Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA melalui Pendekatan Kontekstual pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 008 Kecamatan Nongsa Kota Batam Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Sebagai subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 008 Nongsa. Dalam pengumpulan data , metode yang dipergunakan sebagai metode pokok adalah observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penerapan pendekatan kontekstual pada kelas VI SD Negeri 008 Nongsa, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 37 anak mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kelas terjadi peningkatan yaitu pada tes awal sebesar 60,81, siklus I 71,49 dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 84,59. Hal yang sama terjadi pada peningkatan jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai batas tuntas minimal (>75) yaitu sebelum tindakan 12 peserta didik (32,43%), yang tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 24 peserta didik (64,86%) dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 31 peserta didik (83,78%). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan kontekstual terbukti dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPA pada siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 008 Nongsa tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve teacher skills, student activities, and student learning outcomes. Describe the improvement of learning outcomes of third grade students of SDN 3 Sukajawa in thematic learning in Theme 5 Weather. This research design is a classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles in each cycle consisting of 2 meetings with the stages of planning, implementing the action, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were third grade students of SDN 3 Sukajawa. Data collection techniques used test and non-test techniques. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. Research results of this research is that by applying the cooperative learning model the talking chips type can improve the thematic learning outcomes of the 5 weather themes. suggestions for teachers of this method can be used by teachers in the learning process of other subjects.

Abstract

The success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom is largely determined by the learning strategy, however complete and clear the other components, without being implemented through the right strategy, these components will have no meaning in the process of achieving goals. Therefore, each teacher will be required to apply certain strategies or methods in the implementation of learning. This research is based on the problems raised from the very low scores of science lessons, namely getting an average grade of 45.3 where only 10.52% scored above the KKM. Therefore, the researcher carried out a follow-up research with the formulation of the problem: How to improve the learning outcomes of Natural Science in the material of Energy and its changes by implementing the Discovery Learning model in Class VI semester II students of SDN 1 Sukamenanti Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, 2017-2018 ? While the objectives of this study are: (a) Knowing the improvement of learning outcomes in the Natural Science Matari Energy and its changes after the application of the Discovery Learning model in Class VI semester II students of SDN 1 Sukamenanti, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, 2017-2018 Academic Year. (b) To determine the improvement in the learning achievement of grade VI students at SDN 1 Sukamenanti through the Discovery Learning model. (c) Improving the implementation of Natural Science learning in improving learning outcomes in class VI semester II students of SDN 1 Sukamenanti, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, 2017-2018 Academic Year This research uses action research as many as three rounds. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the sixth grade students of SDN 01 Sukamenanti, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, 2016-2017 Academic Year. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (26.31%), cycle II (47.36%), cycle III (89.47%). The conclusion of this study is that the Discovery Learning model can have a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Grade VI students of SDN 1 Sukamenanti, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City for the 2016-2017 Academic Year, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning science.

Abstract

Based on the results of the reflections of class V teachers at SDN 3 Sukajawa, teachers more often use lecture and assignment methods. Teachers have not used innovative and creative approaches, methods, and learning models. This causes students to be less enthusiastic about learning mathematics because they are only passive learning objects and only do assignments given by the teacher. To improve this, the Team Games Tournamet (TGT) type cooperative learning model was chosen. This research is a classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 meetings. The research subjects were teachers (researchers) and fifth grade students of SDN 3 Sukajawa with a total of 36 students. Research colleagues were selected as observers. The variables of this research are Teacher Skills, Student Activities and Learning Outcomes. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) The skills of the teacher in learning mathematics from the KPK and FPB materials through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model in the first cycle got a score of 27 (good) increased in the second cycle got a score of 31.5 (very good ); (2) Student activities in learning Mathematics on the KPK and FPB material through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model in cycle I got an average score of 17.47 (good) increased in cycle II got a score of 20.29 (good) ; (3) Student learning outcomes in Mathematics learning material KPK and FPB through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model in cycle I got an average score of 68.61 (sufficient) increased in cycle II got a score of 78.06 (good ); (4) Classical completeness of student learning in Mathematics learning material for KPK and FPB through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model in cycle I experienced a classical completeness percentage of 69.4% and in cycle II an increase in the percentage of classical completeness to 83 , 3%. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of learning mathematics material from KPK and FPB through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model in class V SDN 3 Sukajawa has increased. The suggestion from the researcher is that research on the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model should not stop here, but can be continued to future research to obtain more accurate results regarding the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model.

Abstract

: The teacher's habit of using the lecture method in mathematics makes students less enthusiastic and less motivated to take part in learning. This is because when learning takes place, teacher centered activities, while students only listen to the material delivered by the teacher. With methods that are less varied and only rely on teachers in learning, many students experience difficulties in learning mathematics, especially in FPB and KPK material. Based on these problems, the solution chosen was to apply the peer tutor method, guided by peer tutors, then students were expected to be able to solve questions related to FPB and KPK. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether through the application of the peer tutor method can improve mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SDN 1 Langkapura for the 2018/2019 academic year? The purpose of this study was to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of determining FPB and KPK for grade IV SDN 1 Langkapura students. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 40 grade students of SDN 1 Langkapura for the 2018/2019 academic year, with a total of 40 students consisting of 21 male students and 19 female students. Data collection techniques used test and non-test techniques. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles, each consisting of 2 meetings. Each meeting consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that students' completeness in classical learning increased from 57.5% in the pre-cycle to 70% in the first cycle and increased again to 85% in the second cycle. The data has reached the set success indicator, which is 85%. The average score of the students' formative tests increased from 58.0 in the pre-cycle stage to 69.75 in the first cycle and to 76.50 in the second cycle. These data have reached an indicator of research success, namely the average score of students ≥ 60. The number of students who scored above the KKM has also increased. In the pre-cycle stage there were 23 students or 57.5%, increasing in the first cycle to 28 students or 70% and again experiencing an increase in the second cycle to 34 students or 85%. This data has reached an indicator of research success, namely the number of students who score above the KKM by 75%. The conclusion of this research is that through the application of the peer tutor method in learning mathematics can improve teacher skills, student activities, and student learning outcomes of Class IV SDN 1 Langkapura for the 2018/2019 academic year. Suggestions are given that teachers should use innovative models and varied media in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui strategi pembelajaran Planted Questions pada siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Campang Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pada setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan tiga pertemuan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Campang Raya Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal meningkat dari 20% pada pra siklus menjadi 60% pada siklus I dan meningkat kembali menjadi 84% pada siklus II. Dengan nilai rata-rata tes formatif siswa meningkat dari 64,00 pada tahap pra siklus, menjadi 72,00 pada siklus I dan menjadi 83,44 pada siklus II. Kemudian jumlah siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM juga telah mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada tahap prasiklus sebanyak 5 siswa, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 15 siswa dan mengalami peningkatan lagi pada siklus II menjadi 21 siswa.

Abstract

This School Action Research (PTS) started from the background of the need to improve the ability of teachers to manage assessments in elementary schools as a response to the weak quality of student assessment. The research was conducted at SDN 36 Gedong Tataan with the aim of looking at the improvement of cognitive abilities and psychomotor abilities regarding authentic assessments of teachers at SDN 36 Gedong Tataan. This study uses a reflective action research design carried out in 3 cycles. The research subjects were teachers of SDN 36 Gedong Tataan, totaling 7 people. The results of data analysis for each cycle indicate that the Teacher Facilitator model can improve cognitive abilities and psychomotor abilities regarding authentic assessments of teachers at SDN 36 Gedong Tataan.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations through pre-cycle activities by giving formative tests to class V at SDN 2 Talang Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung after previously providing material through the lecture method, it was found that the level of student learning completeness was 46.9%, which means there were only 15 students out of 32. students who have completed learning and 17 students who have not. After the teacher carried out the reflection, it was found that the teacher had not used innovative and creative approaches, methods, or learning models. This causes students to be less enthusiastic about social studies learning, especially in the Struggle against Invaders material because they are only passive learning objects and only do the tasks given by the teacher. To improve this, the Team Games Tournamet (TGT) type of cooperative learning model was chosen. This research is classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 3 meetings. The research subjects were teachers (researchers) and fifth grade students at SDN 2 Talang Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung with a total of 32 students. As an observer, the researcher's colleagues were chosen. The variable of this research is Learning Outcomes. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. The results showed that the quality of social studies learning material for Struggle Against Invaders KPK and FPB material through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model in class V SDN 2 Talang Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung has increased. The suggestion from the researcher is that research on the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model should not stop here, but can be forwarded to future research in order to obtain more accurate results regarding the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model.

Abstract

One of the goals of learning mathematics in elementary school is to train thinking and reasoning in drawing conclusions, for example through investigation, exploration, experimentation, showing similarities, differences, consistent and inconsistent and developing creative activities that involve imagination, intuition, and discovery. by developing divergent thinking, originality, curiosity, making predictions and guesses, experimenting and problem solving skills. Based on the reflection of the sixth grade teacher at SDN 1 Sumberejo Kemiling, teachers often use the lecture method and assign assignments. Teachers have not used innovative and creative approaches, methods, or learning models. This causes students to be less enthusiastic about learning mathematics because they are only passive learning objects and only do the tasks given by the teacher. Problem solving used in this research is to apply peer tutor learning methods. This research is a classroom action research which consists of 3 cycles. The research subjects were teachers (researchers) and sixth grade students at SDN 1 Sumberejo Kemiling Bandar Lampung with a total of 28 students. As an observer, the researcher's colleagues were chosen. The variable of this research is Learning Outcomes. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) classical student learning completeness increased from 35.7% in the pre-cycle to 57.1% in the first cycle, increased again to 85% in the second cycle and increased to 89.3%. The data has reached the established success indicators of 75%; (2) The average score of the students' formative tests increased from 52.86 in the pre-cycle stage to 59.64 in the first cycle; increased to 66.43 in the second cycle; and again increased to 76.79 in cycle III. The data has reached the indicators of research success, namely the average score of individual students 60; (3) The number of students who scored above the KKM has also increased. At the pre-cycle stage as many as 10 students or 35.7%, increased in the first cycle to 16 students or 57.1%; experienced an increase in the second cycle to 20 students or 71.4%; and again increased in the third cycle to 25 students or 89.3% The data has reached the indicator of research success, namely the number of students who scored above the KKM by 75% The conclusion from this peer research is that through the implementation of the tutor method, it can improve the quality of mathematics learning in integer arithmetic operations for sixth grade students at SDN 1 Sumberejo Kemiling Bandar Lampung in the 2018/2019 school year. Suggestions from researchers are (1) creating a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere so that it can motivate students to be active in developing their abilities; (2) Teachers can apply peer tutoring methods as an alternative to improve the quality of teacher teaching in a lesson, especially in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Based on the results of the pretest conducted on July 30, 2016 it was found that out of 28 students only 10 students or 35.7% scored above the KKM, namely 65. While 10 students or 64.3% had not completed. The low learning outcomes of students in Class VI is caused by several factors. One of them is the monotony of the learning process. Teachers have not implemented innovative and fun learning. Learning delivered by the lecture method, only makes learning run in one direction. In one-way learning, students are considered as learning objects. Problem solving used in this study is to apply the Cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). This research is a classroom action research which consists of 3 cycles. The research subjects were teachers (researchers) and sixth grade students at SDN 2 Rawa Laut Bandar Lampung with a total of 28 students. As an observer, the researcher's colleagues were chosen. The variable of this research is Learning Outcomes. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) The students' average scores increased. At the pre-cycle stage of 60.71; in the first cycle got a score of 65.00; increased in the second cycle to 71.79; and increased again in the third cycle to 76.43; (2) Mastery of student learning has increased. At the pre-cycle stage, student learning completeness is 35.7%; increased in the first cycle to 53.6%; increased in the second cycle to 67.9%; and again increased in cycle III to 85.7%. The conclusion of this study is that through the implementation of the Team Assisted Indovidualization (TAI) cooperative learning model, the quality of science learning material on the characteristics of living things in class VI students of SDN 2 Rawa Laut Bandar Lampung has increased. Suggestions from researchers are teachers are advised to learn the steps of learning and prepare all devices before learning begins so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally; Teachers are active in innovating learning so that learning is not boring.
