Abstract

Based on police data quoted from one of the online news portal pages, there are 43,842 thousand criminal acts in the The Capital City of Jakarta. Of all these criminal cases burglary empty houses included in the top three acts of crime. Houses that are abandoned by their owners are often targeted by crime operations due to lack of close supervision and security support technology. The purpose of this study is to detect human motion which can later be used to prevent crime in the form of theft. Another purpose of this research is to find out how the method used works in identifying changes in the image of several consecutive frames. This research develops a motion detection system in humans on video using a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera which is simulated using sample video. The motion detection process uses the Accumulative Differences Image (ADI) method and the human detection process uses the classification of Opencv, the Haar Cascade Classification. Which with this method compares more than two different frames and the classification parameters used are full-body, upper body and face. System testing is done using several video samples taken with the distance and height of the camera against different objects. The results obtained from testing using video samples show an accuracy rate of 95.23%.

Abstract

The development of information technology can no longer be solved by everyday life. Smart concepts based on information technology continue to be developed and applied through smart cities to smaller areas of smart villages. Development of infrastructure and internet networks supporting the concept of smart villages in empowering the community one of which is in the field of tourism. The increase in village income is carried out in the form of capacity development, skills, independence, empowerment, and community development in the field of information technology. The community is expected to discover the potential of villages supported by the application of information technology to improve the standard of living and quality of life of the Aikdewa village community. Smart villages provide support in order to raise awareness and interest in the economic, social and cultural aspects to be raised as economic assets that can increase people's income in order to obtain a more prosperous life. Smart villages can also foster and enhance partnerships to acquire various skills (administration, education, and information technology) so as to develop good collaboration in developing, empowering, and increasing the independence of tourism businesses as one of the pillars of the family economy.

Abstract

Government Work Units to use a one data policy approach. The purpose of using this data includes the use of data for schools, taking care of data licensing, managing social assistance, all of which must be the same as the data sources in the Population and Civil Registration Office so that no more people have different identities. Based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 61 of 2015 concerning Requirements, Scope and Procedures for Granting Access Rights and Utilization of Population Identification Number, Population Data, and Electronic Resident Identity Cards, data utilization access permits are granted by the Regent / Mayor. After submitting the permit to the Regent / Mayor, then the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) is signed. Furthermore, the Regional Apparatus Organization or public service agencies form a Technical Team implementing the cooperation. Furthermore, data access will be given according to their needs and usage. The user access institution will be monitored by the Regent / Mayor through the Department of population and civil registration, and periodic control, supervision and evaluation will be conducted.

Abstract

During the pandemic covid 19 we are experiencing at this time, various technological innovations are created as the first step in breaking the chain of corona virus. One way that can be implemented in breaking the covid pandemic chain of 19, especially in public areas is by spraying a disinfectant liquid that can be done continuously. Optimization of spraying disinfectant liquid can be done by utilizing technology that is able to work automatically. This research makes a disinfectant sprayer chamber as a technological innovation. Automation of disinfectant sprayers can be done by utilizing the ATemega328 microcontroller as an automatic machine to activate the sprayer pump based on the detection of objects that are around it with the help of an ultrasonic sensor. Determination of the distance reading of the object greatly determines the performance of the ultrasonic sensor in providing input to the microcontroller. The smart sprayer system is capable of activating a 12Volt DC pump with a voltage of 5 amperes. This smart sprayer disinfectant control system can be applied to the gate or hallway at the center of the crowd.

Abstract

Sasak Language is one of the regional languages used to communicate by the people of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. But along with the development of technology, especially in the field of Android smartphones, the Sasak language has begun to fade, not a few people in Lombok who do not understand the language, Lombok Sasak vocabulary especially the current generation. This is caused by environmental factors of family, school and friends who use Indonesian in daily conversation. The solution to this problem is to design an Android-based Sasak Smooth dictionary application. The main purpose of the Sasak Halus dictionary application is to assist them in finding Indonesian or Sasak Halus translations effectively and efficiently on smartphone media. Sasak Fine-language dictionary application based on Android-based APPS in the form of an installer that can be used on Android-based smartphones with a minimum version of 4.00 and above. In testing using black box testing and testing on smartphones, the application can run smoothly.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the most widely consumed plantation commodities in Indonesia and has great opportunities to be developed, especially in the field of market development. The thing that becomes an obstacle for coffee entrepreneurs is the right segmentation of the coffee market with the vast Indonesian state. This study aims to segment the coffee market in Indonesia by utilizing coffee image data available on Instagram social media with image classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and histogram feature extraction, so as to determine the exact coffee market segmentation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Social media currently has an extraordinary influence in decision making, including in the tourism industry to find out the reputation and popularity of a tourist destination. At present the use and use of social media is not only limited to entertainment media but also as a medium or a place to share information both information that is considered important or not important and neglected. In this study, we utilize data scattered through Instagram posts related to tourist destinations to be used as references to find out the reputation of tourist destinations on the island of Lombok. The data used comes from Instagram with a total of 600 datasets, using three keywords namely beach, dyke and hill. The method used is the Naive Bayes Classifier which will be used to classify postings and Instagram comments by classifying into positive, negative and neutral posts to tourist destinations. The results of this study can show that the accuracy of naive bayes is 59%, while tourist attractions or tourist destinations which are categorized as popular for the beach are Kuta Beach with 85% percentage and for the Gili category that is 47% Gili Air namely, mountain Mount Rinjani with a percentage of 60%.

Abstract

Kindergarten Education (TK) is a form of early childhood education, namely children aged four to six years. The purpose of kindergarten education is to lay the foundation towards the development of attitudes, knowledge, skills and creativity needed by children to adjust to the environment and their subsequent development into a literacy and numeracy school. To develop basic abilities of early childhood in reading and reading required interesting methods and make children interested in learning, so many books are available in bookstores with various colours and interesting shapes, but sometimes they also need to hear how to pronounce and hear what they learn independently. To develop their interest in learning independently in reading, writing and counting can be done by creating an M3 learning media application (reading, writing, counting) that they can access on a smartphone, with this learning media can make it easier for them to remember what they have heard and seen when accessing these learning media when playing Smartphone.

Abstract

This Repository Information System is an idea that appears to help agencies manage thesis archiving that was previously still done conventionally by collecting the results of thesis binding (hardcopy) and CD containing the sis files along with the source code of the program that was made (softcopy) into a digital system new and modern. Repository Information System is a system that is expected to help the School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) Shaykh Zainuddin NW Anjani to organize the archiving of thesis data that has been done by students to be neater, safer and easier to manage. The repository information system was developed using the waterfall software development process model and object oriented analysis modeling, then implemented using the Codeigniter programming language, one of the PHP frameworks. The result of this study is a website-based the sis repository system that can archive student thesis data and can also be used to search and display existing the sis data through the admin or user interface in this case students.

Abstract

Reproductive health is a state of mental health, physical and social welfare as a whole in all related to the systems and functions and processes and not just conditions that are free from disease and disability and are formed based on legal marriage, able to meet the proper spiritual and material needs, devoted to God Almighty, spiritual have a harmonious, harmonious, balanced relationship between family members and between family and society and the environment. Reproductive health includes three components, namely: ability, success, and safety. Expert sys tem is the right answer to the above problems because the expert system is a system designed to be able to imitate the expertise of an expert or expert in answering questions and solving a problem. Problem-solving is given to users through dialogue with them so that helps someone who is not an expert in answering questions, solving problems and making decisions that are usually done by an expert. The method used in knowledge representation is forward chaining. The results provide the possibility of venereal disease experienced by the user, the diagnosis in this system is done by the user filling out complaints or symptoms experienced when using this system. The results of the design will be made using the Delphi 7 Programming Language because it can create application programs that match the user-friendly appearance.
