In various literatures on the economy is divided into two sectors: the real sector which includes the service market and the market for goods, and the monetary sector which consists of the money market and the capital market (wealth). In some economic systems, the monetary (financial) flowing in a country will affect the rate of the economy. Monetary economy can be applied in a policy called monetary policy. In a conventional discussion, a monetary policy is implemented to achieve an increase in national income, to stabilize market prices, and to control the inflation rate. To achieve these macroeconomic goals, interest rates are used which is a weakness of the conventional monetary system. The subsequent use of interest rates has led to an economic crisis, even a global financial crisis, therefore there is monetary policy in the Islamic economy to reduce interest rates.It can be concluded that the influence of the financial system and monetary policy in the perspective of Islamic economics in the New Order era and Islam has its own monetary policy that is different from other economic systems. In the aspect of the goal of Islam, it does not only emphasize equilibrium between the demand and supply of money but also strives for equality with the principles of justice and brotherhood, so as to create a fair distribution of wealth and income as well. In connection with the needs of a new economic system, the Islamic monetary system offers a solution to overcome the financial crisis. [Di berbagai literature tentang ekonomi terbagi dalam dua sektor: sektor real yang mencakup pasar jasa dan pasar barang-barang, dan sektor moneter yang terdiri dari pasar uang dan pasar modal (kekayaan). Dalam sebagian sistem ekonomi, moneter (keuangan) yang mengalir di sebuah Negara akan mempengaruhi laju ekonomi. Ekonomi moneter bisa diaplikasikan dalam sebuah kebijakan yang disebut kebijakan moneter. Dalam suatu pembahasan konvensional, sebuah kebijakan moneter diJalankan untuk mencapai peningkatan pendapatan nasional, untuk menstabilkan harga pasar, dan mengontrol laju inflasi. Untuk memperoleh tujuan ekonomi makro tersebut, suku bunga digunakan di mana hal tersebut menjadi kelemahan dari sistem moneter konvensional. Penggunaan suku bunga selanjutnya sudah menyebabkan krisis ekonomi, bahkan krisis keuangan global maka dari itu adanya kebijakan moneter dalam ekonomi islam untuk mengurangi suku bunga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh sistem keuangan dan kebijakan moneter dalam perspektif ekonomi islam pada era orde baru dan islam memiliki kebijakan moneter tersendiri yang berbeda dengan sistem ekonomi lainnya. Pada aspek tujuan Islam tidak hanya menekankan equilibrium antara permintaan dan penawaran uang akan tetapi juga mengupayakan terjadinya pemerataan dengan prinsip keadilan dan persaudaraan, sehingga tercipta distribusi kekayaan dan pendapatan secara adil pula. Berkaitan dengan kebutuhan sistem ekonomi baru, sistem moneter islam menawarkan sebuah solusi untuk mengatasi krisis keuangan.]

Abstract

This research aims to analyse employee’s motivation at XYZ sub-district office in South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative, that analysed the data based on reality, then connected to the theory that supports the discussion, then the author draws conclusions from the explanation. The social situation consists of place, actors, and activity in Kelurahan XYZ Office. All the employee were the actors as the main source of information in the research. Data collection techniques used primary data sources from interviews, observations, documentation studies, library research, and secondary data sources consisting of general company data, personnel data, organizational structures and charts. The data analysis technique used the theory of Miles consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and also using source triangulation techniques to develop the validity of the data obtained. The results shown, the employee motivation at Kelurahan XYZ was good and needed to be increased, the efforts made in providing motivation to employees have met standards and still needed strengthening, and several factors founded that became obstacles in providing motivation such as; the lack of human resources, and it was found that on the average employees are approaching retirement age. Overall, motivation can lead to employee productivity in the future. This can be done through increasing and strengthening employee motivation, and minimizing or eliminating the inhibiting factors in the implementation of providing employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop training media in the form of video tutorials and test the feasibility of the resulting media products. This study used the Research and Development method and was developed using the ADDIE development model which includes 5 stages of development, namely: 1) Analyze, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implement, and 5) Evaluation. Trials in the form of media evaluation were carried out to material experts, media experts, and linguists. Meanwhile, user trials are carried out individually, small groups, and field trials. This evaluation and trial was carried out to assess the feasibility of the media as a training medium for sweetbreads. The results of the recapitulation carried out obtained a percentage of 97% by material experts, 91% by media experts, and 91% by linguists. In the individually trial the percentage was 87%, the small group was 91%, and the field trials was 91%. The results of the assessment showed that the video tutorials media for making various types of sweet bread was declared suitable for use as a training medium.

Abstract

This article discusses qualitatively descriptive about how edupreneurship utilizes agricultural waste in the Volvariela Volvacea mushroom cultivation business so that it becomes one of the business opportunities. This is one of the follow-up community service activities in the form of dharmatula in Kuranji village, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara province related to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of agricultural products by utilizing agricultural waste. With the aim to be able to create jobs, reduce the increase in the amount of agricultural organic waste, increase the value and benefits of agricultural waste, provide education of entrepreneurial spirit to the younger generation. In this case, the author also explains in detail how to breed and market the production results of Volvariela Volvacea mushroom cultivation. In this article also discussed the calculation of production costs and opportunities for the cultivation of Volvariela Volvacea mushrooms so that it can be ascertained that mushrooms have economic value because if carried out properly it only takes 3 months to return the business investment capital. Through edupreneurship, it is also expected to be one of the alternative solutions in overcoming agricultural waste/waste as well as empowering the younger generation to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Microsoft Office Translator This research was conducted by the author with the aim of knowing more details about state institutions that have the authority to form laws. This study intends to review the 1945 Constitution before it is amended and after the amendment, in addition to reviewing with Law Number: 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Laws and Regulations. The method that the author used in this study, is the normative juridical research method. While the material or data used to answer the problems discussed in this study, by searching and collecting material derived from literature data. The results of this study show that law-forming state institutions are state institutions that take part in the process of forming laws. Before the amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the state institutions authorized to form laws were the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) and the DPR. And after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the authority to form laws changed, consisting of the DPR, the President and the DPD. However, the power to form laws is in the hands of the DPR, while the DPD legislative power is still very limited and only has the authority to participate in discussing draft laws related to Regional Autonomy, Central and Regional Relations, the Establishment of the expansion and processing of natural resources and other economic resources, and the balance of central and regional finances.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the affix derivational process and understanding the position of word meaning in a spectacle through Marvel Studios' Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Playlist on Youtube. Descriptive qualitative is used as the research method with morphology as the approach. Data collection is done by sorting the data based on the affix derivational process. Through this research, 71 data points were obtained in the form of 5 prefixes and 66 suffixes with 11 types of word class changes. The suffixes -ing and -ed are the most common in the video playlist, with adjective to adjective as the most common word class found. The use of these derivational affixes contributes to word renewal as well as expanding word class changes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how significant the influence of material management owned by the project team has an impact on the implementation of project financial performance. Research on stakeholder interaction analysis is designed based on its objectives, including explanatory research. The results showed that the application of the Lean Construction approach in material management can have a significant impact on improving project cost performance. Reducing material waste through the identification and elimination of waste provides the potential for significant cost savings. In addition, the use of effective material management strategies, such as reliable supplier selection, good inventory control, and proper coordination between project teams, also contributes to cost efficiency. In conclusion, material management has a significant influence on project financial performance directly with the lean construction process.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the factors causing variation order in the Wastewater project. (2) Knowing the effects of variation orders on contractors/service providers in wastewater projects. The type of research used in this study is the quantitative research method. The quantitative research method uses research data in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistics from the results of data collection that have been verified and validated by experts, research variables that will be used in the next questionnaire stage obtained 11 variables of factors causing variation orders and 10 variables of the influence of variation orders on contractors, can be seen in appendix 2. then the following conclusions can be drawn: a) The dominant factors causing the Variation Order in wastewater projects in the DKI Jakarta Government, b) The dominant influence of the Variation Order on service providers/contractors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether carbon-sulfur and dirty sulfur solid waste added materials can be used for concrete manufacturing, obtain and analyze the formulation of a 2% carbon sulfur mixture with concrete compressive strength, and the cost value. This research is experimental where this study aims to determine the relationship between concrete compressive strength and compression testing machine tools. The test specimen made in this experiment is a concrete cylinder. The data form of this study is numeric. The conclusions that can be drawn from the discussion for carbon-sulfur and dirty sulfur solid waste research are as follows: Carbon sulfur &; dirty sulfur from the results of the laboratory test determination shows that the toxicity characteristics leaching procedure (TCLP) value and total concentration (TK) have not exceeded the Category B threshold according to PP22 of 2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the picture of ethnic Chinese in the film "Turning Red". Cultural elements are language systems, knowledge systems, kinship systems and social organizations, systems of living equipment and technology, economic or livelihood systems, religious and artistic systems. The film "Turning Red" was used as the subject of this study because it has a cultural background of a Chinese family living in Toronto, Canada. This qualitative research uses content analysis method. Many depictions of Chinese culture are found in this film. Religious elements are the dominating element in this film, followed by other elements except language elements that are not depicted in this film.

Abstract

According to WHO in Indonesia there are 7-10% of children with special needs. Children with special needs have lower levels of dental and oral health and hygiene than normal children. Based on a survey in Velezuelan and a study in Malaysia, autistic children have calculus with poor criteria. Autism is one of the complex disorders of child development. Autistic children have problems with their behavior, one of which is hyperactivity or hyperactivity. Hypnotherapy is a method of treatment and healing commonly known as hypnosis. Hypnosis is one therapy that is expected to reduce the level of hyperactivity and cooperation in autistic children. This study aims to prove the effect of hypnotherapy in the management of scaling in autistic children by increasing children's cooperative attitudes and decreasing calculus index in autistic children. This research is a quasy experiment pre and post-test design ( Non-equivalent Control Group). Respondents amounted to 20 children divided into 2 groups. The data of the model test results were analyzed using paired t tests and independent t tests. Based on the results of the study, the effect of hypnotherapy on increasing the cooperative attitude of autistic children is with (P = 0.000), and decreasing the calculus index with (P = 0.000). And showed the delta value of the child's cooperative attitude (10.100) which was higher than the control group and calculus index (1.166) which was higher than the control group. The influence of hypnotherapy in the management of scaling in autistic children is characterized by an increase in the child's cooperative attitude and a decrease in the calculus index in autistic children.
