Abstract

This research is propted by Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. The object of study in this paper is focused on the discussion of the Legis Ratio of the decree made by the Republic of Indonesia’s Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of Law and Human Rights, Minister of Communication and Information, Attorney General, and the Head of the National Counter-Terrorism Agency, Number 220-4780 of 2020, Number M.HH-14.HH.05.05 of 2020, Number 690 of 2020, Number 264 of 2020, Number KB/3/XII/2020, Number 320 of 2020 concerning the Prohibition of Islamic Defender’s Front (FPI) activities and use of its symbols and attributes. This study is intended to analyse the Legis Ratio of the Joint Decisions made by the Six State Institutions that meet the legal conditions of the decision and its legal effects.The result of this study shows that the decrees of the Six Institutions are not in accordance with the reasons for consideration and the purpose of the FPI Decree towards the necessity to contain the reasons for juridical, sociological, and philosophical considerations as a ratio legis in deciding. In addition to that, the decrees do not meet the legal requirements of a decision on the element of authority which make the legal effects invalid hence the legal effects are non-binding since the decision was made. This means that all legal effects that have arisen from the decree are considered to have never existed and are deemed to not fulfil the elements of procedure and matter hence its legal effects are not binding from the time they are revoked or remain valid until the revocation is made.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has made the clinic crowded with patients due to the many symptoms it causes. The clinic provides outpatient services which include consultation with general practitioners, dental care, as well as a pharmacy with a network of midwives and laboratories. The wider access to BPJS Health services will affect the increasing number of patients who will seek treatment using BPJS health facilities at this clinic. The lack of service quality will be one of the obstacles to the level of patient satisfaction. Measurement of service quality is carried out using the fuzzy servqual method. Service quality uses five dimensions contained in servqual, namely tangibles (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), empathy (empathy). The results of this study indicate that the gap value of the five dimensional items tested. The respective GAP values are the first rank for Tangibles with a gap value of 0.46, the second rank for the Responsiveness dimension with a gap value of 0.34, the third rank for the Assurance dimension with a gap value of 0.31, fourth rank Empathy dimension (Empathy) with a gap value of 0.27, the last rank is the Reliability dimension with a gap value of 0.22. All gaps are positive, this is an indication that patients get satisfaction with clinic services in terms of all dimensions tested and what is expected by the appropriate patient.

Abstract

Understanding and using English in communicating has become a necessity for everyone who wants to win the increasingly fierce competition in work and business in the era of globalization. However, there are still many people who have not realized and prepared themselves to learn English. The ease of accessing English learning materials in the current digital era is not used to improve communication skills. English For Teens, a training to communicate in English, was held with the aim of building and raising awareness of the younger generation so that they are motivated to learn and practice English. This qualitative research focuses on the problems faced by the managers of Karang Taruna RW.02 Bambu Apus, East Jakarta, and provides the best solution in building and increasing the awareness of its members to learn and practice English. Low understanding of English causes difficulties in communicating and accessing various information that is important for personal and organizational progress. English For Teens also tries to provide learning materials that are simple, varied, but easy to understand so as to eliminate the impression that learning English is very difficult and boring. The results of the training showed that the participants easily understood the learning material provided and could do the exercises. However, the main problem is when doing speaking, especially in how to pronounce words (pronunciation), so the tutor has to give examples of correct pronunciation over and over again.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the comparison of the financial performance of the Prospector and Defender companies? The analytical tool used in this study is a moderated regression analysis with the help of statistical software version 25. The data source comes from the annual financial report. The data collection technique was carried out by library research techniques. The method used is a quantitative and qualitative method, namely both methods are used as observations involving numbers in the form of calculations and to analyze financial data in the company by using theories or concepts as a reference. Based on the research shows that from the results of calculations and data analysis, it can be concluded that the financial performance of the prospector is greater in value than the Defender company so that there are differences between the Prospector and Defender companies, where the Prospector is 4 ICBP companies. The factor value is 1358.92683 MYOR. The factor value is 31.93863 CEKA. ,06373 MLBI Factor Value -163.94748 and Defender 4 ULTJ Company Factor Value -181.1815 ROTI Factor Value -214,03104 STTP Factor Value with Factor Value -335,73858 Factor -377,2633 Value.

Abstract

@POLKADOTKITCHEN adalah salah satu akun aktif dalam sosial media Instagram yang memuat informasi dan penjualan kuliner melalui sosial media dan membuka layanan promosi untuk makanan dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan namun cukup terjangkau. Penulis memiliki minat dan keinginan untuk melakukan analisa dan memberikan gambaran bagaimana @POLKADOTKITCHEN dalam hal melakukan suatu promosi serta melakukan penjualan melalui sarana media sosial dalam hal ini Instagram terkait dengan strategi komunikasi dalam promosi kuliner. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin menjabarkan tentang bagaimana strategi dalam merencanakan, mengatur, menerapkan, dan mengevaluasi tanggapan dari pembeli, pengikut ataupun penikmat @POLKADOTKITCHEN dalam aktivitas yang dilakukan melalui social media Instagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif memaparkaan hasil yang diteliti dari studi kasus kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa peran komunikator dalam membuat suatu perencanaan terdapat ada analisis pemilihan produk, kemasan produk yang tampilkan, menetapkan target klien atau pembeli, dan menargetkan pengikut yang nantinya akan menjadi pelanggan. Terkait dengan melakukan implementasi, @POLKADOTKITCHEN lebih terfokus pada bagaimana cara dalam persiapan dan proses pengiriman pesan yang dapat dianalisis dengan teori logika desain pesan. Sedangkan peran Komunikan dapat diamati sebagai respons yang dapat dianalisis menggunakan teori penerimaan pesan yang dilihat dari pembeli, pengikut (follower) atapun penikmat akun Instagram @POLKADOTKITCHEN.

Abstract

As a formal place for students to receive education and knowledge, schools are expected to provide quality and facilities that assist students in receiving the best education possible.The development of internet technology also helps students to get the knowledge and references needed to support learning. If students can get information from various sources, then as a school institution, SMP PGRI 363 is expected to be the main source for students to get education and knowledge. This study uses qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir, which is located on Jl. Reni Jaya Selatan, Pondok Lightning, Kec. Bojongsari, Depok City, West Java. Qualitative research uses a theoretical basis and also uses general questions, which then become a reference and more details on the phenomena that occur in the field. The promotion and publication strategies carried out by SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir during the Covid 19 pandemic included picking up the ball to the target school, providing brochures, pamphlets, installing banners, free building fees for wave 1, conducting a database of the student's homeroom cell phone number for the target school, make online registration video tutorials, and make video school activities videos. The promotion and publication strategy produced results at PPDB in 2021, it can be seen from the number of students who registered at 86 students, which increased by 43% from the previous year. SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir is expected to be able to further activate the school's social media for promotion and school publications. It can also be reached by local media in the city of Depok to be able to announce and inform about the advantages of SMP PGRI 363 Pondok Petir.

Abstract

The incidence of breast cancer in 2018 in Samosir Regency was 20 cases, while in Cinta Dame Village in 2019 there were 2 people at an advanced stage, 1 person died and 1 person was undergoing chemotherapy. The number of women of childbearing age in Cinta Dame Village (aged 15–49 years) is 497 people. Objectives; to determine what factors were related to the behavior of childbearing age women in performing breast self-examination (BSE). Method; this research was a quantitative analytic type which is cross-sectional. The population were all women of childbearing age were 497 people with a sample using the simple random sampling technique were 83 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analyses with chi-square test statistics. Result; the results of the analysis showed that p-value of each variable includes knowledge obtained .000, attitudes obtained by p-value was.000 and family support obtained by p-value was .000. Conclusion; the conclusion showed that influence of knowledge, attitudes, and family support on BSE behavior were found.

Abstract

Based on the Tiket.com survey in the third quarter of 2020, there was a three-fold increase in transactions that occurred in hotel booking services and flight bookings. This increase is considered very fast in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic due to the encouragement of people to take vacations in the midst of the pandemic. To be able to compensate for the increase that occurred, tour and travel companies are required to be able to optimize services by computerizing the flight ticket booking system. Therefore, the author intends to create a website for booking domestic airline tickets for CV JENIKA GROUP Depok. The author uses a method that has proven its effectiveness in designing an information system, namely the Waterfall method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the design of this web-based domestic flight ticket booking program can provide convenience and comfort for admins and customers of CV JENIKA GROUP and can further expand marketing reach.

Abstract

Online learning is learning that is carried out remotely using media such as ZOOM Meeting, Google Classroom and others. During this pandemic, online learning is a learning that must be done to avoid the spread of the covid 19 virus. In carrying out online learning, it is necessary to have a good internet signal so that it will support the smoothness of this online learning. In addition, it is also necessary for the creativity of the educators so that students remain interested in participating in online learning. The writing of this article is to find out and understand the implementation of online English learning during the pandemic based on student perceptions.

Abstract

As technology develops, new breakthroughs emerge which are considered more practical and make it easier for parties to settle business disputes out of court using Online Dispute Resolution. The Online Dispute Resolution method has not yet been regulated, meaning that there is a legal vacuum regarding the use of Online Dispute Resolution. This research is legal research. The approach used to answer this legal issue is the statute approach, which is an approach using legislation and regulations. Conceptual approach (conceptual approach) is used to examine and analyze the framework of thought, conceptual framework or theoretical basis of legal issues to be studied. Based on the results of the analysis of legal materials, it is concluded that the use of Online Dispute Resolution can be carried out where the Article 4 paragraph (3) of ADR Act stipulates that as long as it has been agreed upon by the disputing parties, dispute resolution through arbitration can occur in the form of electronic documents. Then, according to Article 5 of the ITE Act, it states that electronic information and/or electronic documents and/or their printouts are legal evidence. Even so, Online Dispute Resolution has not been able to run optimally because there are no separate regulations, therefore special arrangements regarding Online Dispute Resolution are needed to ensure legal certainty.
