Abstract

Indonesian is a great nation, a nation that is rich and plentiful with its natural resources. The Indonesian nation is very rich in traditions and various cultural and religious backgrounds, all of which are united in the formulation of Pancasila (The Five Principles). With the formulation of Pancasila, it is hoped that all Indonesian citizens will have a strong sense of unity, have high nationalism and tolerance. But it cannot be denied that the formulation of Pancasila is only a utopian ideal and it can be assumed that it is only a discourse for momentary interests. The purpose of this paper is to provide information about the nationalism praxis that occurs in the nation and provide solutions on how to protect the integrity of the nation and state from conflicts between groups that would lead to divide national unity. In this paper, the author provides clear information on the practice of legal injustice and the practice of nationalism that occurs in Indonesia. Indonesia needs to learn more from other countries how they uphold justice and unite differences in religion, ethnicity and race as their own strength.

Abstract

In education, students will show their character or attitude in life according to what they get from the person who teaches and guides them. The example of a teacher's life is very emphasized to be applied so that students can see a good example or example. An example of life is more important than a thousand theories or a thousand beautiful words of wisdom because an example is not just a concept or theory but an action. Good and successful educators are educators who teach theory which can then be realized in practical actions to strengthen the theory that has been taught. In all circumstances, a teacher or teacher is required to be an example for his students. The Lord Jesus Christ is an example or example that must be followed by teachers who want to be successful in teaching. The Lord Jesus Christ is the center of all examples in Christian education. Embodied truth is the only truth that matters. The example of a teacher's life is to complete all his teaching. The teacher is like the "stick of Moses" that God can use to build God's people to know God better. The qualifications of teachers of Christian religious education are very dependent on spiritual personality, mental, and social qualities that imitate the leader or the Great Teacher, namely Jesus Christ. Further followed by the intellectual authority of knowledge and wisdom. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research provides new knowledge and understanding to Christian teachers that a Christian teacher must have biblical qualifications and can be an example in his life.

Abstract

Jurispudence is a customary carried out by judges to follow the verdict of judges who have the power of law to exist for the same case. The high court’s decision is considered to contain the main points of thought about legal issues that occur in the community. Jurisprudence is the decisions of judges made by courts that already have a fixed legal force on the case that is handled based on the decision of the previous judge on the same case and this is justified by the Supreme Court (SC) as the Court of Cassation, or the Supreme Court itself which already has permanent legal force. So here the judge not only applies the law, but the judge can also and is able to form a law (judge made law). Especially if the rules contained in the law are unclear, or the existing laws are not in accordance with the current circumstances and the law does not regulate the problems at hand. Research methods in this writing was to use normative methods or literature studies where this research was to use various secondary data such as laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theories, and could be the opinions of scholars. It can be argued that this jurisprudence applies to the principle in law that judges should not refuse to adjudicate cases brought against it. Judges as law enforcement and justice are obliged to judge, follow and understand the legal values that live in society, then in handling cases judges can do: apply in concreto existing legal rules (in abstracto) and apply since before and seek for the rules of law based on legal values that live in society in the process of resolving cases that are handled

Abstract

Parents have full responsibility for their children, but the circumstances of the times are always changing influenced by technological advances and all its effects, so that children can be out of control because parents are busy, circumstances can vary, maybe rich parents with good business for finance, but attention to children lags behind, this can make children seek attention elsewhere, or look for people who can love themselves. Likewise, from parents with a mediocre economy or even less, the situation can have a similar effect, although it is possible that from the two economic conditions there are many who are harmonious and successful. The release of parental control can make children plunge into promiscuity, the purpose of this study is to provide understanding to parents who have experienced various things about children who hang out freely.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan pesatnya perkembangan education 4.0 para kepala sekolah perlu mengambil kesempatan untuk mengubah mereka dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam gaya kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengukuran dan mengidentifikasi fungsi dan perilaku kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah sehingga perlu dikembangkan model pengukuran kepemimpinan digital. Temuan ini juga mengidentifikasi dua dimensi, sembilan fungsi dan perilaku yang dipraktikkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam praktik kepemimpinan digital. Kedua dimensi tersebut adalah komunikasi dan iklim sekolah, sedangkan sembilan fungsi meliputi pertemuan virtual, diskusi virtual, berbagi informasi virtual, berbagi file online, virtual komunikasi, supervisi pengajaran dan pembelajaran virtual, pemantauan virtual kinerja siswa, promosi virtual pengembangan dan profesionalisme dan promosi virtual tujuan sekolah

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari studi ini untuk menyelidiki keterampilan kepemimpinan digital, untuk menganalisis jenis kepemimpinan yang mereka adopsi dan asosiasi dengan hasil kepemimpinan dan juga untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam pandangan peserta sejauh komponen dasar tipe kepemimpinan seperti: transformasional dan transaksional. Temuan studi antara lain, menunjukkan bahwa hasil kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi positif yang kuat dengan kepemimpinan transformasional dan korelasi negatif dengan pasif - untuk menghindari kepemimpinan, itu dikonfirmasi bahwa semakin tinggi derajat kepemimpinan transformasional berarti semakin besar pula efisiensi dan kepuasan bagi pekerja, dan tingkat tinggi kepemimpinan transformasional hidup berdampingan dengan tingkat implementasi kepemimpinan digital.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Review ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan adalah Transformasional gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kami juga berharap untuk melihat apakah kepuasan kerja memiliki efek mediasi atau tidak. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa transaksional dan transformasional keduanya secara signifikan positif terkait dengan kinerja karyawan namun kepemimpinan transaksional adalah lebih signifikan daripada transformasional. Penemuan penting lainnya yang dibuat adalah tidak ada peran mediasi kepuasan kerja antara kepemimpinan transaksional. Tapi itu menengahi dengan kepemimpinan transformasi dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Review ini adalah untuk menyelidiki efek dari dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional pada efektivitas organisasi dengan menghormati peran mediasi budaya organisasi. Temuan Review ini menunjukkan bahwa efek ideal variabel pengaruh dan motivasi motivasional terhadap budaya organisasi dan juga pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi adalah positif dan signifikan serta budaya organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan organisasi efektivitas. Mengingat bahwa metode tradisional manajemen dan kepemimpinan, dalam kondisi yang berubah dan dinamis saat ini, kurang efektifitas, sehingga terjadi perubahan gaya kepemimpinan manajer dan penggunaan kepemimpinan transformasional diperlukan untuk mencapai organisasi efektivitas.

Abstract

Studi ini memperkirakan pengaruh faktor tingkat organisasi pada motivasi kerja dan kinerja manajer menengah usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) .Hasil kajian menmenukan bahwa filosofi dan kebijakan, kompensasi dan tunjangan, sistem tujuan, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja manajer menengah yang diteliti. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Namun tidak terdapat indikasi bahwa peluang pertumbuhan, lingkungan kerja, sistem evaluasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja responden. Berdasarkan temuan, penelitian ini menyarankan empat rekomendasi bagi UKM untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja manajer menengah, yaitu (1) memastikan kejelasan dan kesehatan kebijakan dan filosofi organisasi, terutama kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. ; (2) membangun sistem kompensasi dan tunjangan yang komprehensif untuk menarik dan mempertahankan karyawan berbakat; (3) mengembangkan sistem tujuan yang jelas dan memadai; (4) meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan manajer tingkat atas.

Abstract

COVID-19 telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia dalam dua tahun terakhir, mengurung orang di rumah mereka dan menutup bisnis dan pasar. Dunia saat ini sedang mengalami krisis ekonomi dan sosial yang dahsyat. Untuk memberi manfaat bagi orang dan untuk melindungi mereka, industri menciptakan produk baru. Produk-produk ini dibuat oleh usaha kecil dan menengah di seluruh dunia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap adopsi E-commerce melalui strategi inovasi terbuka dan hasil review menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kompatibilitas dan kompleksitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap adopsi E-commerce. Dalam keadaan normal, bagaimanapun, model inovasi terbuka adalah layak. Berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan sikap manajemen memiliki dampak moderat pada adopsi E-commerce. Hasil ini bermanfaat bagi para peneliti dan pengelola UKM mengatasi tantangan pandemi COVID-19 dan meningkatkan jumlah tenaga terampil yang dipekerjakan. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa UKM harus mempekerjakan pekerja terampil untuk meningkatkan sistem mereka.
