Several researchers have carried out studies on the development of Arabic teaching materials before this. Unlike the previous ones, this research intends to describe the product of Arabic teaching materials for non-Arabic students in Indonesia. The focus of the study includes the principles, principles, and models of developing Arabic teaching materials. The research method is library research, namely by collecting data from source books, journals, and documents that are considered appropriate to the focus of this research analysis. The results of the study indicate that several principles need to be considered in the development of teaching materials, namely cultural and social principles, psychological principles, and linguistic and educational principles. Some of the principles in the development of Arabic teaching materials are scientific, paying attention to the development and needs of students, systematic, relevance or suitability, consistency, adequacy or adequacy, actual and contextual, flexible and comprehensive. Abstract

In this study, the authors describe and explain the various types of dialect insertions that occur when Arabic is spoken by PBA IAIN Kendari students. Data were collected through qualitative and descriptive research, and the results are described in detail. PBA students at the IAIN Kendari campus are motivated by several ethnic groups in Southeast Sulawesi, including the Tolaki tribe whose language has the dialect insertion of deela, mi, ji, pokoknya, pucat, nah. Also, the Butonese and Wolio tribes whose languages have local dialects insertion ee, mi, mo kae, kaasi, and garaa. Bugis language has inserts ki, ka, ja, and pale. The Kabaena and Moronene tribes insert local dialects, namely na awu, amaa, nde e and baa. The Muna tribe has a local dialect with the insertion of kunae. Fields inserted using local dialects often occur in both formal and informal contexts. The insertion of local dialects used in communicative languages results in the form of transcoding and code-mixing. Transcoding that occurs can be in the form of a single sentence or dialogue. The implications of this research are expected to contribute to the use of Arabic which is still considered by many people to be difficult to use and understand until now. By inserting a local dialect, the use of Arabic will be easy to use and understand in the form of daily communication.Dialectology, Arabic, Code Mixing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between memorizing the Qur'an and the ability to read aloud Arabic at the Mu'alimin Islamic Boarding School Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka Bukittinggi. The research sample amounted to 66 students obtained through a systematic sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this paper was a test consisting of a memorizing of the Qur'an and a test of reading aloud Arabic. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis technique. The results showed that ro was greater than rt (0.424 > 0.242) at a significance level of 5%, therefore the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the memorization of the Qur'an and the ability to read Arabic aloud and the level of the relationship is in the medium category.
