Abstract

Decision Support System is a system was used to help getting making decisions on a problem, such as  selecting students in  the archery sports that will be face to a championship event such as SEA GAMES (South East Games). In Decision Support System there are many methods that can be used, one of them is Analitycal Hierarchy Process method. Analitycal Hierarchy Process method is one of the more efficient decision-making methods because the data is very detailed, all the criteria and alternatives will be compared one by one. The calculation used to solve a problem uses multiplication to relate the preference value, where the value for each criteria and alternative must be searched for eigen / priority vector first, after it is proved consistency using RI table (ratio index), if the result of verification is less than 10% (0.1) then it is consistent and the calculation can be continued, but if the verification result is more than 10% (0.1) then the calculation is considered inconsistent and needs to be repeated from the beginning. This support system uses a web base, where the data entered will be saved into the MySQL database. The test results of the Student Selection Selection Decision Support System Using Analitycal Hierarchy Process Method Based Web get results as expected on the Black Box. Abstract

Development Natural Disaster Information Geografis System is a website service utilizing digital map service. To facilitate the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Community of Madiun Regency in providing and receiving information about the occurrence of Natural Disasters in Madiun District, the need for the application of information systems. The information system can display the points where the Natural Disasters occur. With the Information System, everyone can see the location of the map of the disaster occurrence area along with the description of the area. in this study developed a "Natural Disaster Information System at Madiun district". System development using Build and Fix method, because it is considered fast in making the system. The built system can be expected to assist BPBD officers in performing their duties. So that the system built must have the ability to form information accurately the occurrence of natural disasters. Abstract

In Indonesia, rice is still an essential commodity. Besides as a crop producing staple food for rice, also as a source of eyes the primary search for farmers. Problems that are often experienced by farmers are the threat of pest attacks. If not handled quickly and correctly suffered a massive loss, it can even cause a failed harvest finally harming farmers. In Madiun Regency, the total rice fields are planted hopper infestation before the 2017 rainy season harvest reaching 223 hectares covering Pilangkenceng Subdistrict, Wonoasri, Balerejo, Sawahan, Mejayan, Saradan, and Wungu. So far to suppress attacks Planthopper pests, farmers, give stimulant pesticides to plants that if Improper handling will interfere with health. The best solution is to recognize the initial attack of pests so that the level of attack on plants can be minimized. The limited knowledge and skills of partner farmers in identifying their paddy plants early makes farmers prefer the fast way by spraying pesticides. This Community Service aims to motivate farmers to avoid using pesticides by providing quick and easy and attractive solutions in early detection rice crop pests. To facilitate farmers in detecting pest attacks, a website was developed which contained information about planthopper pest attacks and how to overcome them by using biological agents. Website developed can be used by farmers by accessing it through a browser on a computer device or smartphone device.Keywords : Website, Pest, Rice, Farmers.

Abstract

The Internet is one of the development of information technology. In this case, there are many information systems that use the internet. Information systems created using the internet are called websites. In a study conducted at Paron State Elementary School 02 will be built a web-based school information system.School information systems can help Paron State Elementary School 02 to promote information teaching and learning process in the field of education. Information system Paron 02 State Elementary School web-based this will be built using waterfall method. Waterfall method is very complex and most suitable if applied to the information system that I created. The Paron 02 State Elementary Information System is built on a web-based basis. Where the system can be accessed online by the user. So the system has been built will run according to the function and the desired destination Paron State Elementary School 02. Abstract

The worked principle of solar collector wave absorber plate was to transfer solar radiation to the worked fluid. The solar radiation that falls on the first glass was partially reflected, then on the second glass partially absorbed by the absorbent plate. The heat absorbed by the absorbent plate will be used to heat the worked fluid (water) between the absorbent plate and the storage plate. The purpose of this research was to design and make solar collector used wave plate with two cover glass. The addition of incomed water heat used temperatures of 30 ° C, 40 ° C, 50 ° C. The method used was used an expriment by analyzed the effect of initial heat addition on efficiency. From the results of test data obtained collector performance of solar water heater the greater the addition of heat used then the smaller the efficiency. Abstract

Cement is a basic requirement that is always needed in the construction work. Every year the price of cement has increased. In this experimental study using ash waste bagasse to reduce the amount  of cement in paving by substituting it. Variations in the composition of the addition of bagasse ash are 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% of cement volume and with a ratio of 1: 4, i.e., 1 cement and 4 sand. Based from the results of compressive strength analysis, water absorption, and density, the paving with a mixture of ash-bagasse gain of 5% is the best when compared to other mixtures. The result are a compressive strength of 34.63 MPa, the water retention capacity of 2.12% and the density of 1.39 gr / cm3. The paving with a mixture of 10% bagasse ash yielded a compressive strength of 33.84 Mpa, the water retention capacity of 2.23% and the density of 1.37 g / cm3, indicating that 10% ash addition had the same paving test results without the addition of ash bagasse. In SNI 03-0691-1996, paving with the addition of bagasse ash by 5% and 10% including as the paving of quality B. Keywords : ash of waste bagasse, paving, pozzolan.

Abstract

Bio-briquette is a solid fuel made from organic waste and mixed with other ingredients and then printed using certain pressures so that the desired shape and characteristics are obtained. This study focused on determining the effect of adhesive on density, moisture content and heating value on sengon wood charcoal bio-briquette with variations of tapioca, sago, cornstarch and cassava flour with a pressure of 115 kg / . The results showed that the highest density was 0.56 g/ in the bio-briquette of sengon wood waste charcoal with cassava flour adhesive, the lowest water content was 6.52% in the bio-briquette of sengon wood waste with cornstarch adhesive and the highest heating value was found in briquettes maizena adhesive sengon wood waste is 5,868 cal / gr. Keywords: sengon wood waste briquettes, adhesive, density, moisture content and heating value
