Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the "Guest Comes" method can improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in compiling the K13 simplified RPP for the Covid emergency. This research was conducted in two ways, namely face-to-face and online (GUEST COME). Face-to-face is done by means of workshops and observations as well as teacher supervision of the knowledge and abilities of teachers in preparing lesson plans. Observations and supervision carried out by supervisors on teachers in target schools using instruments. while the online method is carried out by supervisors using WA media such as video calls and chats. The results obtained in this study were that prior to the research, the knowledge and skills of teachers in compiling the K13 simplified RPP for COVID-19 emergency was an average of 58.3%. After the research was conducted, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers in compiling the K13 simplified RPP for the Covid emergency by 85.83%. So it can be said that there has been a significant increase that the use of the "GUEST COME" method can improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in preparing the K13 simplified RPP for the covid emergency.

Abstract

This study aims of school action search to increase teachers understanding of cultural education and national character through school MGMP activities. School action research is carried out at SMP N 38 Pekanbaru, 2020. The research subject are 25 teachers. Data collection techniques are by concludting guidance on school MGMP activities. The research instrument is in the form of a test question. The discussion technique in this research is done descriptively, namely the data obtained are analyzed and then described in the form of sentences and conclusions are drawn. The pre-cycle is only 40 % which is categorized as suffient. In cycle 1 it increased by 70% in the good category. In cycle 2 it increased by 85% in the very goog category. MGMP activities can increase teachers’ understanding of cultural education and national character.

Abstract

The number of Early Age students at the Non-formal Education Institution "Smart Center Indonesia" during the Covid 19 pandemic increased by 58.92%, from this data it raises a big question mark for researchers how is the perception of parents towards online learning during the Covid 19 Pandemic so that the number of students has increased. student enrollment drastically. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method from the results of parental interview data which aims to examine parents' perceptions of online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic from the increase in the number of early age students in non-formal education institutions "Smart Center Indonesia". The result is that from 5 respondents, it was found that the perception of parents who were worried about online learning during the covid 19 pandemic, thus increasing the number of early age students in non-formal education institutions "smart center Indonesia". cannot pass into the best elementary school according to parents, worried that the child will not be able to follow the learning process at the next level, namely the elementary school level. Jumlah siswa jenjang Usia Dini di Lembaga Pendidikan Nonformal “Smart Center Indonesia” selama pandemi Covid 19 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 58,92%, dari data ini menimbulkan tanda tanya besar bagi peneliti bagaimana persepsi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran daring dimasa Pandemik Covid 19 sehingga mengalami peningkatan jumlah pendaftaran siswa secara drastis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dari hasil data wawancara orangtua yang bertujuan meneliti persepsi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid 19 dari peningkatan jumlah siswa jenjang usia dini di lembaga pendidikan nonformal “Smart Center Indonesia”. Hasilnya terdapat Dari 5 responden didapatkan persepsi orang tua yang khawatir terhadap pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi covid 19 sehingga meningkatkan jumlah siswa jenjang usia dini di lembaga pendidikan nonformal “smart center indonesia”.Persepsi kekhawatiran itu adalah khawatir terhadap hasil belajar anak yang tidak maksimal, khawatir anak tidak dapat lulus masuk di sekolah dasar yang terbaik menurut orang tua, khawatir anak tidak dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran dijenjang berikutnya yaitu jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Children are true learners who always want to know in realizing curiosity and expressing their feelings. All parents naturally want to make their children happy, seeing them grow up healthy, smart, and successful in their lives. Therefore, in order to educate children, they must use reliable strategies, such as using games. Playing in principle is the most influential factor in a child's self-development period, essentially playing is very closely related to children's development. Learning to play is expected to increase children's knowledge, creativity, and various aspects of children's development, especially cognitive intelligence on children's creativity. Therefore the implementation of pre-school children's education has been regulated in the National Education System Law by finding a new perspective on children's education, namely the concept of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in 2003. The idea of ​​PAUD basically wants to sharpen the concept of pre-school children's education as an initial view according to the context of the times. Therefore, departing from children as an initial step to introduce education to early childhood, it is hoped that through block games can improve the development of children's creativity, especially in early childhood in Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri 2 Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai. So the authors raise the title of this study: Improving Early Childhood Creativity Through Playing Method with Beams in TK Negeri 2 Bukit Kapur, Dumai City, 2018/2019 Academic Year. This research is a field research, while the type of this research is action research that is focused in the arithmetic area or commonly referred to as Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research). In collecting the data needed the author uses data sources consisting of two sources, the first is the primary data source, the type of data taken from direct observation in class at B-1. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study can be shown by the authors there is an increase in each cycle, from cycle I, and cycle II. The authors conclude that the Method of Playing with Beam Games can enhance the Development of Creativity in children in the Taman Kanak- kanak Negeri 2 Bukit Kapur Kota Dumai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between understanding of riya material by staying away from behavior humblebrag among millennial erastudents of 03 Tapung Public Senior High School, Pekanbaru Regency. The population in this study were all students of class XI totaling 146 students. The research sample was 25% or 36 students. Sampling using proportional sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is thecorrelation product moment. Based on the results of thecorrelation test, product moment it can be concluded that the correlation of understanding of real material by staying away from behavior humblebrag millennial erain high school students 03 Tapung, Kampar district is 0.852. It can be interpreted the coefficient value using the interpretation table of the correlation coefficient and the"r" value Product Moment. With df = 36-2 = 34, it can be seen that rtable at a significant level of 5% = 0.329. So this shows that rxy = 0.852> rtable > 0.329 at a significant level of 5%, which means that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a significant correlation between understanding the real material and staying away frombehavior humblebrag millennial erain class XI students. at 03 Tapung Public Senior High School.
