Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of laisse faire leadership style, work discipline and communication on the performance of the employees of PT. Trans Retail Sidoarjo partially and simultaneously and to find out the most significant influence among variables laissez faire leadership style, workadiscipline andacommunication. This study took 86 samples with non-probability samplingatechniques, especially saturated samplingausing multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption tests withaSPSS version 18. Thissstudy uses quantitative methods, surveys and explanatory research. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of laissez faire leadership style, work discipline and a communication simultaneously and partially on employee performance and the laissez faire leadership stylea variable is the most influential variable on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Competency and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Mentari Trans Nusantara in Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of a validity test and a reliability test. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of Competence and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is an influence of Organizational Competence and Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). There is an influence of Organizational Competence and Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). To test this hypothesis a data analysis tool is used in the form of a t-statistic test. The results obtained by the validity test showed that all statements were said to be valid. And for the reliability test of all variables is said to be reliable. For the hypothesis test based on the t-statistic test showed that there was a significant influence between competence and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Work Stress and Burnout on the Performance of Nurses at the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang branch - Sidoarjo. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The samples used in this study were 67 nurses at the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang branch - Sidoarjo. The analysis used is the multiple linear regression test ,F test, t test, multiple correlation coefficient test (R), and the coefficient of determination test (R2) which is tested using SPSS version 18.0 for windows. This primary data is obtained from a questionnaire whose test uses a Likert scale that is tested for validity and reliability and the data is declared valid and reliable. The results of this study prove that Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Work Stress and Burnout simultaneously significantly influence Nurse’s Performance. Organizational Culture has a significant partial effect on Nurse Performance, Organizational Commitment has a Significant Partial effect on Nurse Performance, Work Stress has a Significant Partial effect on Nurse Performance, and Burnout has a Significant negative Partial effect on Nurse Performance. Besides the variable Organizational Commitment has the most significant influence on the performance of nurses at the Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital Sepanjang branch - Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the work environment, individual characteristics, job characteristics, and democratic leadership style Burnout on nurses at Siti Khodijah Hospital. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 66 nurses at Siti Khodijah Hospital. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that the work environment, individual characteristics, job characteristics, and democratic leadership style simultaneously influence Burnout. work environment has a partial effect on Burnout, individual characteristics have a partial effect on Burnout., job characteristics have a partial effect on Burnout. democratic leadership style also partially influences Burnout. and for the variable that has the most significant effect on Burnout. At the Nurse at Rs. Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Branch Throughout the work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contradictory regulation regarding trade of waste in indonesia. Principle what is described in Article 69 paragraph (1) letter C Law no. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management which states that everyone is prohibited from entering waste originating from outside the Republic of Indonesia into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the principle of lex superior derogate legi inferior, there are contradictory arrangements. Then the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 84 of 2019 concerning Provisions for the Import of Non Hazardous and Toxic Wastes as Industrial Raw Materials in conjunction with the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 92 of 2019 concerning Amendments to the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 84 of 2019 potentially for a judicial review. Regulation is needed that doesn’t neglect the environment to support the economy. But also doesn’t hinder the economy for focus on the environment. The point is that the existence of rules that bridge the interests of humans and the environment is the best solution so that their existence is maintained.
