive 97% success rate in controlling the water filling process, with an average error of less than 15%. This successful approach can be applied effectively to create a smart home water reservoir control and monitoring system.
