<![CDATA[The Murobahah contract is a sale and purchase with the original price plus profit after an agreement between the seller and the buyer are allowed because it contains an element of help. Murabaha's program is very helpful for customers of BMT Sunan Pandanaran based on research results from 900 customers and taken samples of 100 customers. BMT Sunan Pandanaran who received financing experienced an increase in income which was indirectly able to raise the Human Development Index for BMT customers. The results showed that from 100 samples taken with different work backgrounds they on average experienced an increase in income of 300,000 to 4,000,000 after taking financing or with a murobahah contract, seen from the consumption of daily needs after becoming a BMT 94 customer. % said that the needs of 4 healthy 5 were fulfilled, as well as funding for school children 79% said school fees for their children could be met through BMT financing.]]>

<![CDATA[Juvenile Delinquency is a form of conflicts that are not resolved properly due to improper parenting and the consequences of relationships with peers. Adolescents are vulnerable people, so the environment plays an important role in the formation of adolescent behavior both in the family environment and in the community, especially social relations with peers. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting and peer conformity on juvenile delinquency. The population of this study were all students of Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang Selatan Vocational School totaling 440 students, while the research sample consisted of 200 students. Data collection using; 1. The Parental Authority Questionnaire Scale developed by Buri (1991), 2. The scale developed by the researcher based on the dimensions of Sears (2002) theory, 3. The scale that is also developed by researchers based on Jensen's (1985) theory dimensions. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS version 17 software and for testing the construct validity using CFA (Confirmatory factor analysis) with the help of LISREL software version 8.7. The results showed that; 1. Parenting and peer conformity have a significant effect on juvenile delinquency, 2. The proportion of variance from juvenile delinquency that is influenced by independent variables is 55.6% and the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the influence of extravert personality and distributive justice on counterproductive behavior teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was carried out using a quantitative survey with path analysis applied in testing hypotheses. Members of 95 teachers from high schools in Matraman Regency as samples were selected by simple random sampling. This study concludes: (1) There are direct negative effects of extravert personality on counterproductive behavior (2) There are direct negative effects of distributive justice on counterproductive behavior (3) There is a direct positive effect of extravert personality on distributive justice (4) There is a direct negative effect from extravert personality to counterproductive behavior through distributive justice.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is intended to examine the effect of mango brand product quality and price on buying interest in improving purchasing decisions. The sample of this study was 100 employees of KPMG Siddharta Widjaja and Rekan. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, data analysis using inferential statistics with multiple linear regression test using Excel program and SPSS version 21 program. Partial hypothesis testing is used to test the effect of each independent variable used and simultaneous significant test f statistics used to see the presence or absence of the influence of the level of knowledge and awareness simultaneously on the decision to purchase Mango brand women's clothing products. Based on the results of the research the authors did show that product quality has a positive effect on the decision to purchase Mango brand women's clothing products. This can be seen from the t-count value t table and the significance value significance level.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, tangibility asset, non debt tax shield, and sales growth to structure capital in the food and beverage company enrolled in indonesia stock exchange of 2013-2015.The sample from 12 company using a technique purposive sampling of the total number of 14 the food and beverage company in indonesia stock exchange 2013-2015. Data processing using data method regression panel and model’s estimation used is random effect with a significant degree 5 percent. The results of the study concluded that in partial variable profitability by return on assets (roa) have no influence to structure capital, liquidity significant negative to capital structure, tangibility asset has no influence to structure capital, variable non debt tax shield (ndts) has not been affecting the capital structure, and variable sales growth significant negative to capital structure.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the research is to reveal the influence of supervision, commitment and discipline to employee perfomance. Sample of the research have 46 employees of the Cooperative Department and UMKM in West Sumatera Province, with applied a stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Results of the analysis proves that supervision has positive and significant influence to work discipline. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to work discipline. Influence of supervision is positive and significant to perfomance of employee. Influence of the commitment is positive and significant to perfomance employee and work discipline, that positive and significant impact to perfomance of Cooperative Dapartment and UMKM in West Sumatera Province.]]>

The method used in the writing of this research is the method of writing normative law, namely the way of writing based on the analysis of some legal principles and legal theory and legislation appropriate and related to the problems in this study. Tax Planning Legality on Income Tax is a general tax planning refers to the process of business engineering and taxpayer transactions Agency so that tax debt is in the minimal amount, but still within the frame of the regulation. <![CDATA[Maritime development effort can not be separated from the development of strategic environments that include the supporting economic environment both on a regional scale, national, even at the global level. The aim of this study is (1) mapping out the opportunities and threats of the maritime sector in Indonesia based on the dynamics of the domestic and global environment, and (2) to formulate the maritime development policy strategy within the framework of national investment development. The method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that opportunities that can be utilized for the benefit of domestic development can be seen from the potential of marine in the territory of Indonesia. The threat of the maritime sector comes from internal and external. The internal factors of inequality and disparity gap of development. The external factors threats are border disputes and lack of law enforcement, defense and security controls in border areas. The recommended policy suggested that government needs to do maritime-oriented development, connectivity through strengthening logistics and marine economy, economic development about prosperity approach and security, controlling related with the nation's authority and maritime, and reorientation of development towards maritime development with the achievement of planting more progressive capital.]]>
