Abstract

Therefore the author conducted a study entitled Review of Purchasing Procedures in the Purchasing Section at PT Duraconindo Pratama Jakarta. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, namely making direct observations relating to the purchase of goods, interviewing by conducting questions and answers directly by asking questions related to purchasing goods in the purchasing department in order to obtain data and information accurate and documentation that is collecting supplementary data related to the purchase of goods at PT. Duraconindo Pratama Jakarta. Procedure for purchasing goods in the purchasing department at PT. Duraconindo Pratama has several stages, namely receiving a list of requests for goods. supplier selection, submission of requests for price quotes, supplier selection based on quality and price, expenditure on purchase orders. Procedure for purchasing goods in the purchasing department at PT. Duraconindo Pratama is good enough, but there needs to be additional human resources in the finance section and minimizing mistakes in shipping goods that are not in accordance with POs, with coordination between suppliers and factories (warehouses).

Abstract

In Indonesia the capital market has increased share sales. Before buying shares, investors should analyze their reports using financial ratios, the ratios used in this study are Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, NPM and EPS on the stock returns of Consumer Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018. Sampling of 22 companies using purposive sampling and this research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis of the T ROA test has a significant level of 0.634> 0.05, NPM has a significant level of 0.792> 0.05 and EPS has a significant level of 0.037 <0.05. This explains partially ROA and NPM have no effect on stock returns and only EPS has a significant effect and positive on stock returns. From the results of the analysis of the F ROA test, NPM and EPS have a significant level of 0.033 <0.05 which explains simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Bank Health Analysis Using Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital Methods in Rural Credit Banks in Financial Services Authority in 2014-2018. This research uses qualitative approach, sources of documentation data and downloads from official website of Financial Services Authority. Type of data used is secondary data. Population in this study are 27 BPR in Batam City. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method so the samples obtained are 16 BPR. Analysis method used is risk profile measured by the ratio of Non Performing Loans, Good Corporate Government measured using managerial ownership. Earning measured by Return On Assets and Capital measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio. Based on results of analysis, this research shows that during 2014 to 2018 BPRs registered with Financial Service Authority Batam City get an average rating of 1 or very healthy. Non Performance Loan ratio calculation illustrates banks manage non-performing credit risk well. Good Corporate Governance evaluation shows that management of company has been running well. Return on Asset calculation shows ability of BPR to achieve high profits. Capital Adequacy Ratio calculations above minimum limit of Bank Indonesia are considered able to manage their capital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of capital adequacy ratio, risk profile and operation expenses for operating income on return on equity of bank registered at Indonesia Financial Authority for 2014-2018. Risk profile divided into financing to deposit ratio and non performing financing. Analyze used is multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination test. Total population are 52 banks, using purposive sampling techniques, samples are 24 banks. Result of t-test are capital adequacy ratio affect to return on equity by t-arithmetic -5,885>t-table 1,658 with significance value of 0,000>0,05, financing to deposit ratio affect to return on equity by t-arithmetic -2,320>t-table 1,658 with significance value 0,022<0,05, non performing financing affect to return on equity by t-arithmetic -2,405>t-table 1,658 with significance value 0,018<0,05 and operation expenses operation income by t-arithmetic-13,697>t-table 1,658 with significance value 0,000> 0,05. F test’s result of capital adequacy ratio, financing to deposit ratio, non performing financing and operation expenses operating income influence return on equity calculated on F value 64,090>F table 2,450. Result on coefficient of determination test shows independent variable influences 69% affect return on equity, and 31% is influenced by other variables no included in this research.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently very rapidly enjoying the development of communication and information technology, the internet network which is a technology product that is very rapidly used throughout the world, including in the country of Indonesia. The use of social media applications in Indonesia based on some existing research agency data always puts Indonesia as the largest country in the use of social media, including social media Instagram. The massive use of Instagram social media has made several news contributors in Jabodetabek create an Instagram account to be a means of information about Jabodetabek that is always up to date and honest in broadcasting. It is not easy to get the appropriate results in the expectations, if without the previous strategy. The visual communication process strategy can be a powerful weapon to get the maximum results that the story sounds to date.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is find out the analysis of effect of liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), profitability ratio (ROA) and inventory turnover to assess the value of company. In this study, data used are secondary data derived from company's financial statements, and used many as 17 companies out of 111 objects are retail trade, service, and investment companies listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. Data collection techniques used in form of documentation techniques. Data processing technique used data processing with SPSS version 21. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression. Results of T test show that partially Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while ROA and inventory turnover have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Results of F test analysis indicate that variable Liquidity Ratio, Profitability and Inventory Turnover together have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The company was founded aiming to achieve maximum profit, to improve the welfare of shareholders, through the company's ability to pay dividends. The company invest their funds to get high dividends, so potential investors are interested in investing. The number of investors who want to invest in a company affects the company's stock price. The value of the company's shares is shown as the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and leverage on firm value. The study population consisted of 72 companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The research sampling technique used a purposive sampling method to obtain 55 companies that met the criteria. This research data is secondary data from annual financial statements. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. F test results indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and leverage simultaneously affect the value of the company. T test results show managerial ownership and leverage do not have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Financial statements become an important part of a company that cannot be eliminated, because the for that the company must present financial statements properly and in accordance with accounting rules. Generally companies that have go public use the services of an Auditor external which results in an Audit fee that must be paid by the company. The amount of audit fees paid by companies varies each year. Some factors that can affect audit fees include company size, profitability, complexity and type of company ownership. Audit fee is a fee paid by the company to the auditor for services, time and energy services that have been issued for the examination of financial statements to be presented correctly. The company was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample collection method used is purposive sampling which is chosen based on certain criteria and researchers' considerations. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that company size has a significant effect on audit fee, while profitability, complexity and type of ownership have no significant effect on audit fee.

Abstract

Around the world, especially in Indonesia, competition and growth in the economy are increasing rapidly. In order to maintain business continuity or business continuity, economic actors will carry out various types of methods or strategies. Companies that have high company value will attract investors to plant shares so that company finance will also increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Stock price, Dividend and Earning per share on the value of the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This study uses a sampling technique with a purposive sampling method so that there are 6 companies that meet the criteria.This study uses SPSS version 22 in processing data. F test results are stock price, dividend and earning per share simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. T test results are partially, stock price and earning per share have a significant effect on firm value and dividend have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity on Dividend Policy. Allegedly dominant factor can influence Dividend Policy is Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity. This research was conducted at the basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 with a total population of 63 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 15 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially profitability does not have a variable effect on dividend policy, leverage and liquidity have a significant influence on dividend policy. Simultaneously, variable Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity affect the dividend policy. On testing the coefficient of determination R2, obtained variable Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity variables has a R2 value of 0.136. This means that the percentage of variables profitability, leverage and liquidity in the regression model by 13.6 percent. Or variations of variables dividend policy can be explained Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity amounted to 13.6 percent of the remaining 86.4 percent can be explained by other variables not included in this research model.
