<![CDATA[Di kalangan remaja sangat mudah untuk dipengaruhi ke dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba, karena dalam hal ini remaja adalah seseorang anak yang mengalami perubahan perilaku secara cepat dalam segala aspek, kecerdasan, perasaan, menyangkut perubahan tubuh, sikap dan mental kepribadian. Remaja tersebut cenderung mudah dipengaruhi karena tidak stabilnya emosi yang cenderung menimbulkan perilaku yang kurang baik dan dalam dirinya banyak perubahan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Teori Komunikasi, Teori Manajemen dan juga menggunakan Analisis S.W.O.T. Konsep yang digunakan Konsep Narkotika dan Konsep Bhanbinkamtibmas.Fokus Penelitian yang peneliti ambil pada skripsi ini adalah peran Satuan Binmas Polres Cimahi. Sumber yang digunakan adalah sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, Studi Dokumen. Serta validitas data menggunakan sumber/data.Hasil temuan yang diperoleh oleh penulis selama penelitian adalah peran Satuan Binmas Polres Cimahi dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja masih belum optimal dalam melakukan komunikasi persuasif, koordinasi dan kerja sama dengan instansi lain serta pemberdayaan potensi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja. Guna meningkatkan peran Satuan Binmas Pores Cimahi dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja diperlukan kemampuan komunikasi personel yang mantap, fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang optimal mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka penulis mengajukan beberapa saran, antara lain personel Satuan Binmas Polres Cimahi mengembangkan sasaran pembinaan dan penyuluhan terkait narkoba di sekolah-sekolah pada tingkat SLTP dan SD, dan terkait kemampuan personel dalam komunikasi persuasi mengenai pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba yang masih minim, sebaiknya polres mengikutsertakan personel pada pelatihan di tingkat Polda serta pelaksanaan FGD yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Binmas, Satresnarkoba serta psikolog remaja.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this research is about the efforts of the Sabhara Unit in Preventing Theft by Weighting Through Two-Wheel Patrol in Cimahi Regional Police Station. The focus of this study is considered important because of the efforts. The problems raised in this thesis research are: (1) The description of the implementation of two-wheeled patrols in preventing criminal acts of theft by weighting at the Cimaho Regional Police Station, (2) There are factors that inhibit two-wheeled patrols so that theft occurs with weighting at the Cimahi Police Station (3) Efforts made by the Sabhara unit through a two-wheeled patrol in preventing theft by weighting. This study aims to analyze the Sabhara Unit's Efforts to Prevent Theft by Weighting Through Two-Wheel Patrol in Cimahi Regional Police Station. To analyze these problems, researchers used a qualitative approach with a holistic method. The use of conceptual framework in the form of theory and concepts is used as a knife of analysis by researchers in answering the formulated problems. Theories and concepts used by researchers are Management theory, Routine Activity theory, Sabhara concept, Patrol concept, Two Wheel Patrol concept. The findings during this research are (1) In the implementation of the two-wheeled patrol route the patrol route was determined based on the results of the monthly Cevahi police station anev meeting which was attended by the main officers of the Cimahi police station by looking at which areas there were many cases of theft by ballast. (2) Factors that influence two-wheeled patrols in preventing theft by weighting are still commonly found starting from within to outside factors so that the implementation of two-wheeled patrols is still less than optimal. (3) Efforts of the Sabhara Unit through two-wheeled patrol activities in preventing criminal acts of theft by weighting in the Cimahi Regional Police area by making efforts starting from planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and emphasizing on patrol routes based on monthly anev.]]>

<![CDATA[Masalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas keamanan negara salah satunya adalah kriminalitas. Setiap bulannya laporan yang masuk di Polres Garut berupa curanmor mengalami fluktuatif sehingga memerlukan perhatian yang ketat. Satuan Sabhara menjalankan tugasnya secara professional. Dalam hal ini Satuan Sabhara merupakan garda terdepan dalam pelaksanaan tugas patroli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan patroli satuan_sabhara dalam mencegah_tindak pidana_pencurian_bermotor, faktor yang menghambat serta mendukung patroli Satuan Sabhara dan upaya apa saja yang telah dilakukan oelah patroli Satuan Sabhara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini berlangsung di Polres Garut, Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Dalam menganalisa data, dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa satuan sabhara Polres Garut telah melakukan tahapan yang sistematis, namun pada tahap planning, organizing, dan controlling tidak berjalan maksimal, Faktor yang mendukung kinerja satuan Sabhara adalah pengalaman berdinas anggota sudah lama. Untuk faktor yang menghambat adalah kualitas personel masih kurang. Polres Garut memiliki upaya – upaya untuk meningkatkan upaya patroli untuk mencegah tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor dengan metode Strong Point, akan tetapi belum terlaksana dengan maksimal dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaan giat Strong Point hanya memanfaatkan R4 tidak memanfaatkan R2 yang berdampak tidak dapat menjangkau tempat – tempat perumahan masyarakat yang rawan akan curanmor.]]>

<![CDATA[Theft of a motor vehicle is an event that lately often appears in the midst of society. The patrol conducted by the police, especially the Sabhara Police Sumedang unit, aims to foster community participation in uniformed police in the community so that the presence of the police can be useful to prevent the occurrence of kamtibmas disruption and other crimes in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of motor vehicle theft, to find out what optimizations were carried out by the dialogic patrol unit to reduce curanmor, and to determine what factors influenced the implementation of dialogic patrols to reduce the curanmor by the Sabhara Unit of the Sumedang District Police. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques. The location of this research is in the jurisdiction of the Sumedang District Police. All data were collected by observation, interview and document study methods. The validity of the data is used triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study stated that the number of muranmor in the Sumedang district police jurisdiction indicated that in 2017 there were 151 events, in 2018 there were 223 events and the last in 2019 there were 113 events and it occurred in urban areas such as Jatinangor, North Sumedang, South Sumedang , Cimanggung, and Cimalakama. Obstacles that exist in the implementation of dialogical patrol activities namely patrol activities cannot be carried out properly without the existence of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Related to the fuel budget is still a problem related to the implementation of patrol activities. For human resources, there is still lack of knowledge on patrol. The implementation schedule is not yet in accordance with the implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Bhabinkamtibmas in the context of preventing criminal acts of theft of two-wheeled motor vehicles in the jurisdiction of Depok Police Station. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the role of Bhabinkamtibmas in the framework of preventing criminal acts of theft of two-wheeled motor vehicles in the jurisdiction of the Depok Police Sector was not yet significant. Efforts made by Depok Police Bhabinkamtibmas in the framework of preventing criminal acts of stealing two-wheeled motor vehicles are guided by Article 16 of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Chief Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning Community Policing by promoting the Door to Door System program. The conclusion of this study is that the efforts of Bhabinkamtibmas in the context of overcoming criminal acts of curanmor have been in accordance with the Regulation of the Head of the Indonesian National Police Number 3 of 2015 concerning Community Policing, although it has not been effective. Recommendation. Depok Sector Police are advised to intensify counseling and outreach conducted by Bhabinkamtibmas.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research problem is the acts of theft with violence that often occur in the Cirebon Regency. This study discusses the description of criminal acts of theft with violence in Cirebon Police, the role of Sabhara Unit patrols in preventing criminal acts of theft with violence in the Cirebon Police area, and the factors that influence the vigorous implementation of four-wheeled patrols of Sabhara Unit in efforts to prevent criminal acts of theft with violence in the Cirebon Police jurisdiction. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques by interviewing, observing, and studying documents. The research location was carried out in the Cirebon Police Region. The theory used in this research is the theory of routine activities and management theory, while the concept used is the concept of patrol, four-wheeled patrol, and theft with violence. The results showed that theft by violence was classified as a large number of criminal acts and the settlement of the case was still lacking. This is because there are deficiencies in the implementation of four-wheeled patrols, especially personnel, hard-to-reach areas and inadequate budgets. Cirebon Police conduct prevention efforts through Sabhara Patrol. Based on research conducted by the author, the problem of four-wheeled patrol is human resources, both from the police and from the community. The obstacle factor in the implementation of four-wheeled patrols is the lack of patrol personnel, the lack of fuel subsidies to support the implementation of patrols and the community itself does not want to participate in patrol implementation, especially to provide information about the situation and conditions around the environment. In addition, the vast area of ​​Cirebon Regency has resulted in several areas not yet reached by four-wheeled patrols. Suggestions can be given (1) Increasing the intensity of patrols in vulnerable areas and at hours prone to violent thieves, (2) Providing a budget to patrol at the beginning of the month so that patrol members no longer worry about unwanted problems in patrolling, (3) conducting training of Sabhara Unit personnel every six months so that personnel can understand the tasks and understand the proper implementation of patrols, (4) For patrol leaders it is recommended to use Whatsapp application for supervision of patrol implementation with video call feature so that members cannot lie in conducting patrols, (5) Utilization of timestamp camera applications in the documentation of patrol activities so that documentation can be held accountable to the leadership for its truthfulness.]]>
