Abstract

AbstractThe use of criminal sanctions as the main sanction has indicated the extent towhich the level of understanding of the legislators to the problem of "crime andpunishment". At least show that the limited understanding of the use of criminalsanctions also affect the determination of criminal sanctions in administrativelaw. "Errors" in the formulation of the implications for the difficulty andconfusion in the law enforcement, because there is a gap of two disciplines,namely the criminal law on the one hand and on the other hand administrativelaw, which has its own procedural law. This confusion will lead to ambiguity inthe resolution of cases of violation of administrative law contains criminalsanctions, whether enforcement will be carried out by law enforcement agencieswithin the criminal justice sisitem or whether officials of the state administrationin the sphere of administration? Abstract

AbstractThis article discusses about the benefits of information technology for Islamicda’wa activities of PIMS (Pratepsasana Ismail Memorial School) students. In thisarticle, the information technology focuses on social network, which is a facebook. PIMS is a school managed by Pondok Bantan in Nakhon Si Thammarat(NST) province, Southern Thailand. Both PIMS school and pondok Bantanhave provided some modern facilities such as buildings, classrooms, and computer laboratories. Abstract

AbstractEducation is very vital role in human life. The system of education in whicheducational methods is under constant continuous "immortal-conversation",especially in methods of Islamic education, the epistemology of al-Quran and alSunnah. Science always continues to grow, so did the methods of education inthe interpretation of the al-Qur'an and al-Sunnah. As the principal basis of bothal-Sunnah provides practical translation of articulation over-methodical practicedaily with the companions of the prophet in education. Nevertheless, there is aproblem regarding Muslims repetition educational method that in fact ittawadlu' relationship between educators and students, education is rare that thesubject and object in the students.Experts Islamic figures revealed some nuances of Islamic educational methodson the main source of epistemology. Such as Abu Ali Husain ibn Abd Allah ibnHasan ibn Ali ibn Sina (980-1037 AD) method of reward and punishment, AbuMuhammad al-Ghazali (1058-1111 AD) method of gradual habituation, Abdurrahman Abu Zaid ibn Khaldun (1322-1406 AD) phasing method of repetition (tadarruj wa al-tikrar), ' Abdul Fattah Abu Ghuddah (2009) titled 40 Methods Education & Teaching Prophet, then an-Nahlawi Abdurrahman (1995), Islamic education: at home, school, and community, by dividing 7 methods ofeducation, M.Thalib (1996), Islamic educational methods 30T, he divided into30 educational methods that begin with the letter T and many other alternativemethods.The author analyzes existing educational criticized by giving an inductivedeductive method, an educational method that makes the active, creative, how to make the education of students as actors. Abstract

Tafsir is the main instrument in an attempt to answer the problems of the people, who must soon discovered the concept or theory. This departs from the question that is often uttered by Hassan Hanafi: " hal ladainā naẓariyah fi ’lTafsīr?" This is an Islamic thinker anxiety on the theory and methodology of interpretation that is less classical touches many social problems. From here arises the methods, including taḥlīlī (analysis). Taḥlīlī method (analysis) is to interpret the verses of the Qur'an to describe all aspects contained in the versesthat are interpreted and explained the meanings contained therein in accordance with the expertise and inclination commentators interpret these verses. The main purpose taḥlīlī method is to lay the foundations for a rational understanding of the miracle of the Qur'an, something which is not considered an urgent need for Muslims today. Abstract

AbstractProblems of women when seen through the eyes of faith will continue to looksexy. Because religion is often considered "bridging" role of women as both have the mission of humanity and divinity like a man, but it makes the subordinate position of women and marginalized. In response to the discourse on gender, this article tries to make the methodology mewacanakan idea as the basis of modern thinkers, namely Amina Wadud and Khaled Abou El-Fadl. Amina Wadud hermeneutics tauhidi introduced that can be used at the same paradigms and methodologies. Abstract

AbstractThis discussion aims to answer two problems, namely (1) is there any effect ofsupervision, compensation, and competency to work’s motivation? (2) is thereany effect of supervision, compensation, and competence on the teacherperformance either directly or indirectly ( through the work motivation)? Theresults of the path analysis testing phase I can concluded that supervision,compensation, competencies significantly effect to work’s motivation. Throughmultivariate regression analysis resulted in a significant influence. Competencyeffective contribution of 14.4 %, amounting to 1.5 % of compensation, andsupervision by 0.8 %. While the results of the partial regression test producessome conclusion, (1) the supervision effect but not significant with a score of0.029 and β scores sig 0.673 ( greater than 0.05 ), (2) the compensation effect is not significant with a score of 0.123 and β scores sig 0.075 (greater than 0.05), and ( 3 ) a significant effect of competence with a score of 0.380 and β sig score of 0.000 ( less than 0.05 ). The result of path analysis of phase II can be cocluded that supervision, compensation, competencies, and motivation together to significantly affect to the performance of Islamic religious teachers. While explaining the partial regression test, supervision and competence have asignificant effect, while compensation and motivation but not significant effect.Furthermore, after the model test found that supervisors supervise directly affect performance. Supervision has a direct effect score is greater than the indirect effect scores. Compensation does not affect the performance directly, but through motivation. Because scores directly effect compensation is smaller than the indirect effect. Competence directly effect performance significantly. Because the direct influence competence scores greater than the indirect effect scores.Effective contribution of each variable is different. Supervision effectivecontribution by 4.81 %. Compensation effective contribution of 0.1 %.Competency effective contribution by 64 %, and the contribution of effectivemotivation of 0.7 %. Based on the results of the study found, the elementaryteacher PAI’s performance can be improved through the supervision,compensation through motivation, competence, and other variables that are notincluded in the study.Keyword: motivasi, kinerja guru PAI, supervisi, kompensasi, kompetensi

AbstractAli Shariati, as it is known, is a key figure behind the Iranian revolution. In linewith the thinking Hanafi and Engineer, Shariati comes with the embodiment ofthe spirit of a just social system. He was a great orator and a writer profilik. Inthe early days of the Iranian revolution, the classroom is always filled by aShariati college students who want to listen to his revolutionary ideas. Similarly,his works. Although sometimes seem provocative, but Shariati's writings can notbe denied has become a kind of detonating the Iranian revolution. Shariati wasable to stand in the middle of these two poles, Islam (Shia) on the one hand and Marxism on the other. He shrewdly combining the two, and then give birth to an idea of Islamic socialism. This paper is framed to elaborate further thought Ali Shariati primarily on the concept of Islamic socialism. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the level of income and satisfactionreceived scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual ModeSystem at the Islamic Institute of Pati in 2013, using a quantitative approachwith three variables: the level of income, the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship and psychological happiness. The study population was all students of the Dual Mode System totaling 117 students. Samples authors take 25% of polulasi, as many as 30 students. Analysis of this study using multiple regression with three steps: a preliminary analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of further analysis. Results of this study was no effect of income level (X1) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in STAI Starch 2013. Thus the first hypothesis which says "There is a significant relationship between the income level of students to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode system in sTAI Pati "is rejected. There is an effect of satisfaction received scholarships (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. So STAI Pati second hypothesis ie "There is significant relationship between satisfaction received scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode System in STAI Starch" accepted as true. The effect was of 18.3%, and the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined by the authors. No effect of income level (X1) and the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013.
