Abstract

In general, mathematics is a subject that is considered difficult and disliked by students. Students do not like math because it was difficult to follow. Therefore the mathematics learning outcomes are not as expected. The aim of this study is Improving math learning activities and results of fourth grade students at SDN 1 Sumberejo District of Kemiling. This study uses a Class Action Research (PTK). Planned implementation two cycles each cycle consists of four phases: Planning, Acting, Observing, Reflecting. Action Research (PTK) was conducted at SDN 1 Sumberejo Class IV in the second half in the school year 2014/2015 the number of students 20 consists of 6 female students and 14 male students Application Cooperative Learning of TAI model’s can improve student Learning Activities and Results of Operations discussion on the subject of class IV SDN Calculate Numbers 1 Sumberejo. This indicated an increase in each cycle with the details as follows: for the percentage of students learning activity first cycle (40%) and the second cycle (100%). Improved student learning outcomes indicated by the increasing percentage of mastery learning is at the first cycle (60%), Cycle II (85%)

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika. Alternatif pemecahan masalah adalah melalui penggunaan metode. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan yang difokuskan pada situasi kelas atau dikenal dengan classroom action research. Ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghitung siswa kelas V SD dalam menentukan kalimat utama , dengan melali penggunaan metode inkuiri .Subjek penelitian tindakan ini yaitu kelas IV yang berjumlah 22 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa dan guru mengalami peningkatan yang cukup berarti dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan persentase daya serap individu siklus I 75%, menjadi 80,22%. Persentase tuntas klasikal 77,27% siklus I menjadi 95,45% pada siklus II sedangkan aktivitas pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 80,21% kategori baik menjadi 94,45% pada siklus II kategori sangat baik, aktivitas proses pembelajaran oleh guru pada siklus I sebesar 87,5% kategori baik menjadi 94,79% pada siklus II kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melalui penggunaan metode dapat meningkatkan Hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci ; Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar. Model Pemecahan Masalah

Abstract

"> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan aktivitas belajar siswa kelasVIIb SMPN 2 Siompu Barat menggunakan strategi peta konsep pada mata pelajaran IPSmateri gejala-gejala yang terjadi di atmosfer dan hidrosfer. 2) Mendeskripsikan aktivitasmengajar guru IPS siswa kelas VIIb SMPN 2 Siompu Barat menggunakan strategi petakonsep pada materi gejala-gejala yang terjadi di atmosfer dan hidrosfer. 3) Mengetahuipeningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VIIb SMPN 2 Siompu Barat dengan menggunakanstrategi peta konsep pada materi gejala-gejala yang terjadi di atmosfer dan hidrosfer.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester Genap TA 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian PTKdengan dua siklus pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aktivitasbelajar siswa menggunakan peta konsep meningkat dengan skor rata-rata pada setiap siklus,diperoleh siklus I mencapai 2,3 dan pada siklus II mencapai 3,4. (2) Aktivitas mengajar gurudengan menggunakan peta konsep meningkat dengan skor rata-rata siklus I mencapai 2,7dan siklus II sebesar 3,4. (3) Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS meningkat. Padasiklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar 59% atau dari 27 siswa 16 siswa memperoleh nilai≥70. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar adalah81%.Kata Kunci: Srategi Pembelajaran, Peta Konsep, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pengendalian internal pemberian kredit, kendala yang  dihadapi  dalam  melaksanakan  sistem  pengendaian  intern  pemberian  kredit,  upaya  untuk mengatasi kendala dalam  sistem  pengendalian intern pemberan kredit pada LPD  Desa Tulangyuh Cabang Klungkung.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah LPD Desa Tulangnyuh Cabang klungkung, Sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah sistem pengendalian internal pemberian kredit, kendala dalam sistem pengendaian intern pemberian kredit dan upaya untuk mengatasi kendala  dalam  sistem  pengendalian intern  pemberan kredit.  Data  dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) sistem pemberian kredit pada LPD Desa Tulangnyuh Cabang Klungkung melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi tahap permohonan pinjaman kredit, tahap penelitian dan analisis, tahap keputusan, tahap administrasi dan tahap pencairan kredit, (2) kendala-kendala dalam sistem pengendalian intern pemberian kredit yaitu adanya karyawan yang memiliki tugas rangkap dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, (3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam sistem pengendalian intern pemberian kredit yaitu LPD Desa Tulangnyuh sudah melakukan seleksi perekrutan karyawan pada bagian administrasi dan LPD telah menambah sarana dan prasana untuk mempermudah proses analisa dalam pemberian kredit.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of the curriculum 2013 in the field of business and management expertise in the introductory subjects of accounting in the class X SMK Negeri 1 Jawai Selatan Sambas District. The research method used is case study with qualitative research. Sources of data of this research is data source that is teacher of introduction subject of accountancy in class X field of business expertise and management of research result show implementation of curriculum 2013 in applying of competency standard of graduate in class x accounting in introductory subject of accountancy have been done well, in accounting x class on accounting introductory subjects have also been implemented well, then the application of standard processes in class x accounting on the subjects of accounting introduction has not been done well, and the application of assessment standards in class x accounting on the subjects of accounting introduction has not been done with good . Keywords: Implementation of Curriculum 2013, Introduction to Accounting

Abstract

Al-Qur’an has the beautiful meaning and language style that can reach the soul of the listene From there Balāgah science appear that the suitability of fluent and proper sentence could be applied to the meaning of appropriate lafaz. In Balāgah science there are three own discussion namely: ilmu ma’āni, ilmu bayān, and ilmu badī’. Iqtibās is one of part ilmu badī’, which make many Arabic poets that cite Al-Qur’an, because of the sentences and the selection of lafaz which make the poets fascinated by the beauty of its language style. This research used a descriptive analsis of qualitative research on the poem of  Ibnu Jabir Al Andalusia.

Abstract

One of the goals of learning mathematics in elementary school is to train thinking and reasoning in drawing conclusions, for example through investigation, exploration, experimentation, showing similarities, differences, consistent and inconsistent and developing creative activities that involve imagination, intuition, and discovery. by developing divergent thinking, originality, curiosity, making predictions and guesses, experimenting and problem solving skills. Based on the reflection of the sixth grade teacher at SDN 1 Sumberejo Kemiling, teachers often use the lecture method and assign assignments. Teachers have not used innovative and creative approaches, methods, or learning models. This causes students to be less enthusiastic about learning mathematics because they are only passive learning objects and only do the tasks given by the teacher. Problem solving used in this research is to apply peer tutor learning methods. This research is a classroom action research which consists of 3 cycles. The research subjects were teachers (researchers) and sixth grade students at SDN 1 Sumberejo Kemiling Bandar Lampung with a total of 28 students. As an observer, the researcher's colleagues were chosen. The variable of this research is Learning Outcomes. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) classical student learning completeness increased from 35.7% in the pre-cycle to 57.1% in the first cycle, increased again to 85% in the second cycle and increased to 89.3%. The data has reached the established success indicators of 75%; (2) The average score of the students' formative tests increased from 52.86 in the pre-cycle stage to 59.64 in the first cycle; increased to 66.43 in the second cycle; and again increased to 76.79 in cycle III. The data has reached the indicators of research success, namely the average score of individual students 60; (3) The number of students who scored above the KKM has also increased. At the pre-cycle stage as many as 10 students or 35.7%, increased in the first cycle to 16 students or 57.1%; experienced an increase in the second cycle to 20 students or 71.4%; and again increased in the third cycle to 25 students or 89.3% The data has reached the indicator of research success, namely the number of students who scored above the KKM by 75% The conclusion from this peer research is that through the implementation of the tutor method, it can improve the quality of mathematics learning in integer arithmetic operations for sixth grade students at SDN 1 Sumberejo Kemiling Bandar Lampung in the 2018/2019 school year. Suggestions from researchers are (1) creating a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere so that it can motivate students to be active in developing their abilities; (2) Teachers can apply peer tutoring methods as an alternative to improve the quality of teacher teaching in a lesson, especially in learning mathematics.

Abstract

The objective was to determine the factors that influence the high and low performance of  teachers in state elementary school in rangsang pesisir district. this research uses percentage analysis method and quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistics. the result is that the factors of organizational commitment, organizational culture, work motivation, leadership style, job satisfaction and work environment are very influential on the performance of teachers furthermore, when viewed from the aspect of factors specifically, the specific factors of these general factors can affect the work results and performance of civic servant teachers in state elementary school with a very influential category

Abstract

Mikroalga adalah salah satu bahan baku bio-fuel generasi ketiga yang potensi untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan kandungan lipid mikroalga yang dikultur menggunakan pupuk Walne dan diekstraksi menggunakan metode microve assisted extraction. Kultur mikroalga terdiri dari 3 perlakuan yaitu mikroalga jenis Chlorella vulgaris, Nannochloropsis sp. dan Tetraselmis chuii dalam media Walne dengan 3 kali ulangan. Kepadatan sel awal kultur mikroalga adalah 10 x 104 sel.mL¯¹. Kultur dilakukan selama 8 hari dengan menghitung kepadatan setiap 2 hari sekali menggunakan improved neubeur haemocytometer. Salinitas media kultur adalah 32 psu dengan intensitas cahaya 19.03 µmol m−2 s−1, pH 8 dan 12:12 fotoperiod. Pemamanen dilakukan dengan menambahkan etanol 10 mL ke dalam kultur mikroalga kemudian dikeringkan selama 1 hari, selanjutnya ditimbang beratnya dan dilakukan analisis lipid menggunakan microwave dengan daya 450 watt. Pertumbuhan dari ketiga jenis mikroalga yang tertinggi pada Nannochloropsis sp. sebesar 165,1 x 104 sel.mL¯¹, sedangkan pertumbuhan sel terendah pada C. vulgaris 31,01 x 104 sel.mL¯¹. Kandungan lipid mikroalga yang tertinggi terdapat pada T. chuii sebesar 37,44 %, sedangkan kadar lipid terendah terdapat pada C. vulgaris sebesar 23,07%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstraksi mikroalga hijau menggunakan microwave dengan daya rendah mampu menghasilkan lipid yang cukup tinggi.
