<![CDATA[The government in this case is trying to improve the regional economy, one of which is in traditional markets by carrying out a traditional market revitalization program with the aim of improving traditional market facilities and infrastructure which has recently experienced a decline. The purpose of this research is to find out and understand more about the effect of revitalizing traditional markets in the Wonoayu People's Market, Sidoarjo Regency. This research focuses on one theory of revitalization, namely Physical Intervention, Economic Rehabilitation and Social Revitalization. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by documentation, interviews and using sources from books, journals and policy documents. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Type C Terminal services in Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency and the factors that affect Type C Terminal services at Porong Terminal. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of Type C terminal services at Porong Terminal, namely; The achievement of the target is in accordance with the service SOP that has been achieved and has been carried out at the Porong Terminal, the achievement of existing facilities and infrastructure is lacking and needs to be addressed again. Adaptability shows the way that interaction or communication is carried out as needed and carried out based on orders, both direct communication. Job satisfaction shows that the organization must provide motivation and direction first, trying to provide passenger comfort. Responsibility shows that employees and their duties and authorities follow the rules and have been divided according to their respective duties. And the factors that affect each personnel are also divided according to their respective responsibilities with the condition of the Type C Terminal at Porong Terminal, good facilities and infrastructure at Porong Terminal but also there are still many things that need improvement because they are not feasible and the facilities are inadequate. need to be built.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the imlpemntation of law Number 26 to 2007 concerning Spatial Planning in Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency. Furthermore, it is analyzed regarding its application in the field by means of interviews to find by means of conformity with existing laws.This thesis research uses law number 26 year 2007. In empirical research, the auther will use the sociological juridical method with research carried out derectly in the field, using the metehod of seeing the appropriateness of the application of the law and supported by interview activites.The result of policy research on the implimentation of law number 26 of 2007 are still focused on road procurement. From the result of interviews with villige officials, the community hopes to have a of a garden in krembung District. The problem experiended in park procurement are the lack of budget, the future trem for constraction and the lacj of socialization on the importance of green open space for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The results of the study were not achieved in achieving the goals of the bleaching program. Clarity of strategy in achieving goals has been carried out by the office with the SAMSAT but not optimally so that the goal has not been achieved, the availability of work facilities and infrastructure in the SAMSAT office is well-available and effective and efficient implementation of the whitening program has been implemented. Program, Bleaching, Motor Vehicle Tax The whitening program is the abolition of motor vehicle tax administration sanctions in the form of motor vehicle tax fines issued by the governor, which aims to increase public compliance and awareness in paying motor vehicle taxes. The whitening program has been implemented at the Joint Office of the Krian Samsat, Sidoarjo Regency, but there are still taxpayers who are in arrears in paying the two-wheeled motorized vehicle tax so that the whitening program has not yet reached the specified target. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study were not achieved in achieving the goals of the bleaching program. clarity of goals to be achieved is clear. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality, Price and Product Design on Purchasing Decisions. The object of research is Sasut Disutoru in Sidoarjo. The sample collection method uses non probability sampling and obtained 100 respondents using incidental sampling techniques. The research approach uses a quantitative approach and data analysis tools using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18 application. Research results obtained from the validity test on all statements of the questionnaire are said to be valid. For the reliability test of all the variables obtained by Cronbach alpha> 0.5 and declared reliable. Furthermore, based on the F test (simultaneous) shows that simultaneously the Store Atmosphere and Service Quality variables on the Purchase Decision is 0.001. Then based on the results of the t test (partial) showed that the Store Atmosphere variable partially had a significant positive effect on the Purchasing Decision of 0.023 <0.05. And Service Quality variable partially has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions of 0.012 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[In its development, the production sharing agreement was then regulated by Law Number 2 of 1960 concerning Production Sharing agreements that were born based on customary law in Indonesia. The problem in this paper is how the implementation of Law Number 2 of 1960 Concerning Land Sharing Agreements in Putat Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency and What is the profit sharing concept in Law No. 2 of 1960 gave the possibility for the application of custom mechanisms in Putat Village. This thesis uses an empirical juridical approach, primary data obtained through data collection in the field which is then supplemented with literature studies for later qualitative analysis. The implementation of Law Number 2 of 1960 concerning Agricultural Land Production Sharing Agreements in Putat Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency has not been fully effective. The community tends to choose to implement it verbally. The inhibiting factor for the adoption of Law Number 2 of 1960 concerning Agricultural Land Product Sharing Agreements in Putat Village, Tanggulangin Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency is that most of the people are not aware of the provisions of the Agricultural Product Sharing Agreement stipulated in the Law This is due to the absence of socialization from village officials and related offices, lack of insight from the community due to low levels of education, the existence of bad habits from the community that underestimate any regulations related to agriculture.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The target population in this study were all employees at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, totaling 122 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a sample of 103 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The implementation of the results of this research analysis is as input for the company on the subject matter that has been adapted to the existing theory.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of earnings management and capital structure on financial performance with corporate social responsibility as an intervention variable in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019.The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are the financial statements of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program.The results showed that earnings management has an effect on financial performance. Earnings management has no effect on corporate social responsibility. Capital structure influences financial performance. Capital structure influences corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility has no effect on financial performance. Earnings management has no effect on financial performance with corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. Capital structure has no effect on financial performance with corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to examine and obtain evidence regarding (1) accounting students' perceptions of taxation on interest in a career in taxation, (2) tax brevet on interest in a career in taxation, (3) motivation for interest in a career in taxation. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 85 accounting students at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University consisting of semesters 6, 8 and 10. The analytical tools used were multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R²), t test, and test. F using the SPSS version 18.0 for windows program. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that the data were valid and reliable. The results of the t-test indicate that the student's perception of taxes, tax brevet, and motivation partially affect the interest in a career in taxation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of BOPO, CAR, and NPF on Mudharabah Deposits in Islamic Banking Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies that were sampled in this study were 10 Islamic Banking Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that BOPO has an effect on Mudharabah Deposits in Islamic Banking Companies for the 2016-2018 period, CAR has an effect on Mudharabah Deposits in Islamic Banking Companies for the 2016-2018 period, and NPF has an effect on Mudharabah Deposits in Islamic Banking Companies for the 2016-2018 period.]]>
