Abstract

The Murobahah contract is a sale and purchase with the original price plus profit after an agreement between the seller and the buyer are allowed because it contains an element of help. Murabaha's program is very helpful for customers of BMT Sunan Pandanaran based on research results from 900 customers and taken samples of 100 customers. BMT Sunan Pandanaran who received financing experienced an increase in income which was indirectly able to raise the Human Development Index for BMT customers. The results showed that from 100 samples taken with different work backgrounds they on average experienced an increase in income of 300,000 to 4,000,000 after taking financing or with a murobahah contract, seen from the consumption of daily needs after becoming a BMT 94 customer. % said that the needs of 4 healthy 5 were fulfilled, as well as funding for school children 79% said school fees for their children could be met through BMT financing.

Abstract

Juvenile Delinquency is a form of conflicts that are not resolved properly due to improper parenting and the consequences of relationships with peers. Adolescents are vulnerable people, so the environment plays an important role in the formation of adolescent behavior both in the family environment and in the community, especially social relations with peers. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting and peer conformity on juvenile delinquency. The population of this study were all students of Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang Selatan Vocational School totaling 440 students, while the research sample consisted of 200 students. Data collection using; 1. The Parental Authority Questionnaire Scale developed by Buri (1991), 2. The scale developed by the researcher based on the dimensions of Sears (2002) theory, 3. The scale that is also developed by researchers based on Jensen's (1985) theory dimensions. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS version 17 software and for testing the construct validity using CFA (Confirmatory factor analysis) with the help of LISREL software version 8.7. The results showed that; 1. Parenting and peer conformity have a significant effect on juvenile delinquency, 2. The proportion of variance from juvenile delinquency that is influenced by independent variables is 55.6% and the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the influence of extravert personality and distributive justice on counterproductive behavior teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was carried out using a quantitative survey with path analysis applied in testing hypotheses. Members of 95 teachers from high schools in Matraman Regency as samples were selected by simple random sampling. This study concludes: (1) There are direct negative effects of extravert personality on counterproductive behavior (2) There are direct negative effects of distributive justice on counterproductive behavior (3) There is a direct positive effect of extravert personality on distributive justice (4) There is a direct negative effect from extravert personality to counterproductive behavior through distributive justice.

Abstract

BPR has a big role to drive the regional economy. The financial performance of rural banks in West Java generally tends to improve, but is not in line with the growth in the number of rural banks, which shows a declining trend from year to year. In addition, the growth of third-party funds (DPK) gradually slowed down from 25.70% in 2009 to 8.10% in 2015 and 0.69% in August 2016. The condition is thought to be related to problems in developing value creation. So, this study aims to examine the effect of value creation on BPR performance in West Java. This research uses a quantitative research approach. Observations were made in the time section which is cross section / one shot, that is in 2019. The analysis unit is BPR in West Java, with the observation unit that is the management of the BPR in the West Java Province. Data taken from a sample of 100 respondents and analyzed using PLS. The results showed that value creation had a significant influence on the performance of BPR in West Java. This finding is expected to be an alternative model for BPR management in West Java that improving BPR performance relies on developing value creations especially in the business partner aspect, supported by business domain development and customer benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on improving cooperative performance. This analysis uses the independent variable, recruitment, and the dependent variable is employee performance.The population in this study were all supervisors, managers and associations of Indonesian banking development cooperatives. Samples were conducted using the non-probability sampling method using saturated samples obtained 30 people as samples. The type of data used is primary data. The testing method in this thesis uses IBM SPSS 22 processing. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity, reliability testing, data normality test, regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of the study prove that the proposed partial hypothesis is accepted because it shows significant test results. This means a significant increase in employee performance by 81.0% while 19.0% requires other factors.

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the effect of mango brand product quality and price on buying interest in improving purchasing decisions. The sample of this study was 100 employees of KPMG Siddharta Widjaja and Rekan. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, data analysis using inferential statistics with multiple linear regression test using Excel program and SPSS version 21 program. Partial hypothesis testing is used to test the effect of each independent variable used and simultaneous significant test f statistics used to see the presence or absence of the influence of the level of knowledge and awareness simultaneously on the decision to purchase Mango brand women's clothing products. Based on the results of the research the authors did show that product quality has a positive effect on the decision to purchase Mango brand women's clothing products. This can be seen from the t-count value t table and the significance value significance level.

Abstract

This research is aim to analyze how the influence of financial compensation and non financial compensation towards job satisfaction in Karang Setra Hotel, Spa Cottages. In collecting the data will use closed questions which is consist of four sections. The first section contains four questions in connection with demography, the second section contains sixteen questions in connection with financial compensation (X1), the third section contains sixteen questions in connection with non financial compensation (X2) and the fourth section contains twenty questions in connection with job satisfaction (Y). It could be concluded and suggested that compensation financial and compensation non-financial have strong enough relationship with job satisfaction. The impact of this research, management karang setra hotel should improve the system of compensation financial and non financial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Sudirman Branch Social Security Administrators (BPJS). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis to be able to determine the effect of motivation on performance with 56 respondents. Methods of data collection analysis using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient, simple regression correlation and hypothesis testing. The influence of motivation on employee performance based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the value of 0.877 means that the influence of motivation on employee performance is said to be very strong. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (KD), the value is 0.768, this shows that the amount of motivation contribution to employee performance is 76.8%, while the rest (100% -76.8%) = 23.2% is influenced by other factors. Based on the test results, tcount ttable is 13.388 2.005, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation (X) on employee performance (Y) at the Sudirman Jakarta branch of the Social Security Administration (BPJSTK).
