Abstract

archives are defined as a place to store important records or documents. Archives are generally written documents in any environment that have historical value or an obligation to keep them. Archiving and recording of letters are still done manually which makes finding documents difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, it is necessary to design an application to assist the head of the study program in finding incoming and outgoing mail reports. The Samboja sub-district office has difficulty managing the filing of incoming and outgoing letters. Work at the sub-district office is work that involves a lot of data or information that must be recorded or processed regularly so that everything related to the data or information has a certain use or value so that the archive is needed to facilitate the search process. By storing this data or information, a record is obtained which is called an archive. It can be said that the current filing system is less efficient and effective because incoming mail and outgoing mail data often do not match the incoming mail and outgoing mail data, and all processes are still carried out manually

Abstract

The development of a system designed in such a way as to become a security that makes everyone feel the need to ensure the security of everything that includes himself, both from his activities, and the assets he owns. The magnitude of the value of an asset owned, which encourages everyone to implement an effective and efficient security system as protection. One of them is in Locker cabinets which generally still use a manual locking system. The purpose of this research is to design a locker cabinet door security system by utilizing the Arduino Uno R3-based keypad and E-KTP. This system uses an RFID Reader with a frequency of 13.56 MHz and an ATMega328 Microcontroller which acts as a controller or circuit controller and is tested with hardware and software testing to determine the performance between software and hardware on the device. The result of this research is that the RFID Reader can detect E-KTP with a maximum distance of 2.5 cm and the solenoid will lock back after 3 seconds. Utilization of Renewable Energy is currently a priority in carrying out technology development, one of which is the use of solar energy with solar panels as electrical energy. This research is to support efforts to develop energy-based technology that is converted with various supporting components and system authentication designed using the use of control security systems both in terms of administration and information technology based on population data and uncontrolled system prototypes.

Abstract

Imbalanced data is a challenge for the performance of classification algorithms. A situation where two classes consisting of the majority class dominate the minority class. As a result, algorithmic models tend to have high accuracy against the majority class. Imbalanced data can occur on any type of data, including data coming from Twitter. Twitter is one of the social media that is widely used to think about various things, including about the future Presidential candidate of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024. Tweet data was collected from October 8, 2022, to January 10, 2023. Anies Baswedan has a total of 34,962 tweets, Ganjar Pranowo 39,796 tweets, and Prabowo Subianto 12,398 tweets. These tweets can be identified to be categorized into positive sentiments and negative sentiments using several classification algorithm methods, namely Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, and Deep Learning. The dataset comes from the tweets of Twitter netizens who are scraped and preprocessed using the RapidMiner tool. Prabowo Subianto's dataset achieved the best performance using the Deep Learning model with an accuracy rate of 85.42%, precision of 63.30%, recall of 91.77%, and AUC of 0.867.

Abstract

A thesis is a requirement for students to obtain an undergraduate degree. These requirements apply to the Department of Information Systems at the University of Tanjungpura. The first step in completing a thesis is to determine a title associated with the field of study, which is provided by the Department of Information Systems at the University of Tanjungpura. In the Information Systems Department, the process of determining the field of thesis study is done manually, leading to confusion and difficulty in selecting the appropriate field for students' theses. A decision support system has been developed to facilitate students in determining the field of study for their theses. The system utilizes the profile-matching method with the aim of providing mathematical and accurate recommendations for the thesis's field of study. The system testing employs the black box testing method.

Abstract

Calculation of standing biomass is usually carried out using linear and non-linear regression equation models based on the type of plant or tree resulting from field measurements. The aim of this study was to estimate the estimation of biomass and carbon based on the slope of the secondary forest in the KHDTK educational forest of Mulawarman University. Mulawarman University Educational Forest. Data collection to calculate biomass and carbon stocks obtained by direct measurements in the field and utilizing the Geographic Information System. The results of the highest biomass estimation at the sapling level are on a slope of 25-45% with an average value of 12.599 tons/ha; at the pile level with a slope of 25-45% the average value is 28.412 tons/ha; at the tree level with a slope of 8-15% the average value is 155.024 tons/ha; and in a litter with a slope of 25-45% the average value is 38.12 tons/ha. The greatest potential carbon yield is at the sapling level with a slope of 25-45% with an average value of 6.300 tons/ha; at the pile level with a slope of 25-45% the average value is 14.206 tons/ha; at the tree level with a slope of 8-15% the average value is 77.512 tons/ha; and in litter with a slope of 25-45% the average value is 17.86 tons/ha.

Abstract

Access to global information online is essential for an institution or group. Users who use web-based apps from their homes or other locations may meet their requirements without traveling to the designated institution. This study aims to determine if stakeholders' demands can be met by the web-based application for tuition fee management at the Islamic boarding school "Bilal Bin Rabah" in Sukoharjo. Both documentation and UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling techniques were employed in this study. The purpose of this application is to make it simpler for administrative staff to handle information on student fee payments and to evaluate financial information for associated parties. Three people may use this application's payment system: the administrator, the head of the Islamic boarding school, and a parent of a student. The administrator may handle student information, and payment information, charge the student’s parents, and print the necessary reports for the Islamic Boarding School. The school's headmaster has access to student data and may generate reports and examine student invoices. The invoices and transaction history of payments that have been made are visible to parents/guardians of students. The website will continue to be developed to support the mobile platform, allowing users to access the school fee management system via mobile more conveniently. Based on the test results, users of the SPP payment system application are quite satisfied.
