Abstract

Quality management, and find efforts in improving teacher professional competence in MAN 2 Model Medan. This type of research i s a qualitative descriptive study that is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and actors observed, directed from an individual's background as a whole (holistically) without isolating the individual and his organization in a variable but looking at it as part of a wholeness. This study uses qualitative techniques in data collecting. In general, in qualitative research, researcher uses data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results showed: (1) That the MAN 2 Model Medan Madrasa teacher was a professional teacher. Teacher professionalism correlates with the quality of educational products. Professional teachers make education or a quality learning process, so students are happy to participate in the learning process, so that human resources are produced from quality madrasa graduates, (2) Generally the teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan apply various models of learning both learning cooperative and technology-based learning, (3) That there are two learning strategies that are always carried out by teachers in implementing the learning and teaching process, namely cooperative learning and technology-based learning, the number of teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan have been certified and have better career paths. This can be seen from the large number of teachers who have undertaken higher education, namely Masters. improve the quality management function in the madrasa in its leadership, the processes of the quality management function are carried out, namely: Planning, organizing, Scavenging, and monitoring.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the principal's communication style towards improving teacher performance. Mts Al Huda is one of the educational institutions in Langkat district, which is located at Jl. Kurnia village of Sei Siur Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Leave. Based on the grand tour that the researchers conducted, Mts Al Huda was dominated by underprivileged fishermen's children and Mts Al Huda did not charge education, meaning thats education was held free of charge and had a growing number of students from year to year. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. This approach is used to study the problem and get a deep meaning about the Communication Style of the Head of Madrasah towards increasing Teacher Performance in Mts Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Leave. The results of the study (1) The communication process that occurred in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Langkat is already running well, Madrasah principals use formal and informal communication. Where formal communication is used by the head of the Madrasah in meetings in the form of two-way communication by expecting opinions and suggestions from the forum in making decisions. (2) The efforts of the head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu is by paying attention to the environment, providing motivation so that it makes teachers feel comfortable in carrying out their duties, while maintaining discipline so that good performance from teachers can be realized. (3) communication of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Tool in improving teacher performance using The Equalitarian Style and The Relinguishing Style. These two styles are interconnected, where the Equalitarian Style has a common ground, meaning that this communication is two-way, everyone is free to express their opinions or suggestions.

Abstract

This study discusses how the implementation of interpersonal communication by Madrasah principals will improve teacher performance and how. The role of the head of Madrasah as a communicator is expected to be able to coordinate various tasks and responsibilities so that it will support the improvement of teacher performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely research that contains a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, traits and relationships between the phenomena being investigated and produces data in the form of words or writings and behaviors obtained to reveal the implementation process. interpersonal communication. The results of the study (1) The implementation of interpersonal communication between Madrasah principals and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda has been carried out regularly and continuously.(2) The supporting factors for the implementation of interpersonal communication at Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda include: a good communication climate between the head of the Madrasah and the teacher, the available communication media and the loyalty and dedication of each teacher. (3) Efforts made to overcome interpersonal communication difficulties in Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda include: continuous efforts from the head of Madrasah to create a relaxed atmosphere with teachers, the head of Madrasah prioritizes accepting teachers (not yet PNS) who are fully capable of teaching at school.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan konseling adalah penyelenggara kegiatan bimbingan konseling di sekolah. Guru bimbingan konseling harus memiliki empat kompetensi. Kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi pedagogik. Kompetensi profesional adalah kompetensi yang penting bagi seorang guru karena guru harus profesional di bidangnya. Profesional yang menandakan ia adalah orang yang ahli untuk melaksanakan pelayanan bimbingan konseling. Seorang guru BK harus memberikan pelayanan profesional kepada siswanya di sekolah. Dengan pelayanan profesional diharapkan guru BK memiliki image positif dari siswanya dan masyarakat luas lainnya. Adanya image ini tentu akan memiliki dampak terhadap penilaian bagaimana bimbingan konseling tersebut. Banyaknya kesalahpahaman tentang Bimbingan Konseling menyebabkan keprofesionalan Bimbingan Konseling menjadi tercemar. Menganggap guru Bimbingan Konseling yang tidak profesional, guru Bimbingan Konseling hanya tidak memiliki kejelasan dalam bekerja dan banyak lagi anggapan miris mengenai Bimbingan Konseling oleh siswa dan pihak lainnya. Pada dasarnya bimbingan konseling merupakan suatu profesi yang diakui oleh Undang-Undang namun bagi sebagian yang lainnya itu dipandang sebelah mata. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelayanan profesional dari guru Bimbingan konseling bisa mematahkan anggapan salah mengenai bimbingan konseling dan bisa meminimalisir kesalahpahaman tentang bimbingan konseling. Dengan adanya pelayanan profesional dari guru bimbingan konseling membuktikan bahwa seorang guru adalah seorang yang benar profesional. Pelayanan profesional yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bimbingan konseling menandakan seorang guru bimbingan konseling layak untuk menjadi seorang guru. Dan dengan profesionalnya ini bisa meminimalisir kesalahpahaman tentang bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tidak sesuai dengan materi pelajaran sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya minat belajar hasil belajar siswa. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar belajar siswa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran make a macth pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya kelas V SD Negeri 060952 Medan Labuhan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari siklus perbaikan pembelajaran. Sebagai subjek penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 30 siswa yang berasal dari siswa kelas V SD Negeri 060952 Medan Labuhan. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran IPA berlangsung dengan materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya. Untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen test hasil belajar siswa dan kegiatan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dikemukakan kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan model make a macth aktivitas pembelajaran semangkin meningkat, siswa belajar lebih aktif, pembelajaran berpusat pada guru sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa IPA siswa materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya di kelas V SD Negeri 060952 Medan Labuhan.
